[I cannot believe that I just got through all of that on my first try. >_< What luck! Too bad Myobi can't get some...v_v]
For this last time, the clones went all out. There was no holding back and no time to think. Sumire dodged and ducked. She twisted -- always flinging her eyes back to that small shuriken. Anything and everything that could be tried was thrown at her. In the end, she stood panting but triumphant. When she realized that it was over, she leapt into the air. "YES! I did it! Whoohoo!" She began her exhuberant happy dance in celebration. "On to the next phase!" She grinned happily, beaming to anyone and everyone who was around.

5/5 As if to show her that she was nowhere near ready to learn this genjutsu, the next vision was worse. The little girl stood no chance at all against the vision as it swept down on her in a fury. She was left quaking and weeping in a little ball. Tenmoki dismissed the jutsu in a rush, coming over quickly to comfort the child who wouldn't speak at all of what she had seen. Her eyes, however, told the Kusakage that whatever it had been...it had been something no child -- not even a shinobi child -- should be forced to see. After a few moments of comforting silence, Myobi murmured that she was ready to begin again.

As all of the clones melted away but one, Sumire got a bad feeling. The nature of clones was that you split your power between them. So five of Tenmoki's clones were actually much weaker than this one clone would be. And she had a feeling that she was not going to like what she was about to do. Tenmoki explained patiently that the girl was going to have to dodge and try to land a hit on the clone. It was going to be devilishly hard, of course. But it would train her to be faster when fighting. Sumire nodded, a bit unsure. The clone wasted no time, coming at her full-force almost before she was ready. She scrambled to get out of the way of the ferocious kick coming at her head. She managed to duck a split second before it connected. Seizing the opening left by the attack, Sumire sent her own kick aimed at the clone's kidneys. Unfortunately, she was no where near fast enough. Her kick missed by a mile, leaving her kicking at air.

Training Part III
Four water clones return to pools on the ground and now only one remains. This is the clone that will fight against you and help you learn to keep moving. It will be tough to avoid the blow, but even tougher to land a blow. The point of this exercise is to make your hit land faster and faster.

Points: +1 Dexterity This time, Myobi was even closer to breaking the jutsu. She actually saw the vision waver...heard the sounds dampen...but then they were back full force to assault her with them. She cried, both in fear of the vision and disappointment in her failure. It seemed as if she would never master this genjutsu. Still...she wasn't going to give up hope. She told Tenmoki that she was ready to go again.

[At last! Yay for Myobi! ^^]
Sumire backed up, waving the clone off. "Momakage, I don't think that I'm ready for this yet," she admitted rather cheerfully. "That clone is way too fast for me to even think about getting a hit on. I think I'll just take a break. Maybe I can train some more before coming back to this?" She glanced aside at the Kusakage. But at Tenmoki's understanding smile, she brightened again. "Ok! Well, I'll see you later!" She looked worriedly at Myobi before whispering, "Don't hurt her, too bad, ok?" Then the chipper little girl was down the path back towards her house.
[Exit ITG] Myobi heard Sumire's stage-like whisper. It both touched her and irritated her that Sumire thought she needed coddling. Well! She didn't need coddling at all! She waited, lips pressed thin, unti Tenmoki laid the genjutsu on her once more. This time, her anger gave her focus an added edge. She faced the vision calmly, telling it, "You aren't real. Kai!" She blinked in amazement as the horror faded, quite as if it had never been there. She giggled softly at herself. Well, of course it hadn't been there. She'd done it! She'd finally broken the genjutsu again! After all this time, she was wondering if she'd ever do it! Tenmoki smiled at her and offered congratulations.

Elated by her recent success, Myobi grew perhaps a touch too careless with the next try. She was mostly confidence when Tenmoki again cast the Narakimi. The confidence quickly melted away right along with her flesh in the vision. Shrieking madly, her arms began to flail until Tenmoki took the jutsu off. She gazed with disappointment at her mentor. She really thought that she might have it this time.

Myobi mentally took herself in hand. She couldn't get overexcited in this. If that had happened in battle, she might have died. Calming herself down took a bit of effort, but she managed. After a few moments, Tenmoki recast the jutsu. Myobi waited, silently and tensely for the vision to come. And come it did. The fire was back. She could feel the heat of it on her skin, peeling back the layers until there would soon be nothing there but ash. She willed the very real pain away, focusing on her training. "Kai!" The first thing she noticed was the absence of the pain. Breathing a sigh of relief, she looked around with a small grin. The fire was gone, too. She'd broken the jutsu!

Myobi settled herself in quickly, though she couldn't hide the twinkling in her eyes. She was so close to being done! Well...at least being done with this phase of the training. She shook her head, refusing to think about the mountain of training that she still had left to do after this. It would only overwhelm her. With these thoughts and more on her mind, she was ill-prepared to deal with the stresses of the genjutsu. Tenmoki lifted it this time with a reproachful gleam in her eye. So chastised, Myobi tried to clear her thoughts.

Despite her vow to get herself together, Myobi failed to break this genjutsu either. Tenmoki had brought back the zombies from their training. Myobi -- who had been very freaked out the first time that she'd seen them -- completely froze, unable to do anything but stammer helplessly. With a sigh, Tenmoki lifted the jutsu. Myobi flushed in shame, but stood ready to try again.

The shame of Tenmoki's disappointment spurred Myobi on, strengthening her waning might. She was getting tired to put it mildly. The stress was wearing down on her, and she looked rough. Still, when Tenmoki put the jutsu on Myobi, the younger girl shone through. She broke it without too much trouble at all, quite as if she hadn't been trying to break them all afternoon. She stood there, a little amazed that she was finally finished. She didn't even have the energy to do more than give Tenmoki a slight smile.

Tenmoki explained the next phase. Now that she understood how to break it, she must take it in stages to learn how to cast it. First, Myobi was told to work on the sight aspect of the vision. Seeing is believing, and it was one of the most important aspects of a genjutsu. Listening carefully to Tenmoki's explanations, Myobi nodded. She was ready to try it. Closing her eyes and concentrating her chakra, Myobi tried to create a horrifying picture. Her eyes squinted tightly as if from the sun with the force of her concentration. A wavy picture formed in inky darkness. But no details. And as such, it wasn't very scary at all...

Koshiro focused his chakra into his hands. He made sure that the chakra was calm and gentle. He felt the chakra forming. But it began to slip. He cursed under his breath. Oh well no one gets it at there first go
