((ok never mind im getting to post at work XD))
Giglamesh was glad he had fianlly learned to shut his mouth, however as keiko entered the room he wassent happy that she came as well as that niame had a glimmer of hope in his eyes as she entered, he wassnt to happy about this. Giglamesh would then watch as keiko had entered the class room and sat down, giglamesh would walk over to keiko leaing over to whisper quietly to her. "Excuse me....but why are you here in your..."condition"......you she be home resting untill the...sickness goes away kei." the look in giglamesh's eye was that of pain, is was to risky for here to be here and jeopardize so early in the process. He wassnt that happy and was worried about her and the little one by her being here.
Then when Kaz's arm quickly went up, giglamesh didnt even respond with a rod, but responded by throwing a shuriken where it spin like a buzz saw. Giglamesh was aiming to slightly cut then skin between his index and middle finger. Thats was giglamesh's way of saying "shut the ******** up, not now" He hoped the boy wouldnt say anything with his previous engagement with the niame noy, but he didnt seem much smarter so most likely her would have to make a example of him as well.

((>.< jerk lol!)) kaz was suddenly thrown off by a wild shuriken flying not far from his face. he yelped and ducked down almost slaming his head to his desk to dodge it. after the shuriken his the wall he slowly lifted his head up looking at the two senseis with his eyes wide in shock. his heart slowly smoothed its beats out from the sudden near death experience. kaz sat with his chin on the deask and hands over his head. he had got the message and didnt want to risk a finger...............or worse his life. he slowly turned around looking at the shuriken deeply imbeaded into the wooden wall.....(( hey are we allowed to work on jutsus that the class has already been taught like Kawarimi No Jutsu
DC: 15
Must complete 3 times to master it
must use your HP and subtract one each time your attempt the jutsu

Keiko looked at him, she whispered, "I'm nineteen going on twenty, I think decide for myself." She looked at the students, "Besides, I'm sitting, doing paper work, looking through profiles. I'm not using energy, I'm not doing any jutsu, or missions. It's either sit in bed and get fat or I sit in the academy and get fat. I choose the academy. I get paid. We need money." Keiko watched the shuriken barely hit the boy, "Don't make enemies Giglamesh." She said out loud.

Niame thought it funny how late Keiko was in telling him not to make enemies. He had at least one new enemy today. It was obvious what "condition" they were talking about. Nobody is dumb enough not to realize it. Niame stopped a moment and put two and two together. 'Wait if she's....then he and her......AGH THE MENTAL PICTURE!!' Niame let the screaming go on in his head as he barely held up his facade.

kaz was tempted to go get the shuriken but was scared if gig would attack him he sat there staring at it . in the corner of his eye he saw the other student squirm. turning his attention to him he remembered the pain gigla-sensei put on the poor kid. this boy was one of the only students in kaz's class and he didn't even know his name. kaz felt sorry but it wasn't like him to randomly talke to new people. his attention slowly drifted back to the shuriken.

((first off i said whispered so unless you did a listen check or have a high hearing skill you wouldnt of been able to hear))
It was obvious in his eyes he was still worried, but she had chosen to be here so here was where she would be. He would stand looking back towards the class, he would again speak to her when only she could hear it. ".....you know fully well we dont need money.......and they started it." Giglamesh would cross his arms behind his lower back looking torwards the class, talking very low to keiko where only she would be able to hear it.

((listen skill + wisdom mod + 1d20
plus you must notify that your fdoing a listen check. This goes for any skill you add the your chara skill level...which if you dont have than it is 0 + the approiate mod plus 1 20 sided die roll. some skills must be counter by a anit roll....like when i tried to intimidate naime, he had to roll a sense motive roll to counter my intimidate.))

Keiko looked at him, speaking in a quiet voice, "You and I both know that we need to move." She threw down the profiles on desk and then sighed, she looked over to Kaz, "I'm very sorry for what happened, I hope that he didn't scare you too much." She got up from her chair and walked past Giglamesh, "Since some of you are finished, extra training!" She quickly showed each handseal, "To pass it has to be perfect! Go!" Keiko went back to her chair and sat down.

kaz stood up abruptly at the teachers "GO" he was kinda shocked as she caught him off guard wile his attention was on the shuriken. he stood behind his char preparing his self to do the task . he looked at his hands they were still shaking from his extensive use of chakra. he bent over picking up a small bottle of water drinking the crystal clear liquid. after finishing it he let out a small gasp he could feel his body restoring some chakra slowy but surely
((do i just roll? no hp mhp or cp penelties? also can i roll more than one at once???))

feeling more refreshed kaz took his stance preparing for the first one bird he held his hands at his sides breathing deeply he didnt want to make any mistakes to the first instruction the new teacher gave him he concentraited placing his two pinkys together then his ring fingers and his middle ones. bending over his two pointer fingers inwards with his thumbs pointed twards him. "yes...... he breathed out . realizing his success was no big matter he contenued to the next hand sign boar. he put his hands back to his side then after taking a relaxing breath he brought his hands to his chest putting the tops of his nails together for each of his fingers holding it upside down thumbs pointed away from his chest. "success!

he had feelings of sucess rush over him he shook his hands loose feeing the blood rush into them felt good he prepared for the next sign yes! dog this is my sign this should be easy he placed his hands together in a akward position. wait thats not right (fail one) he looked at his hands uh wow come on its kinda sad you cant do the hand sign for your own pet! raising his hands again he put them in another weird position. damn damn damn it! he got furious with hisself slaping his hands at his side.

he got angry and started ajusting his hands till he got to a point that looked firmiliar. his neck hairs stood on end as he concentrated on his hands. wait wait aha! he made a fist with his right hand putting his left hand stiff over it. what!! i cant belive i forgot this one! his eyes had a shocked look on them im stupid.... he felt depressed and ready to hit something for his blind anger. o well at least i have it down now he readied his hands dragon! he placed his hands together crossing his fingers and extending his pinkys out wards away from him and his thumbs up crossing over one another. well that was easy the smile returned to his face
