Very Cold. Meaning... around 28-50 F degrees during the weekend. uu;
Basically, stayed warm inside and hibernated when I didn't have to work or do errands.

That's not cold at all...68-86 F is when it's cold haha...it was around 32 today...boy was that nice with the sun shining. Though for some reason I kept sneezing while at work.

whenever someone says to me that they used to draw like me, they make it sound like I'm using an outdated drawing technique.

This does nothing for my self esteem as I posted art in gaia before, only to be met with scorn and telling me that my art sucked majorly just because I didn't cater to their whims.

Suxs to be them and I bet that they are just "jelly" of your artistic skill that they are willing to show their own trolling low "self-esteem" by telling you that your art/ art skills suck/ not good. stare

BEAUTIFUL & AWESOME ART!

Well thanks anyways but I can't help but wonder...compared to what everyone else is doing these days, does my artstyle really look that outdated?

No! You draw in the Style that YOU are most comfortable with; especially, if it is your own.

It was pretty good to start. Work wasn't a totally crummy. Then I got home and went online and a classmate from my childhood art classes came across my profile on a website so we ended up chatting. The dinner with a friend got cancelled but it was because the hospital called him and said they had a vacancy that night so he could get a minor surgery done. Another friend asked me to dinner instead so I ended up getting to try a place that I've been wanting to try. Turns out we work a couple of blocks from each other and went to the same high school (different years). Got home and friend at the hospital texted me saying his surgery went smoothly and that he's recovering.

Today was utterly horrible though. Coworker got mad at me because I wasn't free to drop whatever I was doing and sit with her for training for something that was due today (her fault for not asking people to get their info to her later). Then I had to work OT even though I was dead tired from staying out later than normal last night. Got home and realized that I'm out of lunches and have to pack something but didn't have any bread to make sandwiches. Then I did a quick yoga class but didn't do well at all. My arms are sore now from it. And I'm going to have to let 2 friends know that I have to cancel our plans for Sat cause I've got other things going on.

Oh you poor thing... well, at least it's mostly over right? Say what is it you do for a living? You mention auditors sometimes so...do you work for an insurance company? Sometimes We get those people calling us at work to check on the status of someone's car. And they also send us cheques for them too. I'm not sure if we do cash them in or not...

I'm an accountant. And the auditors are suppose to be done by end of the month and coming back in March but they don't seem to be leaving anytime soon.

oh goodness... so much work to do and so little time to do everything. HANG IN THERE!!

most of my friends tell me that their parents are accountants... though I have an aunt and uncle that work for the same company, though in different departments. One works for the accounting department while the other drives forklifts

Thanks for the encouragement. I get so tired by the end of the week that I don't want to do anything after work on Fridays except go home and crawl into bed and sleep until noon the next day. But of course, I end up having plans with friends since they're busy during the week.
