It happened so fast. "Maura!" Not seconds after she collapse, Dylan was at her side, his arms around her, catching her from hitting the ground. Dylan felt his fangs shrink as he looked at his unconsious human girlfriend. She looked so fragile and beautiful, like a fine porcelain doll. Gently, he let his voice carry to Casper. "Did Maxi faint, or is it just mine?" He chuckled lightly, but the chuckling ceased. He was hoping that the girl was okay.

Maura couldn't believe that her boyfriend was a vampire. A real vampire. It was so shocking and overwhelming that she had to just faint. She smiled unconciously, as she felt arms holding her. It had to be Dylan, she knew it had to be. "Dylan?" She asked, coming back to consiousness. She slowly opened her eyes and stared up with him, a small smile on her face.

[Sorry I haven't been posting - I'm on Vacation. I love Maura's reaction.]
Casper's hands grabbed for Maxi's when his sensitive ears heard Dylan yell Maura's name. For a second, the Vampire feared something had happened to his human friend. But then he heard Dylan's chuckle, and he let out a small laugh at his next few words. "Only Maura. Maxi took it perfectly." He then releived some of the pressure on his boyfriend's hands, filling him in on what had happened. "Maura fainted when Dylan told her. A lot to take in." He lifted one of Maxi's hands to his lips and kissed his knuckles as he surveyed the happenings of the party, still safely hidden on the steps of the stairs. "Hunters still seem unaware they're surrounded by Vampires .. Conveinently dancing with one of them .... this isn't safe ... " He murmured the words quietly in intent for dylan, but he kept his voice level so Maxi could stay in the loop.
Kristan continued dancing with Mysti, although if it wasn't for the red-head's arms holding her back, she'd have fled already. she wasn't scared of a fight. But if something broke out, she'd have to worry about not only the hunters, but Casper and Dylan as well. And she was currently a one-man team. not a good way to enter a fight. Her eyes flittered about, surveying Reese on the couch, who was obviously trying to piece together the nearby vampiric auras. Ryan didn't seem as concerned, seeing as how he was still dancing. She had been listening to the other Vamps - apparently they recruited their significant others into the loop. She snaked her arms around Mysti's neck and pulled the female even closer. The bloodlust was getting all the more overwhelming, but she tried to hide all obvious signs of hunger from the hunters as she grinded her body against the other female.

Maxi slightly chuckled at the thought of his cousin fainting over vampires. "Yeah, that does seem like what she would do." He said softly with a smile on his face. He felt the slight pressure on his hand when Casper grabbed it, but then felt it loosen. He loved the feel of Casper's cold skin on his. It tingled, and just made him smile. But after hearing Casper's next words, the smile disappeared. Maxi couldn't believe there were vampire hunters here. It would mean that the party would need to end early.

"Hmmm .. Well, at the moment we can't really do anything until Maura comes to." He lowered his voice for Dylan. "When she wakes, meet us in the Guest room. We need a plan." He just hoped nothing would require them involving Kristan. He did NOT want to work with her. Looking back up into his boyfriend's eyes, he curled his lips into a half-smile. "I assume there is a Guest Room. Lead the way." As he passed Maxi on the stairs, he leaned over and placed a kiss on the corner of his mouth. Then he continued upwards, his hand still gripping the hand of his love.
The blood was so .. intoxicating. Mysti's red curls were falling onto Kristan's shoulders as they danced, sparkles from her outfit covering the Vampire's body. Mysti's perfume smelled fresh .. like just-picked apples, and it mingled with the crimson juice thump-thump-thumping beneath her porcelain skin. She inhaled softly as her arms slid completely around Mysti's neck, trying to stop herself from doing anything in front of the hunters. It was getting harder to control herself. She had to feed. But to do that they'd have to be alone. Mysti seemed to be enjoying the dance floor too much .. there was only one way she could convince her to leave. The right corner of Kristan's mouth twisted up into a curl at the idea. She pulled the red head closer and covered her mouth with hers. Mysti's lips were soft, and tasted as wonderful as Kristan imagined her blood to be. Just as she figured, Mysti pushed closer, obviously into the kiss. Kristan pulled herself back, and let her voice lower to a seductive tone. "Let's go upstairs." Although the girl needed no more convincing, Kristan's lips met hers once more, as if emphasizing her point of privacy.

Maxi smiled and started to lead Casper up the stairs. He blushed when the vampire kissed him on the corner of the lips. Maxi grinned even more as he continued to lead his vampire boyfriend up the stairs and to the guest room. Which was surprisingly next to Maura's room. "In here." He said in a soft voice, almost a whisper. After leading Casper into the room, Maxi closed the door.

Dylan chuckled softly to himself again. Of course it had to be just Maura to have a reaction like that. Even though he thought she would take it a little better. Seeing as how she was in to the whole Vampire thing in the first place. A smile came over his lips as she awoke, her voice hitting his ears like a delicate melody. "Yes, my love?" Dylan pulled her up gently, letting her rest more into his chest, and less on the floor.

Maura took in a deep breath as she rested against Dylan's chest. Her mind was still wrapped around the fact that Dylan said he was a vampire. Grasping reality, she quickly sat up and looked at him. If he really was a vampire she wanted proof, and then she might possibly faint again. This would mean that were wildest dreams had come true. She place a hand on his chest and smiled at him. "IF you really are a vampire, then proof it. I want to see your fangs." She said softly, but still in a demanding way.
