OK, I foundit out.
The Doomgiver class can be used as a transport, supply ship, and even a carrier. The pods carry anything that can fit, from ground troops, AT-ST's, and even TIE fighters.

Trust me, I've been in those pods, there's no way to fit a TIE or a AT-AT.

Immobilizer class   This ship has four gravity wells, so it can suck ships out of hyperspace and keep them from going into hyperspace. (Very evil.)

depends. The only reall example we have are the Mynock and the standard Imperial Cargo Shuttle.

It seems that the only Legacy ships we're seeing is whatever they put in #0 of the comic.
I still think the designers were imbibing some groovy substances for those ... @_@
