It has been a while since-" he was abruptly cut off by a blast of red light that seemed to cover his whole body. He cried out as he was thrown yards away, pain filling his very blood. He hit an ancient tree hard, causing a deep crack to be heard. The impact knocked him out instantly.

Remus watched Trodan fly through the air. Upon the noise of the impact he looked to where the beam had come from. Seeing Lina, he shifted to his human form and ran over to her. "Lina! Are you all right!? Come on, we need to see to that shoulder of yours."

Lina was still growling, looking down as her fists tightened as the growl became louder, almost to the point of a roar. Her eyes had become bloodred as the last of her willpower seemed to disappear in thin air. Her nails became claws and even her hair looked beastly, "Get out of the way.." she said, her voice melding with the growl, "Leave!"

Remus stepped back, shocked. He moved to the side. "Lina... I..." Remus shifted to his wolf form and ran back towards the cave. He knew something was wrong and he trusted her. He would respect her wishes and leave, even if he didn't understand why.

Rikku was sitting by the waterfall and eventually fell asleep. She started dreaming, the same dream she had been having ever since she could remember. Again she heard the poem, the woman in her dream sang it over and over. She sat up suddenly and looked around to make sure no one was actually there, before she dove out into the lake. Coming up on the other side she sat down and started singing softly to herself
The Red Moon rises
the gaurdian pursued
at the fall she loses
the blood dissapears,
Born anew she begins
carefree & strong
she leads,
gains and losses
pursuing a dream
finding thunder on earth,
climb the heavens
find the blood regained,
restore what was once lost
When the Red Moon falls

Obsidian usually would have made her presence known by now but she decided against it, keeping herself cloaked as she followed Rikku, hovering above.

Finally Rikku sat up not even looking in Obsidian's direction she smiled "its been a while"

Obsidian started then glowered, making herself visible. She sighed, "You caught me red handed." She grinned then, broadly, "I was doing a bit of research on the Ten and lost track of all of you." Obsidian admitted. Now that I know where you are, I'm going to find the others. Obsidian grinned, "Don't go anywhere." Knowing that Rikku couldn't she disappeared in a puff of black glitter.
((And that's it for me. Gotta go. I'll post tomorrow))

Remus padded into the cave and drank from the stream. He layed down on the floor, panting from his run. Worried thoughts ran through his mind.

Remus's ears and tail twitched and wagged to the beat. He didn't really understand the lyrics, but he liked the song.

Rikku stood up and walked over to were Remus was and sat down beside him "its a poem thats in my dreams all the time...its always the same woman singing it. I think it might have to do with why im here....."
