But see, why does age have to be a barrier? Before Genis/Presea and Regal/Raine became canon, I was quite behind Regal/Presea and thought it was likely.
It totally sucks that it looks wrong to the rest of the world, though. D:
But technically, isn't Presea a lot older than Genis?

...And yet to some people, it still looks totally wrong just because Presea looks like she's 12. >_>
(EDIT: Wait a minute, being from another country, I'm not sure I entirely get the custom of mistletoe. lol So I have a question: Is it only a Christmas Day thing?)

Yeah, it's different in that way, but in essence it's the same---that people think it's so wrong when you take into account physical and/or chronological ages.
Yes, there are some people who think Genis/Presea is weird for the same reason why you think my obsession with your dad is weird. sweatdrop

(About the mistletoe... I think it's just for Christmas, but I've never really cared about it, so I'm not entirely sure myself.)

For that matter, when she DOES love again after Regal dies, she'll be extremely old too. Presea x Genis, Presea x Regal, Raine x Regal, are all the same. So, Azura x Kratos is, too.
