As they began to lift into the air Celeron guided Shera toward the next destination he planed on visiting.
Part way there Celeron noticed a ruckus going on and a scream echoed through the air. It did not sound like an adult more like the shrill scream of a child.
Not far away a scene unfolded as a young girl was running from a group of ugly creatures.

“Someone needs our aid.” Shera would state this concerned as she heard the scream. She wanted to find out who it was as she looked in the direction it was coming from. Her hand that was free would summon the halberd to it. She was ready to fight if allowed to.

"L-leave me alone please!" a small feminine figure cried as some twisted goblin like creatures laughed evilly advancing on her.
"I bets she fetch a pretty penny I do." one of the vile creatures said as he grabbed the figure with a strong grip making her scream again as her cloak shook off to reveal a young girl.
Celeron nodded as the swooped down and cut the arm of the creature and landed between the girl and the hideous horde of misshapen monsters.

The barrier Dhaunithra had casted prevented the rocks from hitting them. "Dear boy, I tell you now, you have no idea who your attacking!" He growled. "Is this how you people normally greet strangers?! By attacking them?!" He looked back at Ruma. "It's not worth it! Let's leave this place! I'm sure we can find a town that will welcome us!" But in reality, he didn't want Ruma to reveal herself fully yet.
Ruma shook her head. "Foolish hume childe...." she hissed. "Have you no respect for your elders?!" She shook her head again. "I'd take my friends advice. I suggest you stop now. I have control over powerful black magic; as you've seen." Ruma of course was lying; she had used her acidic breath attack.
"For all you know, we could be allies and your ruining the...oh never mind! Something tells me your not going to give a care anyhow! Your only seeking a fight!" He yelled at Loki.
"No matter," She said waving towards him to come foward; as if a taunt. "Come forth and meet your match."

Shera swooped down as well smashing her halberd upon the head of a creature before landing to the back of the girl. She would take up defense this way as she said nothing. She just knew it was best she do this. She has to do something besides floating in the air looking pretty.

The one that lost its arm screamed as its black blood splattered across the white snow. "Bird man and girl pay for that!"
The other creatures who seemed to listen to the one armed monster began to surround Celeron, Shera, and the girl.
However thankfully their fighting ability was not as efficient as their bad smell or hideous appearances as teh two angels easily dispatched the horde of creatures.
Celeron and Shera's wings protected the little girl from having to see most of the battle and keep muck of the black ichor from spraying her further.

"Desist with your senseless conflict!" Veral shouted at both Ruma and Loki. "You are too close to the village as it is. Those people have already gone through one attack, and if your mindless fighting spreads, it will be interpreted as another one!" His eyes narrowed behind his blindfold. "I ask you politely to take this elsewhere, or desist with this fight." He said, aura swirling the snow around him slightly involuntarily.
Mazzia smiled and placed the tub on the racks above the fire. "Alright then. Here are some of the things that you will be better off knowing. First off, address the Elders as Va'grab, it is the term of proper respect to be shown toward them. The next is when they address you in their opening rites, you will reply 'I will watch, protect, and guide with clarity.' Ready for the next tips?" She asked.

Loki shrugged "I'm fine with taking it elsewhere. Black Magic you say? I've dealt with Black Magic before, that was more of a black dragon breath attack am I right? I may look young but I've been alive for going on 900 years thanks to my vital organs being stone." Loki grinned, "lets take this elsewhere, shall we?" Loki flew a lazy circle in the sky "I know everyone who is a potential ally, never heard of elves being one of them, especially elves that put the trees in a uneasy state"

“Are you alright? Are you hurt? Do you need healing?” Shera would send her halberd away as she looked at the girl. She hoped that the girl wasn’t harmed too badly as she looked at her. Her blood red eyes hopefully would not scare the girl too badly as she held a healing aura about her body, though Shera managed to not come out of the battle unscathed. True she was new to battle, she was even newer to the use of a halberd which required a lot of bodily strength to use.

"I can defend for myself." Tanis assured her. "Please, don't fight for this one." Tanis saw the fight begin to break out. He rushed forward. "Stop it all of you!" He yelled at the small group. "Do you know what is going on today? This is an important day for this camp! If you are going to fight please take it away from here!"
Miluiel nodded. "Va'grab." She repeated, chanting it over and over again. "I will watch, protect, and guide with clarity." This she repeated over and over again as well. "Y-yes, I think I am ready to have the next tips."

"Y-yes I am. N-no I'm not hurt." the girl said timidly as Shera focused on her. The girl had a small amount of blood on her dress but it was not apparent that it was hers or not.
Celeron knelled by Shera and smiled warmly at the girl.
"It's okay little one. What are you doing out here and who are you? Those mean nasties must have scared you something fierce." Celeron said calmly.
"I don't know." The little girl said sadly yet painfully quiet. "I don't know anything at all."

Helena only smiled sadly as she looked at Tanis try to break up the fight. She knew it was a futile effort. They would not move it even if requested. She could not turn into a topaz dragon but she could protect.
Shera smiled as she winced a little from the wounds on her own body which she would heal quickly before looking at Celeron. “Any injured? Let’s build camp and get everyone cleaned off then we can talk Celeron.”

"We have asked him to detest in the fighting." Dhaunithra said shaking his head. "He is the one insisting on it! We've repeated several times we were attacked by a dragon and were hoping to come to a village in hopes of recovering, even if for a night." He shook his head again.
Ruma smiled at Veral and Tanis. "Do forgive me. It is awfully rude of me." She bowed low. "Come then gargoyle. Let us move." She walked a few miles away from the village. "You assume much little one. My former master was a black dragon. He had taught me a spell that mimics a black dragon's acidic breath."
Dhaunithra waited until Ruma was far away enough before he quickly ran up to Veral, grabbed him roughly by the shoulders and shook him. "Quickly! Flee this place! She'll burn it! She'll burn it all to the ground! She doesn't care! If you value your lives, flee whilst you have a chance!"

Celeron pondered the statement. They were going to head into the nearest town but the girl eems to have lost her memory somehow and she seemed really scared. Forcing her to come with them might make things worse.
"All right then let's all relax and get to know each other then." Celeron said sighing.
