Fancy Mr A Arthur flinched at Sub's voice. If he was a psychic he would have teleported right then and there. "How'd he find out?" At the mention of a digital birdie he looked at his Snag as if he expected to find a hidden camera or a recorder or something. Glancing at Gray, he found him fast asleep. "There goes my scapegoat," he thought nervously. Looking at Kaya, he wondered if he should have told him to lie. Instead he decided to just come clean. "Uh..." Walking towards the door, Arthur pulled the knob and it just came flying off. Letting out a nervous laugh, he waited for punishment or scolding or whatever would happen. Sub just stood there and watched as the door came off, he knew things would break from time to time, but like that? "I told you, this simpleton damaged our property." GRAY spoke up from Sub's SNAG, the artificial intelligence said in a smarmy voice. "Hush up, GRAY, it's not like you have to fix it or anything." Sub said in reply, walking over to the door that now rested on the ground, nudging it with his foot as if he was checking to see if it was alive, which it was not, and never was. He would then turn his attention back to Arthur and speak to the Snagem. "Don't worry about it. Whatever happened, I'm sure you didn't mean to brutally murder my door." Sub said with a shrug. "We'll bury it up on top of Mt. Silver, ditch the murder weapon, and never speak about this ever again, got it? I'll help you hide this murder, we'll get through this together." He reassured Arthur- wait, was he treating this like an actual murder? It was door.

Keiko jogged in to the main lobby from the entrance, having spent a moment on the mountain. Excitedly, she plopped down on the nearest couch and called out Aster before shoving an item into the Bug-Pokemon's hands. "Here, Aster. I want you to hang onto this."
"Dian?" Aster blurted out, inspecting the Light Clay.
"This item should strengthen your protective moves, according to the guy I bought them from," Keiko explained.
After cooing in gratitude, Aster is allowed to wander as Keiko's attention is grabbed by Chaos, who wandered into the main lobby with a frown on his face and a grumble in his throat. "...League inspcted my ~/~... can't even fence good loot these days... ...~/~ ~/~..."
"Are you alright?" Keiko asked without thinking about how Chaos might react in this state. Chaos stared her down for a moment as though deciding on a punishment for her infraction of caring before throwing a Pokeball at her lap. "Catch."
Keiko did indeed catch the ball, but she paid for it as the metal device hurt her hand when it slammed into her grasp. "Ow! Watch it!"
Keiko looked up at Chaos when she realized what she said, but the freakishly tall psycopath was already on his way toward the staircases, uncaring of her outburst.
Confused, Keiko opened the ball, releasing the Eevee within. "Eevee!"
"Ohhh, how cute.... what was Chaos doing with you?" Keiko smiled, mumbling the question.
"Eevee?" the small pokemon cooed, cocking its head in confusion to Keiko's mumbling.

"Yo, Pops! You look ~/~. Need to blow of some steam?" Lykas asked, having been walking down the stairs as Chaos ascended them. "If you want, Odd's been itching to battle lately. And I think Kaya's been wanting to battle somebody all day, too." He said as he stopped, trying to remember where the other two males had gone.

Hearing Gray blaming him for the door, Arthur thought about correcting him, but in the end decided against it again. It was his responsibility as a trainer to take the blame for any of his partner's misdeeds. If Squirrel decided to smash all the fine china, he took the blame. If Lightning decided to fry all the computers, he took the blame. If Lava accidentally set one of the couches on fire, he took the blame. Luckily they'd never do things like that...or at least he hoped they didn't. When Sub turned to Arthur, the nervous laughing stopped and to be replaced by a weak smile & trembling. As he began to speak, Arthur at first felt relieved, and then got scared again at the mention of murder. "Murder weapon!" Technically Lightning had been used to kill the door, but he was just as much a victim as the door. "I'm too young to go to jail! I'm innocent I tell you!" Though he freaking out inwardly, he was just panicking outwardly. "Murder! Crime! No not me! Sorry sorry sorry! Don't send me to jail!" Sub did say they could hide the murder. "Hide yes," he said as he picked up the door. "Hiding's good. Have to hurry." Suddenly Arthur's tone would change as he remembered the actual culprit. "And your coming too!" he shouted to Gray, waking him up from his dreams. "I'll have Lightning bring you if I have to!" Letting out a small groan, Gray approached if only to shut Arthur up.

"Eh?" Chaos blurted out, a bit surprised by Lykas's sudden apprearance. "Ah, yeah. Don't worry about that for now. How about you and me go out somewhere and chill? We could do with some father-son time."

"Totally! Got anywhere in mind?" Lykas asked, hoping it was someplace fun. He wanted to destroy something after the inability to do so during the last mission.

"I was thinking Goldie. There's a good chance of finding some action downstairs, and we can always grab some grub topside. If nothing else, it'll give us an excuse to mess with JT."

"Sounds like a plan to me. I could use a little action, myself." Lykas replied. "And ya, if nothing else, we can pester people. Always a fun alternative."

Sub had a good laugh at Arthur's dramatic reaction to his fabled murder accusation. "That won't be necessary." He said, taking the door from Arthur and tossing it to the side. "I'll just put this door on my cousin's door and take his to replace this one, he won't mind...much." Sub shrugged. "Either way, you do owe me the cost of the damages. How are we going to handle repayment? Any ideas?" He asked Arthur. This time, he was being serious, you could say, dead serious. I'll show myself out.

"P-payment," Arthur repeated nervously. After his little episode, Sub had put his mind to rest...until he spoke about payment. That would be a problem. Arthur was practically broke considering the only money he had was being saved for a fossil. "Let's not get money involved," he stammered nervously. "Let me just fix that up free of charge. It shouldn't be that hard. And if I run into any trouble there's always GRAY to point out...mistakes. You can count on me." Of course Arthur had never fixed a door before. However, he was 100% sure he could either look up how to do it on the internet or just watch tv & be a pro.

Before he could say much else, GRAY began to speak to him through the SNAG in his pocket. "That will have to wait. More drama is going down in Kanto. The Underground Path which connects Celadon City to Lavender Town has been taken over by the same black clad thugs we encountered in Celadon. They've been demanding payment trainers who wish to use the path, essentially establishing a toll. You would think most trainers would just pass through Saffron City instead, but that's where it gets strange. There have been rumors going around about muggings in Saffron, trainers being jumped and their Pokeballs taken from them, and as such, trainers fear entering Saffron and instead want to take the Underground Path, and thus, they have to pay. The Celadon Police Department are nowhere seen in the Underground Path matter, Lavender Police Department are trying their best but they have few officers, just two. As for Saffron Police Department they are more focused on the muggings. Obviously there is a connection somewhere. So, you slack jaws get over there and investigate this matter. Open up that path while you're at it." GRAY explained. "Hear that, Arthur? Looks like there are more important matters to tend to." He said to the trainer.

Though Arthur simply said "well then let's go," what he really wanted to say was "hurray for distractions!" He hoped that he didn't show this on his face. Returning all his Pokemon, save for Lava of course, Arthur went to the mysterious teleporter, who he still knew nothing about, to take them to Celadon.

After completing the first mission ohmarow gained entry into the organizations hidden base of operation. Ohmarow was then given his starting packege of items. The base seemed massive. Ohmarow's new Nincada sat ontop his shoulder. He hadn't named it yet and was thinking of names but figured a little time to get settled into the base would be better before over thinking the new pokemon he'd soon have to train.

Odd was in the main lobby, practicing his illusions tonight. It was storming outside HQ and he was loving the sound of the thunder as it rolled over the area.
How are you faring?
I'm doing better at the more difficult stuff. Still can't hold it for very long but it's getting easier.
The Shedinja at his side watched as the teen's hand morphed into a clawed talon and back again. The transformation was slow and deliberate in order to maximize the benefit of the training. This was about maintaining a more difficult illusion for longer periods of time, after all.
