Needless to say, I felt I missed my chance when I saw an original Paper Mario game at a local game store. Yet the N64 had all but faded, and it was STILL 49.99!
Now I scoff, cause it's on VC and on my SD Card for fututre enjoyment. (I moved it to the SD to make room for other things. I know I can't play it off the Card.)

Trenn Flashkill I'm talking about old games, btw. I don't see a difference between playing a Genesis ROM or buying it off of Ebay. Until it's officially available elsewhere, it's pretty much fair game, no? I figured as much. There's a great store where I live that sells older games (used, obviously), but I'll still have to use some sort of online site to get some of the harder-to-find N64/SNES games. I love my cartridges. heart

I bought the original game like the week it came out. The day it came out for Thousand Year Door, and Super Paper Mario. : DDD

Seriously, N64 games take a while. Made a sandwich and took out the trash before it got done!

ROMs are nice, but mostly just to get an idea of what the game is. I like holding the real controller attached to the real console playing the real cartridge.

Now to add to our list of olden games to nab, we'll have to start hunting for Gamecube games in a matter of years!
Now I want to find a freshly used copy of Rayman Arena!
The thing I like about that game is that when you race, each char has his/her own theme song when they;re in first place. Goodstuff.
I borrowed it from a friend, but it's horribly scratched up, due to here irresponsible lil bro's roughhousing.

I would somday want to invest in a game controller that goes in the USB, whenever I play MUGEN or the ROMs, just to feel closer to the real thing.

It's closer than you'd think; the Gamestop where I live doesn't carry new Gamecube games anymore and only has one shelf for used Gamecube games. You know, the Cult should put together a list of Must-Get Games for each Nintendo system. There'd be disagreements on things that should be on there ( Kid Icarus comes to mind), but it'd be interesting to see what everyone recommends.

But for some reason, there is NO mp3 for HIS theme! crying
