Don't feel like posting in the thread, but I'll give you my advice here. Personally I would gift a game instead of giving her the card (if you still plan on doing this in the end). It will give you a chance to prove that you know her instead of giving her something to buy her own gift. It's kind of like saying "here's money to go buy what you want because I'm too lazy/have no idea what you like (not saying that you're too lazy or you don't know what to get)". Yet again this is my opinion. Everyone is different so it would help if we knew her interests before helping. You could also show off a talent or something. Since I'm a poet, I wrote my g/f a poem for her birthday and she loved it. Just throwing ideas around, hope it helps you out. Good luck

She's a fan of the puzzle/adventure genre, and she disliked the NES LoZ. (Number 1) I was thinking LostWinds And that Puzzle Pokemon N64 Fagime game. EDIT: She just said she wanted to get Pokemon Snap on her Wii. Lawlhint.
