Winter shook her head again this time pulled the trigger. Not at the leader though. At the last second she shot the pilot, her shot hitting it's mark. She shifted into a wolf and sprinted towards the falling helicopter, and jumped up into it. She skidded a little but faced the leader. She growled and pounced on him, accidentally knocking Daniel out of the helicopter. Anna ran around screaming, trying to get him and somehow managed it. She pinned the leader to the ground and said coldly into his mind. "You WILL die." She placed a sharp claw at his neck and slashed it across.

The leader laughed a bit as he looked at daniel 'well now you are alone for good. he bleed out and the drug is stopping his heart. so have a nice life with out him' he said before dieing. Daniel moved a bit, but stopped as he took a few small breaths before breathing out as he layed motionless, blood running down his neck completly

Winter smiled evilly, "The drug is out of his system from all his bleeding. Have fun in Hell." She jumped out of the crashing plane and over to where Anna had wrapped many bandages around Daniel's neck, and was applying pressure to where the bleeding would slow. Winter shifted back and continued to apply bandages, removing the ones that got to sodden with blood. She perked her ears to listen to his heartbeat, which was faint, but there. She didn't want to lose him. Not after all she'd gone through to try and save him. A tear rolled down her cheek but she kept at her work, more determined than ever to save him.

daniel layed there motionless as he stopped breathing slowly, as he continued to bleed out. The manager woke up as he looked at them all "what have you done winter?" he said angerly

Winter didn't answer but focused on keeping Daniel alive. Anna shook her head and looked at the manager, "She did what you refused to do. If you had stopped the leader, this wouldn't be happening. She only wanted Daniel back." Winter felt more tears roll down her cheeks and she softly pumped his chest to keep his heart going and giving him soft breaths.

"i did what was best for everyone, all he wanted was to draw his parents out and get some money from them. he never would have hurt him at all, but your force him to and now the town is going to suffer because of your selfishness." he said angerly as he looked to the town. He pointed to the smoke "so i hope he doesn't wake up that way you suffer winter"

Winter fumed and stood, facing the manager, "No. That's not what he wanted. He wanted to take Daniel and continue selling him to make a buck. It had nothing to do with his parents. I would know more than you on this point because I've been in his mind. Don't argue it with me because I know the truth and will not listen." Winter turned around back to Daniel, pressing down on his chest and giving him small breaths as the bleeding slowed.

The manager smirked "you really think he showed you what he really wanted. he knows your kind and what you can do, that is why he showed you what you wanted nothing more" he said coldly. HE walked over to them as he bent down a bit and whispered to her "i hope you burn in hell for it all" he whispered then stabbed Daniel in the chest hard and left the knife as he disappered

Winter screamed and felt more tears roll down her cheeks. She held Daniel softly to her, avoiding the knife, her arms shaking and she rocked back and forth. Anna called an ambulance and took the knife out, hurling it at the managers back. It hit. She helped Daniel as much as she could until the ambulance arrived. Winter shook softly and kept whispering, "Please don't die.. Please don't leave me again.." She fell into a daze, until the sirens came. The medical team rushed out and got Daniel onto a streacher. Anna hugged Winter close and tried to calm her, along with one of the medical helpers. She stayed by Daniel as they took him to the hospital, the heart monitor beeping faintly.

Daniel layed there montionless as he felt his heart rate slowing down more and his blood moveing out quicker

A shadowy figure took Daniels soul from his body, and brought it to where he could look at everything that was going on. The figure spoke softly, and asked a simple question, "Do you want to live or do you wish to die?"

Daniel looked down at himself and then back to the figure "i really do not know any more. all i do is cause problems and seems like i just keep hurting everyone i care about"

The figure to the shape of Daniels mother, and said softly and gently, "Do you wish to see what will happen if you do die? There is no probability to it, seeing as my sources can confirm the consequences, and what I show you will in fact happen if you leave this world."

Daniel gulped as he nodded"yes i want to see but i doubt it will change anything"

The figure nodded and touched his arm softly, showing him a picture of Winter early in the morning back at the mansion. She was heading outside holding some flowers as the sun rose. She went over to a gravestone with Daniels name engraved on it and she placed them down at it' base. She sat beside and watched the sun clear the horizon before finally getting up. Winter seemed thinner, but not by too much. The figure started the scene again, except Winter grew more and more frail each time she came out. She did the same thing every morning and the figure changed it to where Daniel would see Winter coming back inside and going straight up to the room they'd shared. She curled up in a ball and tears silently rolled down her cheeks. Anna knocked on the door and entered with a tray of food for Winter. Winter simply looked up and shook her head, feebly saying, "I'm not hungry.." The figure brought Daniel back to the present and said gently, "There is a chance you can live. The knife didn't pierce your heart, seeing it's blade wasn't long enough. I ask you again, Do you want to live or die?"
