The "Chakra points" section denotes your total chakra points, and not your chakra modifier. Low chakra does not have a modifier, so a genin with low chakra has 25 chakra points.

The "chakra control" section is for specific chakra control bonuses, such as those brought on by a bloodline/clan, shinobi profession bonus, or shinobi type.

Please use our descriptions of the shinobi profession bonuses provided, rather than yours.

Please note that due to your "natural healer" benefit, you may have one additional ninjutsu column for Hiton (medical) techniques. For your RPC, Hiton is considered a primary element, just like Suiton.

I have been asked by hinote to stop allowing starting equipment. Therefore, I must ask that you erase your "supplies" section, and reduce your numbers of Kunai/Shuriken.

Please refer to the Profile Guide for any confusion you've run into. We're currently changing how a lot of things work, so as you said, some of the other areas can get a bit confusing. The guide is currently the most up to date reference available and should cover any problems you've run into. If you're still confused after reading the guide, you can quote myself or Greg in that thread and we'll do our best to solve whatever issue you've run into.

(Obviously Greg's PM offer still stands, but if you check the guide first it'll be easier for everyone since you'll most likely have more knowledge on the matter to know where you need help.)

The title "Street Rat" would be more of a nickname than a title. A title is given to you by other shinobi, usually a superior, which can be anything from an identifier (Ex. White Fang) to a rank (Ex. Oinin Captain).

Chakra level for a clan/bloodlineless shinobi is low.

In POTS, genin start out with one element, unless otherwise stated by a clan/bloodline. The second element is active at chuunin, and the third at Jounin. Your Profession benefit, Extra element, is not active until Chuunin rank.

Please be aware that the ninjutsu specialist profession is currently undergoing a major revamp, and when completed, will be very different from the one you have read. You may keep your current specs, but please be aware that they may need to be changed. If the new weaknesses/strengths are more to your liking than the current one you possess when the revamp is complete, you may change it for no penalty. However, please be aware that the removal of the Improved Chakra Control benefit has been finalized, so I suggest taking Signature Ninjutsu for now.

Please be aware that your Chuunin and Jounin profession benefits are inactive until you reach the proper rank.

As it is not a pre-registered item, I must ask that you submit leather armor as a custom technology. Just an overview of exactly what it does, it's benefits/weaknesses, that sort of thing. And, if it passes, I would like to ask permission to use a set for my own RPC.

Background
Han grew up without his mom. His mom had gone missing somehow after he was born. Growing up with only his dad he was raised with many stories of his fathers past. Hans dad was an amazing war veteran. One day after hearing about one of his dads war stories, Han decided he wanted to be like his dad. His dad didn't want his son becoming like him, so he had a reasonable solution.
