By drawing upon sage chakra Myurai can further empower the strength of his battlefield meditation. Myurai enters a meditative state, linking his mind with anyone willing to accept his presence. By utilizing his chakra, the user is able to reduce fear, panic disorder, as well as reducing the feeling of fatigue while giving his side a great sense of courage. Jutsu cast by those he is aiding defeat jutsu of the same rank and are immune to fear effects. This effect lasts 5 posts before he has to pay more chakra. The chakra cost of this jutsu doubles every time it is paid to extend the duration by another five posts. The range of this jutsu is limited to the subforum within which he is located. (Ie village wide) If the he desires, he can pay an additional amount of chakra to restore his allies stamina by the double the amount of chakra offered. This technique has a 2 post recovery time to allow the user's mental state to return back to normal, meaning he cant simply end the technique and get up and run.

Instead of using normal water ice for techniques, sonyo is able to use dry ice instead. A "Dry Ice" chakra pool is made; how much is in it depends on how much chakra is put in to it. Character: Kira NAra Technique Name: Shadōurufupakku (Shadow Wolf Pack) Rank: Null Type: Bloodline Element: Kageton Description: This jutsu can call forth her Nara bloodline and use the shadows to create wolves of various sizes and builds that are under Kira’s command. Depending on how much chakra she uses, depends on how many wolves she can create in this manner (E-1 D-2 C-3 B-4 A-5 S-6) These wolves can physically harm anyone she deems to be the target, and are as fast as the shadows they are made of, but the more she has, the harder it is to keep control of them, also, they are something of a hive-mind, with Kira being the 'queen’ so to speak. They can’t think for themselves, and only react when given orders from Kira, though they don’t need verbal commands; that being said, the wolves, as a whole, have one activation per post. Depending on how many she made, depends on the amount of physical strength it takes to disperse the wolves (Ex. If Kira made one wolf with an E amount of chakra, it would take an E amount of chakra/stamina to disperse the wolf as if it were a clone.) • Shadow Wolves: Can only perform Physical/Non-Imitation Kageton the user knows or Hard Physical Formless Techniques [ Bite, scratch, tackle, etc.] • Technique Costs for Shadow Wolves comes from Kira's Own Chakra/Stamina Pools.

Denied. This reads like an enhanced version of the last two techniques in the 'line, for less cost and a greater duration. A suggestion for improvement: reduce the duration to 4 posts and turn it into a technique that conducts healing to everyone in reach. If you're intent on being Limbo, you can learn Korabo with someone and combine an inverted Shukketsu with Kokuuzou and some sort of area-defining technique like a barrier or Kaze no Yoroi or the lightning armor.

Character: Yukki Kiru Tsuchikyo Technique Name: Temporal rejuvenation Rank: A Type: Bloodline/Medical Element: Kuton, Eiseijutsu Description: This jutsu when casted creates a large sphere of Kuton energy. The size of this sphere can hold up to 5 people inside, the radius is 8meters away from the user. No tai, buki, ninjutsu, or genjutsu, etc. can be used within the sphere to harm anyone on the outside. As well as those used outside the sphere cannot harm the ones inside. Only thing usable inside the jutsu is Eiseijutsu. The duration of this jutsu would last for 5 Posts or Until the user releases. The user must maintain a hand sign while inside the sphere to provide Major healing to all parties within. As well as a 20 chakra and stamina per post to all allied parties except the user. After using this jutsu there is a Five (5) of the users posts cool down before being able to use again.
Ergo War
The jutsu here is far inferior to the kage level technique. Reduced the Duration by one post making it 5 posts, half the duration of Kokuzo, 12 meters lower in radius range, and this jutsu does not allow anything other than the Eiseijutsu to be used inside the sphere. This jutsu also has a cooldown before being able to be used again by 5 posts. Void users already are limbo. But glad you caught the reference. Removed the defensive techniques being able to be used inside of the jutsu, as well as the duration by 1 post.
Approved, so long as you keep in mind that this will still fall under the regulations of the bloodline, and that the 5 person limit includes the user. It can be retrained to have the inverse effect, and any gained Chakra or Stamina will cause severe, debilitating physical pain to anyone affected.

By sending a bursts of chakra through the sphere, the user can fire beams of the plasma at targets, with size and number of beams depending on rank. On impact, the heat of the plasma vaporizes anything it hits and sets the surrounding area on fire. Requires the Rai/Sui/ Fuu elemental combination. Plasma Sphere: Due to the energies necessary to produce plasma, it takes 1 post of stationary concentration to generate enough plasma for the S and A rank beams. To use the B and C rank variations, takes both offensive activations for that post. Character: Hikari Akira Technique Name: Will of Anima Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: Maruton Description: Drawing on the power of their mind and spirit, the user bolsters their mind and body allowing them to more easily defend against other genjutsu as well as increasing their own mental power, allowing them to focus their chakra better. However, after the genjutsu wears off, the user has been mentally strained, unable to use the technique again or defend well against genjutsu for quite some time.
The user gains a mild bonus to defense against genjutsu and allows them to increase a ninjutsu technique by one rank by spending an extra activation and doubling the chakra paid to activate it. If the technique is offensive then the extra activation takes an offensive activation. Lasts 4 posts and only affects ninjutsu up to rank C for genin, rank B for chuunin, and rank A for jounin and above.
After the genjutsu wears off the user loses the bonuses and instead has a mild decrease in defense against enemy genjutsu, along with a flat 30 increase to the chakra cost of any technique that uses chakra, due to trouble focusing it, for 6 posts. This cost increase cannot be decreased with cost reductions. This technique has a large recoil to the user's mind and they must sleep to be able to use it again.
