Hearing them even as he worked out in the basement Nik smiled, setting the bar back on its stand and wiping himself off with a towel before coming back up to the living room. "Shilo's right, we have to get you to your appointment." Kissing Moya's head he lifted Shilo out of her arms, tossing her in the air lightly before catching her and kissing her cheek as well. "Just let me shower and we'll head out."

Moya nodded and kissed him softly before taking Shilo back. "Take your shower and then we will go."
Shilo sighed but nodded, knowing that would be too long, but he would soon find that out as well.

Something was up. Nik could see it on Shilo's face and it made him wonder. Did this baby know something they didn't about the other baby? "You know what? I think I'll just change and throw on some deodorant and we'll head out."

Moya turned to him with one eyebrow up but shrugged. "Alright." She put Shilo down on the ground and went into the kitchen, grabbing herself a pickle for the road.
Shilo got up on two feet and walked over to her dad. "Brother ready."

That's what Nik was afraid of. Picking up Shilo he held her close as he went upstairs, knowing it was out of Moya's hearing range as he called Doc Jane and let her know that he thought Moya was ready, setting Shilo on the bed as he grabbed new clothes. "Don't tell Mommy about that call. She'll probably be worried enough as it is." Picking Shilo up again he went back downstairs, leading Moya to the hospital.

Shilo nodded and stayed in her father's arms, knowing her weight was a bad thing for her mother right now.
Moya had to stop walking after they were almost there, groaning. "Um Nik, something is wrong." That is when her water broke. "s**t."

And that was what he had been afraid of. "Shilo, time to shift and run." Setting her on the ground he studied Moya, making up his mind and lifting her up into his arms, nodding towards Shilo and walking towards the hospital. "Almost there."

Shilo nodded and shifted, running a head of them and going to the hospital. She found Doc Jane waiting just inside the door with a wheelchair. She barked and scratched at her pant leg.
Doc Jane nodded and called in on her little doctor phone to get a room ready now as she ran out and met Nik at the door with the chair. "Put her on in and we will take good care of her again."
Moya looked up at Nik and then down at Shilo. "I don't know if I want Shilo in there or not. Is there a place we can put her if something happens?"
"We have a room just down the hall that is full of toys for her to play with."

Once Moya was in the chair he picked Shilo up again, shifting her back and holding her close. He was on edge at this point, worried about how the delivery would be now that Moya was a wolf. And Shilo he just didn't want to leave anywhere without them. But what choice did he have? He couldn't have her in the room with them. "I'll take her."

Moya groaned and looked up at Nik. "She can stay until I start swearing like hell or until something happens." She looked up at Doc Jane who was starting to push her to a room.
Shilo held onto Nik's neck tightly. "I want to be with Mommy."

Tightening his arms around Shilo he finally nodded, following after them. He wasn't completely sure it was a good idea, but it would put both of them at ease. When they were in the room Nik sat in one of the chairs with Shilo, stroking her hair as he watched Moya. He didn't know what to do for either of them.

Doc Jane helped Moya into the bed and got her into a hospital gown. "Alright, I'll get you an epodural." She took off and started to get everything arranged.
"Come here you two, I'm not that bad." She opened up her arms for them, trying to calm them.

He wasn't too sure about that, but he still nodded and set Shilo on the bed next to Moya. Anything to keep her calm through the rest of this, he didn't want to risk her going wolf. Only because he knew when he was in pain he shifted immediately, he didn't even get a chance to think about it. "I'll be right back, ok?"

Moya nodded and held Shilo close. "Alright, just be quick."
Shilo rested her head between Moya's chest and stomach, gently putting a hand on her stomach. "Brother is almost ready."

Nik didn't really like the sound of that. Kissing Moya's head he went out of the room and down to the cafeteria, getting a coffe and sitting down at the table, resting his forehead in his palms with a sigh. He did not know how this time he was more stressed than anyone, it didn't make sense to him.
