Kiera chuckled. "I can't remember much of that day. I'm sure Hikari will have some interesting things to tell us in the morning though." She shrugged. "Hikari's only told me a few things." She laid back a little and grinned as she shut her eyes and put her arms behind her head. "Queen Kiera Anju Yokai, Ruler and Protector of the Realm. That sounds kinda intimidating." She then smirked over to him. "More importantly, I don't like dresses that much. Let alone long, flashy, primped up ones. Ergh."

Shortstraw chukkled, "I'm sure your just be known as Keria Anju Yokai, Goddess of Yokai." He chukkled, "And hey everyone will be expecting alot of you... you might have to ware a big poof dress... and i would get to just call you poofy all day." He chukkled and closed his eyes as he whispered, "mom, dad... just look at me now..."

Kiera smiled at him and shut her eyes again. "Poofy dresses are my nightmare. I'm sure Hikari will have lots of time to lecture us about it." She chuckled just thinking about it. "If you call me poofy then I'll just call you a penguin." She chuckled again.

He laughed, "Well played..." he chukkled. He then kissed her while he hugged her, "Good night... dear." he chukkled and nuzzled into her. However in the morning he woke up to feel alittle strange. He didn't know how or why... he looked to keria... then back around the room. He shook his head, "Somthings... off..." he replied seieng if evelyn was there thre.

Evelyn sat on the windowsill as always, in her cat form again. She looked to Shortstraw curiously when he woke up. "Off?" She questioned then sighed and stretched her paws out in front of her. "You slept longer than usual."

He put his hand to his neck, "no i mean... somethings changed. But i can't seem to place what it is." He looked to Eveyln and looked to her, "i have a odd feeling in me... it's like alover." He looked to Keria, "hmp i wonder what it is." He stood up and streached, "i wonder what today will bring." he chukkled.

Evelyn shrugged. "With you it's always interesting." She looked to him again before shifting into her human form, still sitting on the windowsill. "So how'd it go last night? Didn't sound too good at first but," She looked to Kiera. "I can see the ring on her finger." Kiera shifted over a little in her sleep.

*Shortstraw smiled, "Yea i perposed to her and she said yes. I don't remember it being a problem..." he shrugged it off and headed out of the door, "i'll be back..." he headed over to the bathroom and stopped. "Hmmm... i don't remember that door being there..." he replied looking to Verias door. He then shrugged and in a few minets he came back into the room, "how was your night Evelyn?" He asked.

Evelyn's eyes thinned a little and looked suspiciously to Shortstraw before looking out the window again. "Same as it always is." Evelyn thought and frowned. "I thought something happened with Veira? I heard crying." She had to make sure of something.

Shortstraw sat down on the bed, "Who?" he razed a brow at Eveyln, "you know someone i don't?" he chukkled, "i guess you need to make new freinds here and there too right." He nodded and got his pad of paper then started writing on a new page. "Well i guess i'll just wait for keria to get up." He shrugged.

Evelyn frowned and suddenly stood up from the windowsill and walked out of the room. "Now that's really not right." She walked right across the hall and to Veira's room. No funny business this time, she just walked right through the door into her room. Although didn't know what she expected to see. Something weird was going on and Shortstraw didn't remember who Veira was. Meanwhile Kiera turned over again and opened her eyes lazily, yawning as she did. She looked up to Shortstraw with a smile however. "Have you been awake long?"

Shortstraw chukkled to keria, "not really. Just got up about five minets ago." He smiled. Meanwhile Asher may have found a dark room with red glowing eyes everywhere staring at her, shaodwy figures moving about this way and that. In the center was a bed, jsut a bed. Nothing else in the nothingness of dark shadow. In that bed was Veria. Little version of Veria, she lay there with a knife in her hand and blood alover her blankets and floor. However she wasn't dead. Instead there was a bowl next to her, in it was somthing that veria felt she no longer needed. She carved her own heart out, and it was still beating in the bowl.*

Evelyn just stood there and took it all in for a moment. Then she carefully moved over to the wall and turned on the light. "Veira..." She frowned and moved a little closer. Although was careful not to disturb Veira's snakes. She made sure to make it seem like she wasn't a threat. When Evelyn was right next to Veira's bed she frowned further. "You're a fool, Veira." She shut her eyes and sighed. "I thought you were stronger than this."
Kiera nodded and sat up, rubbing her eyes. "Evelyn is usually here, isn't she?" She shrugged and sniffed the air. "I think I can smell Hikari's cooking." She said half-excitedly.

*Shortstraw laughed, "Yea evelyn just left. Comeon i'm hungry." He poked her and playfully kissed her as he got up and streached. Meanwhile Veria's eyes burst open, her heart started to beat faster inthe container as it echoed. Veria Hissed, "Get out... get out.... GET OUT!!!!" Her vioce shreked as Evelyn would have flew toword the door. Veria then sat up and held her head, "urg..." she then looked up. The softness in her eyes once before was gone now. She slowly got out of the bed as her clothing instantly appeared over her in ablack mass as her snakes started to slither up and into her, dissapeing as she looked down to Evelyn, "leave this place and never come back pest... i have no uses for you." He eyes gold again, much like in the far past.

Evelyn hissed up at her and clenched her fists. "FINE. Throw me away like you did all the others. They've forgotten about you anyway." She hissed again and stood up. "You're no worthy demon ruler. Demon rulers wouldn't get thrown down by something this pathetic. Grow up you little child!" She spat on Veira before she left Veira's room in a huff and disappeared out of the castle. Kiera noticed Evelyn's discomfort and frowned before she got up and stretched her arms. "Yeah.. I'm kinda hungry." They both walked down into the kitchen to find Hikari cooking breakfast happily, and Isa sat down at the table with her legs swinging back and forth. She noticed Kiera and smiled more holding her arms up to her so that Kiera could pick her up. "Miss Kiera! Good morning." Kiera picked her up and smiled. "Good morning Isa. Did you have a good sleep?" Isa nodded furiously and hugged Kiera.
