The next morning Story woke up late. It had been the most peaceful sleep he'd had in a long time. He got up, yawned and stretched his muscles. The cave was empty but he heard many voices coming from outside. He wandered outside and was amazed to see so many cats. Silverspeck had told him about the clans but he couldn't imagine that so many cats could live together in one place.
He sat there at the entrance to the cave looking out at everything. He didn't see Silverspeck anywhere.

Story noticed some of the cats staring at him and suddenly he felt nervous. This was a group of cats that stuck to themselves and knew each other so well that while a stranger would be welcome, they might not fit in all that well. Especially if they were a little bit bigger than the clan cats. He watched for the now familiar face of Silverspeck, the only cat he had talked to as of yet.

Finally Story wandered over to where the biggest group of cats was sitting and watching.
"Greetings." He said politely, dipping his head as he was used to.

Cartazzz Finally Story wandered over to where the biggest group of cats was sitting and watching. "Greetings." He said politely, dipping his head as he was used to. Sunpaw looked confused. His ears stood erect, and his eyes remained watchful. Spottedstar noticed the new cat, and tried to catch his scent. All she could smell was river water and herbs. Spottedstar looked at Silverspeck who seemed comfortable around him. She made a motioned with her head towards Silverspeck, so she would tell her about this new visitor.

His ears stood erect, and his eyes remained watchful. Spottedstar noticed the new cat, and tried to catch his scent. All she could smell was river water and herbs. Spottedstar looked at Silverspeck who seemed comfortable around him. She made a motioned with her head towards Silverspeck, so she would tell her about this new visitor. Silverspeck wandered over to Spottedstar and sat down, watching the stranger talking to members of the clan. "I found him washed up on one of the lower ledges of the cliff. He had pulled himself there out of the water." She explained. "I got a couple warriors to bring him up so that I could give him some herbs. He said his name was Story but I haven't asked him anything else. I hope I did the right thing bringing him here, but I couldn't leave a cat there to die even if he isn't one of the clan."

Spottedstar nodded, "Yes, everycat deserves to live, even if they aren't Clan blood, but he can't stay." Spottedstar sighed, "As hard as it is to say goodbye to a new cat, he just can't stay. I don't trust anyone who isn't Clan blood!." she hissed in a whisper. Spottedstar looked away from Silverspeck and at the Clan cats who began noticing him. He smells like a twoleg kitty-pet she spat to herself. ((That will make things interesting))

((Yeah, we need some action. Story is one of the characters I'd been thinking about for a while. He tells stories constantly and a lot of cats believe everything he says. He won't stay in Earthclan though cause the leader of Waterclan had a vision about him and how he'll deceive the forest.))
Story smiled at the other cats. This would be interesting, none of them had ever heard of Feathercat before.
"You're clan reminds me of somewhere that my friend, Feathercat, travelled to." He noted. "It was in a forest like this one and there were a whole bunch of cats that lived together."
