The Rain never stops in Amegakure..
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ame stood outside the shop for what seemed like forever, his mind wandering. He could hear the noise and commotion inside. He, of course, could not see it. They seemed to be jovial. Happy. Without pain. Nothing of what his clan had described normal villagers to be like. They made it sound like the village was always under a certain edge, like someone was watching them, waiting to pounce. That being said, The land of Rain was mainly just large villages spaced around the country, refugee camps. People were always hurt and running away. They were always besieged and unhappy. They were always in fear of the oncoming onslaught of the enemy forces. That was what Ame always heard from his clan mates. They had ALWAYS said that Amegakure was made to look like mud. The rain was testimony to their thoughts. But, standing outside of Lin's parent's restaurant made him challenge those beliefs. Were they truly in need of his help? He didn't feel like they were. So, what was his purpose? Was he born to just be alive? That couldn't be right. Could it? That was ridiculous. There was no way that could happen. That was against everything Ame was. He had a purpose, and he would fulfill it. He would stop the rain in this village. He would stop the crying, the pain.
Ame placed a hand on the door, his head laying on the wood. He continued to listen carefully. He could pick up different voices, but one stood out among all of the calamity within the walls. That voice, so sweet, innocent. The only voice he was ever glad to hear. The one that brought him to peace. The only one he trusted. Lin. She was beautiful. Ame had never noticed before, but she was incredibly cute. She was intelligent. Caring. What was he thinking. She was a fellow shinobi, and the daughter of a normal family, in which he was very much different. There was nothing between them, right? Ame couldn't tell. Her voice entranced him, and every time she was around, he didn't want to wear the headband over his eyes. Instead, he found it better to show his eyes. Was that okay? Was that normal? Could he do that? Was that a sign of weakness? Ame was never taught about it in his learning. In fact, he had known nothing of 'affection'. He had never received any, nor distributed any of his own. He felt a little guilt at the last thought. Lin poured her heart into Ame, and that was noticeable. But, had Ame ever trusted her with his own information? He didn't think so. She barely knew him, yet she was friends with him over the past years. That wasn't right. Not at all. It wasn't fair to her. She didn't deserved the pain he placed in her lap. Ame promised himself that he would tell her if she asked him. In fact, he would just tell her now. She deserved to know that much about him. He would share his past, and his purpose. He would share his goal, and his idea. Would she accept that from him? Would she think down on him? This wasn't normal for him. He was so carefree and happy most of the time. Why was it just now that he was feeling so down and suffocated. Damn it. What was going on with him? Ame couldn't tell
He listened closer and heard the conversation between Lin and her parents. Even a few of the things Lin felt he shouldn't know. Ame's cheeks colored slightly. So, they thought they were together, then. That was to be suspected. Lin's parents had always been friendly with him. Especially her father who enjoyed his ability to dice certain things. Ame remembered a challenge he had with one of the chef's. He won, ultimately, but it was all good fun. The sudden thought brought a smile to Ame's face. Things were simple back then. Of course, he had his days in which Ame felt as if he were in hell, but, looking back on it all. When he was at the restaurant, he was always smiling and happy. He was always helping Lin with things, and making things for her. He played with her, spoke with her, taught her some techniques, and spent his entire day with her most of the time. She made him feel normal. Her family made him feel normal. This restaurant made him feel normal. So, standing outside in the ran, unable to go in, pained Ame so deep, he started to tear up. What was wrong with him. He was being melodramatic. He had to push this aside. He should be happy, having a friend like Lin. She was...special to him. In fact, she was more than special. Ame liked her. He would never admit it to her in person, but, deep down, he knew it. She was the one he looked up to most in life. She would always be there, no matter what. Ame understood how much devotion that would take. He felt honored to have her there. Maybe, one day, he would tell her how much she meant to him. But, that was for a better day. When they weren't burdened with so many things.
Ame was in the middle of his thoughts when Lin burst out the door and ran into him. He had to admit, he was a little surprised to see her, since she seemed to be greeting all the people in the restaurant. But, she must have cut it short so she could go see her uncle. He understood that quite well. A smile appeared on his lips and he lifted his headband, letting it hand on his forehead. He decided that since he was with Lin, he could let her see his eyes. She deserved to see them more than anyone he had ever met. She could stare at them all she wanted too, and if she asked, he would gladly drop the headband whenever. His smile turned into a bashful grin. He felt something that he hadn't before hand. A sudden urge that he quickly pushed out his mind. Her eyes were staring him dead-pan. She was expectant. His answer. She wanted an answer, but Ame could only think of compliments and things he wanted to say to her, about who he truly was and what he felt for her. Squashing such thoughts, he shook his head slightly and smiled normally, cocked his head and fixing her with keen eyes, dark blue eyes. "My favorite, eh? Oh boy. Your parents spoil me so! And for you to deliver it to me? I am truly special. Thank you, Lin." Ame said, bowing slightly. He noticed her bow was pink, and raised an eyebrow. There was no harm in asking right?
"Lin, you've never told me before. But, does your bow turn any other color besides pink? It's always pink around me. What does that mean?" he asked, none the wiser. He was honestly just blissfully ignorant of what it could mean, and curious by what answer she would give him. He decided, that this would be the easiest way to break it to her, of who he truly was and start the conversation off. He would learn of some things he never picked up in their friendship from all the past years. He knew a lot, but this was one thing he never got. It kind of agitated him. Shrugging it off, he smiled at Lin and winked, slowly beginning to walk in a random direction, hoping she would direct them to the abandoned house. While this happened, Ame dug through the bag and began to munch on his meal. The chopsticks were already inside, so he just walked and ate, nothing to hard. He enjoyed his advanced balance and cognitive skills. They helped with so many minor tasks that no one would notice.

She was happy he did that, now he could see her when they would speak to each other. She was a strong believer about making eye contact, she could feel and read people's emotions better when strong, direct eye contact was made. Besides his eyes were a deep blue, which happened to be her favorite color. She grinned and stared up in to his eyes, but she noticed that something seemed.... off about him right now. She wasn't sure what he was thinking exactly, but she could hope it to be one thing. Oh how happy she would be if it was that. If he would actually make that move, though she doubted it. She never gave him a hint or a sign. She was too shy with him to do that. Instead they just stared at each other for a moment, neither of their eyes breaking away from one another. What was he about to do? If the bow on her head wasn't already pink, it certainly would be now. Even her face turned a slight pink, though it would be extremely difficult to notice, since Amegakure made everything look gray since it was always dark and raining. She waited, and waited, until finally he cocked his head back, still gazing down at her. As he did, she finally broke their long gaze, looking down at the wet ground, which was rippling from the rain that hit the puddles. She let out a soft shy laugh, not sure what to do. She had imaged it a bit differently in her head, but the moment was gone now. She wasn’t mad though. It was just a pleasant day dream, and more so wishful thinking than anything else. She felt slightly disappointed, but it was early yet on their adventure. They haven’t even truly started besides becoming Genins together in the academy.
As Ame spoke, she noticed she was standing extremely close to him from when she busted through the door and almost barreled him over. She slowly took a step back, and looked up at him with a half smile do to the events, or lack of events that just took place. He spoke about how nice her parents were, and how lucky he was to have her deliver the food. It was so sweet of him to say such a thing. It made her extremely happy, such a little comment could cause her to feel like a paper butterfly was lose in her stomach. She was happy her parents took such a liking to him. She was somewhat surprised, her parents were very nice people, but they didn't trust people too easily. But they must be able to see Ao the way that she can. See him for who he really is, not like the other villagers. "Mmm of course! They are proud of the both of us. Just a small gift."
She jumped, and nearly fell backwards when he mentioned her bow. He was more perceptive than she thought. She could only hope he didn't figure out her color patterns. She laughed awkwardly and held both of her hands up, her elbows tight to her sides, shaking them back and forth nervously, her eyes closed with a huge smile on her face, mainly because she was so nervous. "Oh my bow? It's because I am uhm, ha-ha...." She didn't know what to tell him, she couldn't just blurt it out, but at the same time she didn't want to lie to him. It would be easy to make up something, but she hated liars, and hated lying even if it was a small lie. She took a deep breath and looked up at him, her arms dropping down to her side. "My bow and the origami art I make out of paper changes color based on my mood. I don't know why or how, but it does...." She wasn't sure if that would satisfy his curiosity. It wasn't a lie, but it wasn't what he was looking for. If he did ask her she wasn't quite sure what she would do. If he did she may be forced to answer the real question.
After she finished her sentence Ame began to walk away, she grabbed his hand, and pulled him in the opposite direction. It was time to visit her uncle, who happened to be at an abandoned building on nearly the opposite side of Amegakure. She began to walk slowly, watching as he dug in to his food. It made her happy to see him eating the food her parents gave him. It would take a decent amount of time for them to walk to the location, giving them time to talk some. She wasn't sure what her uncle even wanted. And why she had to meet him at that specific spot, but she would find out soon. She looked straight ahead as she walked, slipping her hands in to her sleeves to keep her hands warm. She was silent, and waited for Ame to speak, unsure if he was going to ask her the question once more. She would have spoken up herself to start up a conversation, but she was too flustered to think of something to say. Instead, she just walked forward, along side of Ame, the lovely rain of Amegakure the only noise that was breaking the silence.

The Rain never stops in Amegakure..
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ame noted the long stand in the ran before he began to talk. He was thinking back on it now. It was odd. She was definitely waiting for him to do something. But, what that was, he couldn't quite tell. Ame was horrible with that sort of thing. What exactly did she want? Ame was almost sick with trying to find out what. What did any teenage girl want at that age? That thought alone made Ame color. His cheeks seemed to burn red hot, and he looked around. As they were walking, he was glad she was beside him so she couldn't see his face. He shouldn't have thought back to that moment. That was just asking for it, he felt like. But, then again. Was it really far from what he wanted? Ame wouldn't lie, he was attracted to Lin. She had been his friend for a long time now, and he always found her beauty perplexing. But, he never thought it would come this far. Those who cared for him usually turned out to be fake. Lin was the best friend that Ame never had. That alone made him appreciate her a lot more than he believed anyone could ever appreciate a friend. He could talk to her about anything, he just hadn't. So. When it came to things like this. Why wasn't he able to feel comfortable with it?
Then he thought to when he asked her about her bow a few moments after that. She seemed very skiddish about it. What did that all mean? What exactly was going on? Ah, how Ame's mind was turning at a rate that he couldn't think straight. He had to slow down his thinking and think about it normally. Like any normal boy would. Her bow usually was a different color until he walked in. He remembered walking into her parent's restaurant one time and it being yellow, but as soon as she saw him, it turned a bright pink. The same pink that it always turned when he was around. Her parents always gave her a little crap for it, but he couldn't understand why. Was it a warning device for certain people? No, that couldn't be right, could it? It would be a little more sophisticated if it was. Ame was utterly confused and was about to give up at this point. He had no clue what to think from that moment on. What did her bow hold for a power? Why did it turn pink? For the life of him, he had nothing else to go off of. What did it all mean?
Ame sighed audibly and brought himself out of his thoughts and flashbacks. He peered over at her bow, still pink, while munching on his food still. After she had corrected his course, they had been walking rather slowly, under the many awnings of the shops that lined the long narrow streets of Amegakure. Her bow fascinated him. And her answer was a little less telling than he expected. "Ah. So it changes colors based on mood. So...then pink means...?" he said slowly, then got a keen look in his eyes. He wondered what exactly that meant in itself? Did it change with the slightest feeling? Or did it take drastic measures. That, to him, was a true experiment. Unfortunately for Lin, he was always curious about the truth, so he wouldn't stop until he got the truth. What exactly he wanted to find out, Ame didn't know. He just knew he was going to solve something about that bow. Or was it his own feelings? Oh man, this is what they had taught in the academy. A good ninja tossed his feelings. And here Ame was, flaunting over a girl. It sure was hard to devoid yourself of feelings. Ame had finished his food and tossed it in the nearest trash can.
He wasn't quite thinking of what he wanted to do before he did it. There were, of course, several different decisions he could have made, but this one was a little more direct and a little more forward. It would tell him so much, and Ame could go off the moment, and calculate what exactly to do next. His eyes wondered over to Lin. Even though Amegakure was always raining, her beauty was undiminished. How was that? For such an ugly village, Lin was absolutely gorgeous. She didn't belong to this village. She couldn't have. She was more of a Kiri Shinobi. Ame was always told of the elegant shinobi that came from Kiri. So, it would only make sense that Lin would be come Kirigakure. In Amegakure, things were always lousy, ugly, and dismantled. Lin was upbeat, Beautiful, and happy go lucky. She was the opposite of what the village was. She was exactly what the village needed as a leader. Her face was exactly what every villager needed to see as their leader. He had no doubt in his mind. Lin was the next Kage, and he would make sure she would get there.
That being said, everything was happening in slow motion. Ame had grabbed Lin's hand, and spun her around to face him, and then wrapped his free hand around her waist. What was he doing? Here? Now? They had only become Genins? Was this appropriate? Was this what she was day dreaming about before? Was this even plausible? What if she didn't agree with his ideals? So many questions ran through Ame's mind at that moment, and things seemed to slow down. He could see Lin's face clearly, and saw the shock. He didn't quite know if ti was a good shock or a bad one. What exactly was he going to do now. And the rain didn't seem to stop at all. In fact, it just slowed down and became numerous. That was awkward. He was worrying about the rain when he was holding Lin in his arms at that moment and staring at her like a full blown retard. What was he going to say to make any of this better? There wasn't much he COULD say. "You never told me why it was pink when 'I' was around, Lin..." he said quietly.

It was possible she was blowing the situation up in her head, making it a way bigger deal than it truly was. But she has been friends with Ame for a while. If she thought the silence was awkward, imagining traveling with him and having that awkward feeling lingering around the two at every turn. And from what she knows of Ame, he doesn't seem like the romantic type. Even if he was always so sweet to her, and kind. He was even that way to others too. But there was no way of knowing for sure unless they spoke about it, or more simply, just showed it...
Finally the silence was broken, as Ame let out an audible sigh. It broke her train of thought, as she turned her head to look over at him. He was also already looking her way, his eyes seemingly fixated on her bow. She knew it was coming, as soon as he opened his mouth. She practically watched the words flow out of his lips, gently entering her ears. The words seemed to rattle her, knowing it would be harder to deflect the answer this time. Maybe it was just time to tell him.... "Well, yes. My bow changes color based on my moods. I would say, the color my bow is the most is Blue. That is when I am just hanging out with friends or family, relaxed, or asleep." She said with a small laugh. That was one of her favorite things to do. Sleep in late on a weekend. No matter what was bugging her or bothering her, after getting a long night's sleep she would wake up feeling happy, and completely relaxed. "Now remember to please keep this a secret, no one knows exactly how it works, besides my parents. It took them awhile to catch on themselves. The bow changes colors based on my mood. That is why you'll see it one color than change to another. It is generally blue, since that is when I am just relaxed, or calm. But it can change quickly if my mood changes. A subtle change in my mood won't change the color. Also..." She said letting her sentence trail off for a moment. "It's not just my bow; it is also the paper I use when I create my origami. That too will change colors, no matter how far away I am from the piece of art." She said wondering if he, or anyone else for that matter has seen the art piece change the moment her mood changed. Obviously seeing a blue flower one day, and a red the next would peak a person’s interest, and she has been asked many times about it. But she would just say it was a special magic trick that she couldn't share with anyone. Her mind was wondering, back to the question. "But yeah there are many colors it can change in to, sometimes the colors can be mixed, if my emotions are greatly mixed. Like being depressed and scared would be purple, and black. Blue is relaxed, red is angry which you better hope you never cause it to change that color." She said jokingly. "Yellow means happy and Pink... well, Pink means." She stopped speaking, going quiet once more. It was so hard to get the words out. She wished she could, but she couldn't just blurt the words out.
She was quiet, walking slowly, trying her best to force the words out of her. But suddenly, before she could even muster up the courage, she was turned around. Her cheeks immediately flushed, and her body quickly tensed up, before slowly going back in to a relaxed state. Once she felt relaxed she took her left hand, and placed her hand on his chest, softly resting it on him. She couldn’t believe he would do something like this. It caught her completely off guard. She just stared up in to his eyes; her own were shining brightly with anticipation. Though the moment was so wonderful, and she was waiting to see what he had planned, she couldn’t help but notice his face, which seemed perplexed about something. After a few moments, of staring and her being held in his arms he spoke. Bringing up the pink bow once more, it appeared he knew what it meant, even if she didn’t tell him yet. ”Well, it always turns pink around you because….” She took a deep breath, closing her eyes before she opened them her gaze meeting his. She exhaled, and smiled before speaking again. ’You can do this…’ ”Well It’s because… I have feelings for you. “ She did it, she finally said it. The Rain never stops in Amegakure..
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ So she did have feelings for him. That made everything fall in place. Knowing that helped him reconfigure what exactly he would say to her. Wait, he didn't know what he was going to say to her in the first place. Oh what a disaster. There was something wrong with Ame today. He couldn't handle his conversations of words worth his weight. It was useless to think otherwise. He would just have to deal with it as is. But, there arose the predicament. He was holding Lin close to him, and there only a few centimeters separating their lips, and faces. That, was awkward. He didn't have plan for this after he found out what the bow meant and what the colors really meant during their time together. Would he actually kiss her? did he have the guts to even try something like that? She had told him that she like him, and his actions just confirmed his own feelings for her. So, they were two new ninjas, who were had mutual feelings. They would be spending a lot of time together, so should he rush things? Then again, he might not get a chance, ever again.
That thought put a little pang of pain in his heart. What exactly would happen in the future? Ame had already decided that his road would probably make him an S+ Rank criminal. Or, he might be a hero. Or he might be both. So, that would put their relationship in danger, and if that was in danger, than Lin and Ame had little time left together. A small sigh escaped his lips. No, he couldn't really tell what he wanted to do. There was still so much to understand about Lin, and her personality. There was still so much he needed to figure out before he actually went ahead with how they felt for each other. Ame was afraid of that fact. She might lose interest over time, but then again. He would be able to tell by her bow, wouldn't he? That was an easy sign he could pick up on. That made him a little more nervous. The pink bow had always showed when he was around, and he knew that there were also other colors it turned into. He would have to try and make notes as he went along, to map them all.
Ame realized that he was being quiet for a long time. That could give off the wrong impression. That being said, he was about to say something, before he felt a footstep. and a quick step to his right. The sudden noise made Ame retract his arm from Lin's waist and shove it into his ninja pouch, placing a hand on his kunai. He pivoted on his right foot, and swung his left around, turning his back to Lin, and standing in front of her, crouching in a ready position. He was ready for anything at that moment. The kunai was hard in his hands, and he felt the wet hand grip slip and slide in his hand. He had forgotten to take into account the rain. That would cause a few problems with the ninjutsu he could create, and the ideal fighting style he used. That caused him to push out an inaudible sigh. Finally, he got a good look at the person who he thought was their assailant. It was Lin's uncle. Ah. That made a lot of sense now. He was supposed to meet Lin here, in the abandoned district, and the abandoned house was in sight. Well. Now he felt awkward. He had drawn a knife on a relative of Lins.
He quickly pushed the kunai back into its pouch and stood back up. "I apologize senpai." Ame said bashfully, and looked back at Lin. He hoped she wouldn't think down on him for reacting quickly like he did. Would she be mad at that? He, in all honestly tried to protect her. But, then again, they were in the middle of Amegakure, a friendly village. That thought alone was horrible. He would have pulled a kunai on a fellow ninja. Was he really that paranoid? Now Ame was horrified that he could do such a thing. What would happen if it was a Jounin who was trying to get a hold of him. He was going to pull a weapon on a higher ninja. He could have injured a fellow shinobi. He could have caused distress in the village he swore to protect. What was wrong with him? How could he do such a thing? Ame looked at the ground, balling his hand up into a fist. There was something wrong with him. He had to clam down. He had to just let things go and move on. Ame was a happy ninja. He was always happy. Why couldn't he do that now. He decided that he would just push it off and make himself normal again. "Your uncle is a scaaaaary guy. Look at those eyes." Ame whispered to Lin, before realizing that his headband was still up. That made him flustered slightly and he pulled it back down over his eyes.
No he was back into the world of blindness. He could only hear and smell. He really couldn't smell much of anything at the moment, except Lin's perfume. It was pungent. He enjoyed the smell. It meant she was close. He could also hear her shallow breaths, probably due to the quickness of events that just happened. He was the same way. His heart was beating rather fast, and he was a little nervous at what her uncle would do. He did come out of nowhere and scare him half to death. Was he worried that Ame was moving in on Lin? Or was he just trying to test their cognitive skills. What was his goal with this sudden appearance? What was his motive? Ah, the possibilities. Ame just resigned himself to listening to the rain. When her uncle spoke, he would listen to what he had to say, so he could redirect his thoughts to figure out his personality. Ame had only met Lin's uncle a few times, and other than that, he never really talked to him. So, this would be a new experience for him as well as let him know of the personality her uncle possessed.

She had actually conjured the courage to tell him. What else could she do but just sit and wait for his response. Her mind wandered, wondering what he felt. What if she said something she shouldn't. If he didn't feel the same way, she would feel so stupid, and embarrassed. The thoughts were deterring but it is too late now. It was out in the open. 'Lin, what did you get yourself in to. Out of the academy for a day and you do something like this?' He seemed like he himself was deep in thought. She didn't know what to do. She was about to have a mini panic attack. The silence was killing her. All she could hear was hit breathing, which seemed rapid, and the sound of the rain. Finally a noise escaped his lips. It wasn't any more reassuring then the silence. He let out a sigh. A sigh! That was never a good sign. She looked down once he the sigh escaped his lips. She immediately took it as he didn't feel the same. Though the way he was holding her would tell otherwise. If he was trying to read her emotions, and understand the colors, he would need to be quite perceptive to know what the purple color her bow changed to would mean.
After they stood there awkwardly, still inches away from each other, he suddenly moved reaching for his pack that held his kunai. She was rather startled and confused. Her head snapped up looking in all directions. There was nothing, and no one there. That was her initial viewing, until she saw a familiar person walking from out of the shadows, it was her uncle. She was rather confused on why Ame would draw a weapon. It was somewhat unsettling that he would pull a weapon out in their home town. Even though he didn't know it was her uncle, it was still weird to see him react in such a way. But she would brush it off, he was only acting to defend himself and her. That is what she assumed anyway.
She quickly rushed to her uncle giving him a big hug. "Geez, you scared us! Why are you sneaking up on us like that?" Her uncle just laughed and wrapped his arms around her. While he hugged her she looked back at Ame, and laughed lightly at his comment. She never looked at her uncle as scary. Though she could somewhat see what he was talking about. Her uncle was a big man. He stood at six foot five, and was built like a rock. His face though rugged looking do to the stubbly facial hair and general stern look was still a trusting face. The stern look stemmed from his eyes. They could always seem to pierce the soul, and read people like a book. Her uncle just stood and stared at Ame, not blinking for what would seem an eternity. Until finally a smirk seemed to break the stern stare.
He looked down at lin and patted her head, like he would when she was a child. A huge grin on his face as he spoke. "Sorry to sneak up on you two like that. But it looks like my timing was perfect." His eyes target quickly shifted over to Ame, his grin faded slowly as he looked. "Ame, nice to see you again. I hope you are respecting Lin here." He said in a protective tone. Lin slapped his chest with her hand and took a step back
"Ofcourse he is, we were just having a conversation." She said looking over at Ame and smiled. Her gaze shifted away from him and back to her uncle. "Speaking of conversations, what did you need me to meet you here for? I'm in a rush to explore the other nations! I hope it is important."
He nodded his head and motioned for the two to follow them. The building he led them to was only a few seconds away from where they stood. He walked up to the door, and swung it open, holding the door for Lin and Ame, before entering the room himself. He walked to the center of the room, where a column stood which helped support the ceiling and leaned up against it, folding his arms. He lifted his right foot off the ground and placed it against the column. He reached in to his jacket pocket pulling out a tobacco pipe and placed it between his lips before striking a match to get the tobacco lit. He looked at lin while he took a puff and exhaled the smoke. "I am glad you found the time to come here. There is something I need to tell you." His tone was serious, and demanding of attention. Lin stood there quietly and nodded her head insisting that he should continue. "Right, first off congratulations on becoming a Genin. You'll reach your goal of Kage in no time. No doubt about it. But that isn't why I called you here. This building, well actually this building is mine. I bought this long ago. It is secluded and in the middle of no where. But when you were born I knew I would need to buy it. He said taking a quick pause to take another puff of his pipe. "I am sure you have read up on history about our village Amegakure. And this very building belonged to the shinobi Konan." He paused again, but this time to let the information sink in. "Lin there is no easy way to say this next part, but your parents aren't your real parents. They adopted you when you were a baby. They didn't want me to tell you ever, but I think you are more than old enough to know this fact"
Lin was completely shocked, and confused. She was flooded with emotions that she didn't understand. This was the last thing she expected to hear. She didn't want to believe it, but why would he lie to her like this? "So you aren't my uncle then either?"
"Lin I know this may be tough but you need to listen and understand some things. Even if you were adopted, your parents are still your parents. They love you and would do anything for you. And well as for me? We are related. I am not really your mother's brother. We are blood related. It's why I know these things about you. Now that you are genin you need to learn a little about your family history. Your birth mother's name was Kina. She died giving birth to you. Your sperm donor of a father was no where to be found. I wasn't mature enough at the time to take care of a child, so I brought you to the loving parents you have now. And I stayed close by to keep you safe. He paused taking a long pull from the pipe, watching Lin as she processed all of this information.
Lin was stunned. But he made many good points. Even if her parents weren't her real parents they always treated her so well. The only bad thing they ever did was not tell her the truth. But at the same time, for some weird reason she could empathize with why. It was overwhelming and sad, the story of her birth mother, and just the whole circumstance of what was going on. "Why are you saying this to me? Why now? I don't understand."
"Right. As I said before this building, was once owned by Konan. She was a member of the Gami clan. That is your bloodline. She is an ancestor of yours. That is why you can control paper. That is how you can do what you do. This building here, once you become a powerful Shinobi I want you to make this building in to something special. I want you to live the dream of making this place, and I don't mean just this building. But all of Amegakure beautiful. I know you can do it. You have your Kina's heart and drive. This building is just a gift to you. I want you to have it. It was once Konan's, and now yours. I truly believe you will become Kage one day. Until then use this as a safe haven. I will be here whenever you need me. Next time you return, do not worry this place will be spruced up and ready for you." Her uncle then looked at Ame. "And as for you... I am trusting you can help in this goal. I can see in your eyes you have a fire inside. You two can make a difference. Just be careful of the path you choose to take." After he spoke he took a final pull from the pipe before cleaning it out, and pocketing it once again.
Lin stood there quietly. It was really way too much to take in all at once. But she was glad she found all of the information out. She looked up at her uncle and nodded her head. There was no way anything would hold her back now. Her head snapped over at Ame. She felt so bad that he had to stand in and listen in on all of this. It was so deep and revealing, she felt so bad for him. Hopefully it wasn't too weird for him to have to hear. It may not seem like a big deal to him, or maybe he would be extremely shocked. But at least she wasn't alone when she received the news. Her eyes shifted over to her uncle and she smiled. "Thank you... Do not worry, I will not let you down. We can all make this village better. Together we won't fail." Her uncle nodded before heading towards the door. He said farewell, and decided to leave them alone. He exited the building and walked off through the downpour.
She walked slowly across the room, placing her hand on the wall, farthest from the door, gently sliding her finger tips across the wall of the building that was now hers. She did this as she walked until she reached a table, which had a single book that sat on the table. She picked it up, and decided it would be worth taking with her when they decided to leave Amegakure. She slipped the book in to her pack, and stood motionless for a moment before turning on her heel to face Ame. "Sorry you had to hear all that. Thank you for being here. It means a lot…” She gave him a soft smile before walking up to him, putting her arms around him, hugging him tightly. She was slightly overwhelmed with everything that just happened between the two of them before, and on top of that what her uncle told her. She felt emotionally drained. A few tears escaped her eyes, gently rolling down her cheek, before ending up on his coat. She wasn’t sure why she was crying. Finding out she was adopted didn’t hurt nearly as much as she thought it would, but still she shed tears. The story of her mother was the real reason. It wasn’t a pleasant thing to hear, that her mother died giving birth to her. She would have to try her best to make this place a pleasant place to live. For her mother, and her current family, her uncle, Ame everyone. It was decided. Nothing would stand in her way. She would make her mother proud, by using the gift her ancestor left her. After she wiped the few tears away from her face by using Ame’s coat, she released him from her grip and took a step back. She looked up at Ame, her usual smile on her face. ”That was a lot right there. I think it is time to get out of here, and get going on our adventure. There is a lot of work to be done. What do you say?”

The Rain never stops in Amegakure..
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ame watched bashfully as Lin hugged her uncle. He was truly embarrassed that he had drawn a kunai on him. Was he really that paranoid? Oh well, he couldn't do anything about it now. He could only go with the flow and hope that there would be a time in which he could redeem his momentary relapse. Ame listened carefully to the conversation, and the noises surrounding Lin and her uncle. At any moment, he could be left behind, and Ame sure didn't want that, at all. He would much rather stick with Lin through this. Whatever this was of course. Ame wondered what exactly her uncle would want to say to her? What would he be planning on showing or telling her? It sure wasn't just to congratulate her on becoming a Genin. This would just make Ame think harder on what exactly they were brought here for. What is it that her uncle wanted with Lin. Furthermore, he showed up in a very peculiar time. Ame was just about to tell Lin something. But, it had been prevented. He had only given time to let out a sigh, and that in itself would leave things a little stale between them. That wasn't what he meant at all, and he hoped she knew it. There wasn't much he could do with the situation, but he wanted Lin to know that he felt the same way for her. And, that he would help her in any situation, no matter what. Oh the agony.
He listened for a while before he heard his name brought up by her uncle. Respecting Lin? Of course he was, he would never dream of disrespecting her. She meant more to him than that. He wouldn't be able to bring himself to do something as wretched as hurt her. His face flushed slightly, and Ame adverted his would be gaze to the ground, giving a slight bow of respect. "I would never dream of such a thing Senpai, she means more to me than that." he retorted, almost defensively. He couldn't quite place it, but something about the comment unsettled him. Was it because people thought there was a possibility he was volatile and dangerous? He hoped that he could prove such misgivings wrong, especially with Lin's uncle. She always had the up most respect for him. That being said, if Lin respected him so much, than Ame did as well. It always worked that way. He trusted Lin's judgment of character far above his own, and if she trusted someone, then so did he, but not without good reason. That was a troubling thought as well. He sure had a lot of them anymore.
Ame smiled back at Lin as she stood up for him, and slapped the chest of her uncle. He would have to tell her sooner or later that he liked her just as much as she did him. But, he supposed that could be left for another time. Now wasn't the best period to interrupt the conversation.
Ame followed Lin and her uncle as they walked to the building. His mind as buzzing with several thoughts about the current situation. What was the objective here? What would they gain? If it was training, then Ame would sure be here for a while watching Lin get stronger. Of course, he wouldn't mind that really. He had always enjoyed watching her train. She was much more elegant at taijutsu than Ame was, and her origami ninjutsu fascinated him till no end. That would have been the best thing for them, he decided. If it were training. She would get stronger and then they could leave to start their conquest, and soon. She would come back and become Kage of Amegakure. Yes, he would definitely become a Kage soon. She was strong enough to do so. Soon, though, Ame found himself in a building, which seemed a little vacant. This was, different. Not something he expected. Then, Lin's uncle moved to the center of the room and struck a pose. This was definitely not what Ame expected at all. Now he was even more curious as to what would happen.
Then her uncle started to speak. The way he presented his case was rather interesting. It was a sense of demand yet there was also a sense of pain in his voice. What could he be getting at. The great past of Amegakure? Well, that wasn't much to look at. Just a lot of pain, guilt, anger, and venom sitting in a small country of talented ninja. A time bomb waiting to explode. But, why would he start of by buying a house then talking about the history of Amegakure? Then, it all made sense. Konan. The great shinobi that stood by Nagato, aka. pain, and Yahiko. The three main advocates of peace in the region. Their work was always well known. In fact, most ninja wanted to grow up to be like Nagato or Yahiko. Young Kunoichi waned to be like Konan. He wondered if Lin wanted to grow up to be like her. It sure was an interesting thought. He stole a glance at Lin. She was watching intently. She was sure interested now. Of course, she had to be. There was no way an Origami-nin would hear the name Konan dropped in a conversation and not have the slightest instance of curiosity. It even made Ame curious.
Ame looked back to Lin's uncle. He was pausing for dramatic effect, it seemed. Then, he stated the second part of his conversation. That piece of information hit Ame like a fist to the face. He was almost winded. Adopted? Lin? No way!? Her parents ran a restaurant in downtown Amegakure. They couldn't have just adopted her? And, why is she just finding out now? That was another big mystery! Ame opened his mouth to say something, but he didn't know what to say. There were no comforting words that he could say to stop something like this from happening. There was no way he could comfort Lin now. That bomb had been dropped, and it had gone off before any of them could have prepared. Ame listened to Lin, and he could tell she was shocked. The little -ah- sounds and lack of spoken words meant she didn't know what to say at a time like this. Ame was about to speak until he heard Lin speak up, a little shaky, but he could understand why she was that way now. She brought up a good point. Was the man before them really her uncle? Ame didn't quite know.
Her uncle made a good case, but Ame didn't quite know whether he should believe him or not. He hoped Lin would help him with that endeavor. If she believed him, than he would too. Ame listened to how Lin came into being. How her mother had died giving birth to the shinobi standing before him, and how her father was no-where to be found. He even understood why her uncle could not keep her. He wouldn't have been able to provide her with the essentials to becoming a good ninja. So, the only way was to have her adopted. He could understand that. For some reason, he didn't know if he should feel grateful or dismayed at the news he was hearing. he could only imagine what Lin was going through at that specific moment in time. She must have been horrified. To know that her entire life was nothing but a lie, well partially, and that she is just now figuring out who she truly is and what she truly can do. That being said, she must also feel the excitement to know of her true self, and what she knew about her life. It would have given her a sense of closure, he guessed.
He was further amazed to see that Konan was a direct relative of Lin. That made her all the more special. She was part of a bloodline that was famous for fielding one of the deadliest and kindest ninjas in Amegakure. That was a great honor. Ame almost felt a little jealous. He doubted, though, that she felt the same way right about now. She may have been a strong shinobi, but hearing this information so direct and sudden, would be incredibly hard to take in for any experience ninja. Ame took a deep breath, and pushed up his head-band to reveal his eyes to the crowd before him. He needed to see this. Hearing couldn't capture what he needed to see. Ame watched Lin carefully, as she took in the information. Her eyes seemed to lighten when he said she would become Kage. Yes, he felt the same way her uncle did. She would become the first Kage of Amegakure. He knew it would happen. Then Ame felt a pair of eyes on him. Turning, he looked Lin's uncle dead center in his eyes. He was referring to him now? Trusting him to help? Of course he would! What kind of friend would he be if he didn't? And, a fire? Well, Ame didn't know what that meant, exactly, but he took it as a compliment. He bowed once more towards her uncle. "I will, senpai. You can count on me. Lin will be well protected on our adventures." he replied respectfully.
Ame caught Lin's gaze, and smiled. He gave her a reassuring thumbs up, hoping that it would help her cope with what she heard. He watched as Lin and her uncle said a few last words than departed. Lin seemed like a new woman now. There was something different about her. A certain pep, a fire, a light, that wasn't there before. She had vigor and determination in her eyes. Ame was a little confused as to what just happened, but he didn't think to say anything just yet. She walked to the far wall, and drug her fingers along it's grooves. She seemed perplexed, but then he changed his mind. She seemed calm. A much different emotion entirely. When she stopped at the table, he noticed she picked up a book. Then she stood motionless for a few moments. Ame would have given anything to figure out what was running through her mind at that moment? What was she thinking? Her emotions were easily reflected in her bow, if he could read it. He seemed to be too caught up in it, because he was brought back suddenly by her speaking to him. Sorry? She had no reason to be sorry. Then she briskly walked up to him and hugged Ame tightly. He couldn't help but to hug back, and take a deep breath. "Don't worry, Lin. I'll always be there when you need it." he replied softly. He meant it. There wouldn't be a moment in which she would be alone. He would always be there. Then their hug ended. It was brief, and he was against letting go, but he did it anyway. He silently reached up to wipe her face gently, brushing away any remaining tears. "Don't cry. To know one's past is a lot better than to be shrouded in mystery." he said in his best comfort tone.
When Lin smiled at him, Ame couldn't help but to smile back. That sure was a lot. He would agree with her. He also agreed it was time to start off on their adventure. He was looking forward to it. "Well, I mean. I guess. I sure hope, though, that I learn to levitate by the time I get to our destination. I hate walking." he replied nonchalantly and winked at her.

The Rain never stops in Amegakure..
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ame was glad that he could comfort Lin in such a manner. She seemed almost ecstatic that he was still there. That gave him hope that he could correct the mistake that he had made earlier, about her feelings. That being said, he decided against saying anything at the moment. There was too much going on right now. He would decide on a better time when he got there. Besides, he would have plenty time to tell her. They were going to go in search of adventure. They had to travel just to get more jutsu, and become stronger. If they ever wanted to become stronger that is. And the only way to do that, was undergoing tough trials. He decided that he wouldn't allow her to come to harm. In fact, he promised himself that. He would not allow any harm to befall Lin. In the years they would be fighting together, he would be able to build a better bond, and with such, be better able to protect her if anything were to happen. That gave Ame a sense of calm. A sense of purpose better yet. He believed that in their journey around the land of shinobi, they would be able to better themselves, and learn more about each other. That posed somewhat of a problem for Ame.
He was easy going and happy, that was always the case. He could crack a joke at any moment. But, when it came down to it. He was the worlds best pretender. The things that always went on inside his mind and never got out, would eventually catch up to him. And when Lin found out what kind of person he was, then what would she think? Ame knew that one day, he would have to sacrifice something in order to bring peace to Amegakure, but he decided that he would find out what that meant when the time came. He thought back to Naruto's age, and what exactly he could have felt. Or Yahiko and Nagato. What did they feel when they were told that peace came with sacrifice? How did they go about it? Ame couldn't comprehend such a thing, so he put it aside. He was sixteen years old. How was he supposed to be able to think that deep?
He turned his gaze back to Lin. She was now leading him back through Amegakure, to the docks. They were ready to start their journey. Their bags were packed, their minds were made up. This was going to happen, no matter what happened. He was sure of it. A broad smile played upon his lips and he tightened his grip on Lin's hand a little bit. When she let go and taunted him about keeping up, Ame pulled his headband over his eyes once again and beamed at her. "Keep up? I'll give you an advantage, and take away my eye sight!" he retorted, running past her. Yes, he would give her the home field advantage. And, the next time they would lay eyes upon Amegakure. They would be older, and better suited to lead their people to a peaceful lifestyle. Ame was sure of it.

String Reeling Technique - 900 Skill Points - A series of wires reeled together on the user's form. It can be used to trap the opponent, with a sort of razor wire. Hidden Hooks - 850 Skill Points - A series of wires, that emerge from the user's sleeves and have hidden hooks attached. They can be used to assist in movement, or to entrap opponents. Earth Release: Mud Indulgence - 600 Skill Points - This technique lets the user summon a river of mud. This technique can have water added to it to speed up the flow and increase its power. Whip of Water: 750 Skill Points - A whip is created from nearby water that can be used to hold opponents. Water Release: Snake's Mouth - 1200 Skill Points - This jutsu allows the user to summon a large amount of water. The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river that carries their enemy away. Chakra points used: 18,991 - 4,900 = 14,091 Chakra Points

╔══════════════╗ ¤*Inari Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Inari had somehow managed to slip away from the young boy with the aid of a clone she had placed in her wake there. It gave her time to sneak away from him unnoticed, she had to admit she felt a little bad for leaving him there like that but it was her future that she was really concerned about and not his. Her attitude had slowly been returning to its former state of arrogance and superiority since her losing control at the battle of her family’s gravesite. Upon leaving the Hidden Cloud Village Inari realized that she should at least visit the Hidden Rain Village as it was the village the Akatsuki were originally created in. It was also the hometown of both Lin and Ame, she had honestly hoped she wouldn’t run into them there. She hardly cared after all that it was just someone she had just met that she was leaving there. All of her training and research had taught her to feign relationships in order to get closer to people and to believe everyone who cares about you only wants something from you. It was a brutal way of thinking but that was what got her through most of her life thus far and the fact she had actually begun to care for these people was sickening to her. She was by far a superior ninja and mind, so why was she wasting her time trifling with children. On her trip out of the Cloud Village she thought about that stance a lot, about whether or not she was right to think something like that when she had just been defeated. The fact remained he had combat experience and she didn’t, she had chalked it up to that fact and the fact that he had caught her at a moment where she was unable to formulate a strategy.
That sort of thinking led her to create a set pattern of styles and strategies that she would practice and go over in her mind while meditating and training in an attempt to burn them into her mind so if the time came that she was ever caught off guard like that again she would have the ability to prevent herself from being overwhelmed by weaker opponents like she had only hours before. It wasn’t like he was physically weaker than her, and his chakra was certainly more powerful. But she felt as if she should have beaten him based on her strategy alone and the fact that she was a more capable strategist. The games and puzzles Inari did as a child would be what ultimately set her apart from the other children in her age category. Even at a young age she was segregated from the other children of the Mist village mainly because of her skin color, it turned out to partially be because of her fathers involvement in a less than savory organization in the eyes of most people in the ninja world but that didn’t matter to Inari as her father would always be her hero and he was following in his footsteps anyways. It would have been like someone telling Naruto Uzumaki that people in his village hated him as a boy because of the things his father did, which in fact was a lie, his father had saved the village and in turn set apart events that would save much more than the village Hidden in the Leaves. All of these heroes she had spent so much time reading about all had something in common, they were all set apart by a special ability not harnessed by anyone else. As she looked back on that fact she rubbed her shoulder and realized that the curse mark for her would possible be just the thing that would sky rocket her ahead of other ninja in her peer group. It would place her on equal ground with ninja that normally would be able to throw her away like yesterdays trash.
Thinking about her curse mark and the heroes who all had that something special brought her to her next train of thought, what she would do about the Curse mark placed upon her neck. The obvious answer was to have it removed, but after speaking with her father on the matter in her dream she had realized that it was a source of power and skill if it could be harnessed, like all almighty powers it had to be reigned in before it could have any really lasting effects on her fighting style and skill level as a ninja. In reality being a ninja and being stronger than any other ninja was just a matter of harnessing and controlling skills and weapons that nobody else has, or can defeat by conventional means. That was the sort of fighter that Inari had always planned to be as a young girl, she had always wished to be the kind of calculated fighter who would beat you before the battle even began. Her battle with Adell however proved that in her heart she was just a savage beast incapable of being controlled herself, let alone controlling something like a Cursed Seal. It was crucial for her to gain control over this and to figure out what it was capable of if anything or if some old man had simply placed a tag on her to find her and murder her later. Thinking about that Inari chuckled to herself and carried on her hike towards … well the future. She had returned to the main land and was simply wandering for hours, which turned to days eventually. This gave her ample time to think on much involving her life and the lives of others and what effect she wanted to have on other people. For Inari, she wanted one or two people in her life, that she would devote her heart to and protect with her life, she thought that when she met them she would truly know who it was that she wanted this person to be. She really didn’t want anyone in her life who would possible slow her down or be used against her by anyone. For now she was more than content being the only person in her life and she didn’t have any problem at all without having someone there to hold her back. Eventually she would consider retiring her work as a ninja and settling down to start a family, she wanted her family’s name to go on after all and that didn’t happen if she didn’t really have some help with it. But that wasn’t for a long time, her current goals involved simply finding the organization her father had been a part of, joining it, and bringing the Amarante name back into people’s mouths. Really that is how all legends begin in the first place is with word of mouth growing about a particular name. Everyone knows who the Uchiha and the Hyuuga are, simply being born into that family gives you a sense of entitlement to walk into a room and everyone knows what your powers are. With a name like Amarante you are forced to create your own name, do your own good, make your own way in life you aren’t handed anything.
Entering the Hidden Rain Inari realized just how sprawling this city was, the rain fell down hard upon the mostly ruined city. She managed to hop across rubble to a small open pad, not knowing that many great battles had taken place here before, it was the place that the former leader of the Akatsuki, Pain, was discovered and his six paths were revealed by the great Sannin Jiraya. This place would surely be much more momentous if Inari could recognize it, the entire city looked the same shrouded in rain as it always was. She carried on into the great city of rain unknowing of what would await her here.

and just like lightning roared.. she crackled. Just like thunder..was the boom. She was the divine Justice of the Roads. She was the lightning of the gods.. the real daughter of Zues.. the hatered of many.. the bane of others.. the fear of little kids.. and the killer of many. Her eyes sparkled a bit as she watched a person walk into her throne room and not announce themselves. Her eyes crackled and her voice boomed.
"You dare enter my Road.. and not pay tribute.. you will pay.. You will pay the consequences."
She placed her hand onto the ground and slowly blue and yellow sparks started to fly and go crazy. The rain that had hit the ground and left multiple puddles would prove to be a breeding ground for her powers. The sky seemed to scream for her. The sky turned black.. this was all her doing. The sky the rain.. everything seemed to be following her.. She started to walk towards the woman.. She snickered a bit.. as she walked towards her in her nude human form. She ran her hair through her chestnut hair and she licked her lips.
"They call me.. Lightning.. I am the purest form of this element.."
She said as her body was over taken by lightning.. her hair. Her skin.. her everything. She was now officially lightning. She opened the palms of her hands and gold lightning started to spark out of it. She clapped her hands together. As her hands clapped together a large wave of energy would expand outwards trying to disorient her opponent. She would then follow up by throwing a lightning bolt up towards the sky causing one large lightning bolt the size of a building to come crashing down towards Inari. she only snickered. She loved to see humans suffer. [

╔══════════════╗ ¤*Inari Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ As the woman walked towards her Inari immediately felt as if she was in hostile territory and that she wasn't welcome here. The intro was quick and didn't even give Inari much time to respond. The woman approached her with what seemed like a warning and then attacked almost instantly after. As the woman's body was enveloped in lightning she had nearly no time to react to the thunder clap. Weaving the quick handsigns for a lightning clone. Stepping behind it she figured it would absorb most of the shock, she had a surprise waiting as well. As she jumped back and ducked under the lightning clone quickly the thunderclap rushed passed them both, as the clone absorbed the electricity and began to disappear Inari smirked, "Not much for talk huh?"
She had taken the force of only a fraction of the first attack and had no idea what was to follow it, all she knew is that wanted to remain grounded so the lightning would posses little ability to travel through her. While behind the clone she weaved another set of handsigns, "Lightning Style: Lightning Armor Jutsu!" the lightning armor was key in most of her strategies, it allowed her one of two options the muscle stimulant she used it as in the battle against Adell or in its other form, as a literal set of lightning armor that would absorb any basic lightning that wasn't connected to a punch. She opted to balance the two out and make for shelter under the cover of the disappearing shadow clone. Dashing towards an opening in the side of the building she jumped from stone to stone only assuming this girl was lighting fast. "I'm gonna need to take this inside if I have any chance of beating her." The wall of lightning began to fall from the sky as she launched herself from the last rock outside into the building before her. As she hit the ground she was shaken up as she hit the wall of the building while she rolled. Rising to her feet she wiped the sweat from her forehead, "Well this is going to be fun, I never read about ninja with this power before." Looking out she saw the electrified woman, she had placed Inari on a full defensive pose, it wasn't like Inari to be on the defense at all, 'I'll bide my time and wait for an opportunity to strike.' This battle was completely different than the one with Adell, she managed to remain calm even when faced with such an intense opponent. She would need to think of something good as her main strategy of electrifying foes wouldn't be as effective here.

She smiled as she saw the girl was a daughter of hers. Not a physical daughter but one of the oens that used lightning as her element. However she didn't understand that she was lightning.. anything she could dream to do with lightning she already thought of it and perfected it.. eons ago. Lightning face sparked with enjoyment as she looked at the girl. She heard her little comment that she didn't talk much. She shook her head no.
" I don't like to talk with the dead."
She put her hands together and slwoly started to stretch them out as she created a double edged lightning sword. She swung it around quickly creating a humming sound. The blade would seem so sharp that it could cut through the air itself. She watched the girl start to dash from rock to rock. Trying to avoid her techniques. It had worked well.. the ninjas.. were quite amazing to be around. They were humans that didn't know they were humans.. until they died. She only licked her lips causing a large blue spark. As she dashed across the empty sky to her towards the building she was in. She entered the building and felt her connection to the sky going dull. However, her own body was still growing strong. She pointed her hand towards the Inari and a lightning started to arc and crackle going towards her. The lightning would attempt to wrap around her armor. She would try and cause the armor to grow to big for her to control. She kept feeding the armor more of her own power. She only laughed.
"you a disciple of my talent.. pathetic"
She said as she spun the lightning sword around again in a circle. She was prepared to kill the girl. But was the girl ready to die. it was a delicate game.. the game of life. However..the Lightning had been alive for so long..that she thought she perfected the game.

╔══════════════╗ ¤*Inari Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Inari realized she had been caught in the building by the woman, hearing her comment from outside about talking to the dead she waited until the woman returned to her sight. "Seems like you're talking to yourself out there lady." the lightning began to arc to her armor making it larger in size and making the chakra that embodied it to be heavier. Inari quickly developed a strategy in her mind, standing tall she walked towards the woman instead of retreating. "And here I thought you didn't like talking to the dead." Smirking Inari moved in closer and closer, trying not to get within her swords range. The plan she had developed involved the original creation of her Lightning Armor, the fact that she had routed the power at about 50/50 gave her an incredible opportunity at this moment. The closer she got the more intense the lightning got, "Here goes!" making a quick gesture she focused on the lightning armors muscle stimulation while still having ample towards the armor portion due to the overload. It allowed her to move with such an intense burst of speed that she used to close the fifty foot distance in a split second as she made contact with the lightning woman she splashed right through her greatly amplifying the electrical charge already in her body. The water clone would create a massive charge within the halls of the building, it would be on the verge of shattering her lightning armor. Unless she again could shelter herself from the charge, which she planned to do. The water would cause the front to flare up, the back would be exposed as the lightning charge was pulled mostly forward. It would also give her a chance to dash past her opponent.
Wearing down the lightning armor it gave her a chance to make direct contact, "Got you now!" from behind she made an attempt at the devastating Liger Bomb maneuver, she would only have a couple seconds to perform it before she was seriously electrified so she had planned to pick her off the ground and slam her within a portion of a moment, it would be a fast attack, but whose to say she wouldn't avoid it all together. To further cancel out being shocked she infused the technique with the Black Lightning Jutsu, a deadly combination she came up with.

Her own boldness seemed to betray her. It seemed as if the tides of battle had changed just that fast when she was going to try to over load her..she short circuited her. She however never let go of her lightning blade. Her eyes didn't even spark.. and for that one moment.. she was almost human again. She seemed a bit lost.. but this moment of not having clarity would strike her hard. As Lightning was grabbed by her opponent.
"damn.. how did it come to this.."
The only words that she had circling through her head as she was coming closer and closer to the ground. However the static electricity was building around her. Thank Zues.. that there was enough motion in the air for her to gather enough energy to cause her body to start to reboot. However.. the slam took its tool. She hit the ground with full force causing her to see almost triple. She hadn't been hit like that in ages.. She only looked at her opponent and she decided to try again. Being this close in range.. Inari would regret. Lightning brought her lightning blade down to try and stab Inari through the foot to pin her in place as she brought both of her hands together in a giant hand clap. This time the clap would attempt to launch Inari away from her. She needed some time to cause the lightning around her to build back up. So for now she simply mocked the lightning armor in her own way.
Head still ringing.. balance still off. This wasn't a good day for the goddess of lightning.. or Zues' rage. She was fairing poorly.. and she would have to turn the tide of battle if she planned on living.
