Gregar828 Soma no Ko RPCs are essentially the same person split in two. Therefore, their elements, personalities, ninja types, etc. are all the same. one could learn a justu the other doesnt know, but not of a different element. Now I have a question of my own on this bloodline. And I ask that you think twice about it, because your initial reaction may not be the best. If two separate people made characters with this bloodline, but both were made in such a way as to be each other's twin, would they be allowed separate types and chakra reserves? I wouldn't go so far as to ask for separate elements, but I personally think it would be fun to have two different people working together, as the twins. And it would open up a lot of possibilities if they could have different types. I know the current rules are in place to keep the balance of power, but this is different, in that it is two players, as two halves of the same RPC.

Bribery, sucking up, compliments, blackmail, and anything else of the sort will NOT give you a better chance at a second RPC. I believe the term is actually "kissing up". Sorry, I just had to point that one out. (Please don't get mad at me crying ) Sucking up, kissing up, brown nosing, a** kissing, all different terms that mean the same thing. Oh, okay. No. Two people doing a Soma No Ko would not only create problems with Inactivity, but the personalities would be different. Soma No Ko is supposed to be the exact same personality, and no one RP's the same, so no.

Ah well. Scrapping that idea. I already had it all planned out too...
I think it could work so long as the two people would definitely both be around. And I'm not sure where the personality thing comes from. Seeing as the bloodline description is just Sakon and Ukon's biography(Really need to update that.), and I don't believe they acted exactly alike, I'm not sure where it came from.
If no is the final answer, not much I can do, but I think it could use some looking into. Limitations would have to be set as to who would be allowed such a character, but, I like it...

Yeah the BL sasy that with "A jutsu" a body can be transferred into another, but I can't find it. And their aren't really any details about it there, but I could be out of place but I think someone should redo it, set a few rules and regulations and strengths of having two ppl in one body (usually). I think that when they are together the jutsu strength should be a rank higher, and then apart they are regular, but I could be wrong...

There are no Soma no ko Jutsu. another reason why I scrapped the twins, because my custom jutsu for them was ignored. ( Besides the fact there is only three jutsu in the anime and manga... ) As to the second half of it, No, because they can not feed off of eachother to make their jutsu stronger. Just be happy that they are both separate when it comes to chakra. Aka you have twice as much chakra as someone else, and you even have a second Rpc that you can literaly use apart from eachother. ( Wish I'd have thought of that... ) Soma no ko, when you think about it is extremely op. They might not have many jutsu specific to themselves, but the have Twice the chakra of someone their rank ( Because they are two people ) Twice as many ninja tools ( I.e. 20 shuriken vs 40 shuriken ) Twice the reaction time. ( Because they can compute things faster because they have two view points ) Can possess someone Like the yamanaka clan, but can dispell it without the lag for returning. Can literally place themselves in someone's body and make then deteriorate. ( Like the Ukon vs Kiba battle ) Not to mention they are able to as long as a piece of them remains in the main body STRECH themselves to any length. ( I'm going off the fact Ukon's neck was freakin long while sticking out of Sakon's back )

Is Hinote or Kay allowed a second Rpc? ( They haven't been Rping for 4 months )
Hinote, this is not an attack, I'm just saying that we started around the same time ( Even though I joined a couple of days before you >.< ) and I checked, We still have a while before we are at four months. ( If that is even a rule any more )

Some more questions!
Can I make a storage area ( Where I can put bloodline apps, as well as Profiles incase of Character death or Being allowed a second character )
If so, Can it be somewhere within this guild? ( So it is easily accessable )
Also, completely unrelated ( Or is it? ) What is in the ~ things? ( They are crew only )
