Damion yawned. He was not much of a science or mystery fan and by the sounds of it this was going to fall into one of these catagories. "I guess it's better than listening to him talk huh?" He was facing straight forward but his voice seemed to transport itself oddly toward Zion alone.

"Either you come with me to find Magneto," said Mystique, addressing the group in usual straight to the point way of speaking, "or you stay here, out of my way."

Not bothering to wait for an answer, or knowing the X-Men a rebuttal, Mystique turned away from the X-Jet and started toward the Asteroid M base...

Despite still being shaken from her X-Jet flying experience, Victoria was among the first of the passengers to exit the plane. Hopping out of the hatch as best she could, she stood with her fellow team-mates on the barren hanger. She heard what Mystique had to say, and although going with her sounded better then staying here, she couldn't help but second guess that decision. After all, Mystique's word and what little information she gave was all they had to go on, which left a lot for doubt and worry.

"Alright," said Victoria, reluctantly, "we're comin'."

Eyes on the alert, Victoria parted from the group and followed Mystique down the run-way. Trying her best to keep a ten-foot gap between them, Victoria motioned for the rest of the X-Men to follow her...

"Very well," smirked Mystique, mentally applauding those who were brave enough to follow her lead, "you won't be disappointed".

Having reached the edge of the landing pad Mystique and her group found themselves in front of a large set of doors. Without even a moments hesitation, she shoved them open, revealing a large chamber where several people were gathered.

"Knock, knock!" she said, yellow eyes fixed directly on the man with the sweeping burgundy cape.

Not wanting to fall behind and seeing as no one cared about his question, Kevin followed Mystique when Victoria motioned them to come. They came to a large door and when it opened they were greated by a strange man. Kevin wondered who the caped man was.

"The Gems of Cyttorak," Magneto repeated, "have everything to do with why you are here. These gems emit a specific form of radiation that will fully evolve your mutant abilities and put you in complete control, a prize that you, my winners, have rightfully earned."

From the depths of his helmet, Magneto smiled again as he looked at his elite. The moment was short-lived, as Mystique decided to made herself known.

"I'm surprised you didn't show up earlier," said Magneto, "you never could take no for an answer."

"The process is simple," said Magneto, addressing Zion as well as anyone else who cared to listen. "Just walk through the Genetic Enhancer and before you know it, you will emerge at your full potential."

Looking at Zion, Magneto was glad to see the fiendish desire for power in her eyes. It was much like his own lust for ultimate power, which is turn mirrored Raze's urning for complete control. Looking around at the rest of his winners, it difficult to tell weather or not they shared the same ambition.

Damion remembered some of his past experiences with atempting to mold his powers. He remembered atttempting to create a blade of shadows in a dark room and having one arm crippled for months. He remembered very recently missing an entire battle with their enemies the X-men because he could not focus his powers quickly enough. Most of the time his powers were under at leas some form of control but when they were not it could become a serious pain. Sometimes litteraly. He did not know much about the procces of losing control and harming others. His powers were not like that, if he did it he was doing it for himself. IT was with this acknowledgement that he decided that it would be worth it.

"I am game as well." He said pausing only so slightly too look towards Mystique. It was somewhat relieving to see her here but by the look of things she was not one of the winners after all. Which means neither are the rest of them... He felt some pitty for his comrades. But he needed this more than they did. He pitied Toad the most because he almost needed this but Lance and the others had too much control to merret this power.

Jillann was fighting with herself mentaly. 'Hmmm it would be nice to be stronger hell it might even make me taller....' she thought. 'No! This dude just captured you and you going to do what ever the hell he says!?......idiot.......' she argued with herself.


She finally came to a decision "I’ll do if i can get some profit work" she said trying to please both the voices in her mind.
