Casper chuckled softly as he looked about the room. "So this is Maura's lair." His eyes fell on the closet door and he kneeled down to read the signatures. One stuck out the most: the perfect calligraphy that was Dylan's signature. He pressed his palm to the drawing, loving the pieces of art Dylan made. Especially that one. "Very fitting Dylan .." He murmured before he stood up, sticking his hands in his pant pockets. "So .. where to begin?" He walked over to the bed and sat down beside Maxi as he bit his bottom lip in thought. He wasn't going to sugar coat it - sugar coating made his voice become the ultimate weapon. A trait of Vampires in order to lull people in. No, he'd tell Maxi exactly how he'd tell Dylan. He took his hands out of his pockets and covered one of Maxi's hands with them, cradling it softly like a newborn puppy. "Maxi ..... I'm a Vampire."

((lol yersh. I couldn't find any other way to describe his pink princess bed or the rest of his pink stuff. XD ))
Maxi liked the way Casper held his hand. It was so gentle and it just felt nice. Though, he didn't know how to respond to Casper's words. Should he laugh? Thinking that it's only a joke, since vampires weren't real. Or should he be nervous, in case he turned out to be the next meal. After living with Maura his whole life, he wasn't sure if vampires were real or fake. Maura made then seem real, and yet, the rest of the world made them seem fake. Being confronted by an actual vampire seemed like a dream to Maxi. After a few moments of silence, he finally reacted. "A...vampire? Seriously?" He asked softly, not sure if Casper was telling the truth or not. And if Casper really was a vampire, then Maura would freak if she found out.

So far Maxi was reacting .. good. He wasn't screaming and running, although Casper never expected that, but he also wasn't ecstatic about it. Casper figured being Maura's cousin would help Maxi .. but still, you don't find out your boyfriend is a Vampire that often. "Seriously. I know it seems weird .. I mean there are all those things about us being myths .. but .. ta-da .. I exist." He smiled to show all his teeth, allowing his fangs to slide out of their hiding place. "I hope I don't scare you. I would never ever hurt you. Never. I wouldn't even think about hurting you. Me and Dylan are good .. we protect people."

Maxi watched closely as Casper showed his fangs. So vampires really did exist...or was this still another joke? This was a halloween party, and people were dressed up. Though, for some reason, Maxi believed him, and the part where he said that he would never harm him. Wait! Did he just say that Dylan was a vampire too? Maxi's eyes went wide at that part. "Dylan...is one too?" He almost stuttered, not being able to believe that part. His cousin, the one obsessed over vampires, was really dating one. It simply blew his mind. He knew that if Maura found out, she would simply faint. Then possibly lunge herself at him in a crazed, obsessed fan sort of way.

Dylan grumbled lightly at knocking of the door. He was trying to have a nice moment with his new girlfriend, yet he couldn't even get that. Maura's warm hand entwined with his own, and soon they were walking together. Going to answer the door. He smiled at Maura's readiness to let the newcomers in, but stiffened lightly at the notice of who they truely were. Instantly Dylan began whispering through the air, hoping that Casper would catch his words, with whatever he was doing at that moment. "Casper. Hunters."
The door opened, and a smile slid from the older twin. "So sorry to come without notice. My twin brother and I are new in town. We heard a party and thought we should know someone." Reese smiled towards the girl and boy behind her, hoping that they would be invited in without much of a problem.
A smile slid over the younger twin's lips as well. Ryan laughed lightly at the formality of his brother. "Hey there! Party! Party!" A mischevious smile came over Ryan's lips, before he looked towards the other that was standing with the girl. Something felt off about the boy, and Ryan wanted to know what.

[ xDDDD. Oops, my bad. I knew they were something, I just forgot they were hunters.]
Casper chuckled at Maxi's reaction to Dylan. "Yes .. ironically, your cousin is dating a Vamp too." He figured Maxi's surprise was because of Maura's obsession. Good thing for Dylan- He didn't have to worry about her freaking out. "Casper. Hunters." Casper suddenly stiffened, his smile disappearing immediately. "s**t. s**t s**t s**t." He retracted his fangs, feeling his teeth with his tongue to make sure they were completely hidden. Quickly he whispered a response. "I'm coming." He jumped off the bed to leave but then remembered Maxi was there and holding his hand. Casper turned around to look at him with a sigh. "Bad news. For all of us. I should've figured, I mean it's a birthday party .. you can't have so many Vampire's in one place, and I shouldn't have involved you, you might be in danger now=" Casper realized he was ranting and he stopped himself with a deep breath. "We have to get downstairs. Now."
Kristan could hear Dylan and Casper whispering to each other, and her instincts were running wild with messages to flee. Hunters were Hunters, no matter what side you were on. Especially if you're a human feeder. She'd need to be careful and stay hidden for awhile, at least until she had a chance to taste blood. Glancing around, she noticed a sparkle in the corner of the room and realized it was Mysti in her Faerie costume. She grabbed the red-head's hand and dragged her towards the stereo where she began to dance. Mysti willingly played along and Kristan was grateful for the camouflage. Plus, the girl's blood was overwhelming ..

Maxi looked a little confused. He didn't know exactly what Casper meant, but what ever was going on, Maxi was now involved. He found Caspers ranting cute. Maxi thought that the boy looked adorable when he was upset. Though, this wasn't the time to think about how cute the vampire boy was when ranting. Maxi stood up with a small smile. "Don't worry about me or the fact that I'm involved. WOuldn't it have happened anyways?" He asked, begore tugged the boy towards the door. Since Casper said it was time to go downstairs, they would head down now.
Maura giggled as the one boy's overjoyed enthusiasm for the party. "Reall? New to town. That so cool. Please come in and enjoy yourselves." She said sweetly as she stepped aside to let the twins in. What better way to get to know people in town than a party like this, or that's what Maura thought at least.

Casper shook his head roughly to clear his mind. He was being really stupid right now. "I'm sorry Maxi. I'm just really distracted." As he followed Maxi down the stairs, Casper closed his eyes and tried to unlock some of his natural instincts. He needed to stay focused. When his eyes opened, he saw the two men at the door and recognized them immediately. No wonder it had felt strange to walk by them earlier .. Casper needed to keep his mind sharp. He was mad he hadn't noticed them earlier. "Looks like the parties getting good." He curled one side of his mouth in a smile as they stepped up to Dylan and Maura's side, once more holding Maxi's hand. He nudged his eyes towards Kristan, silently informing Dylan that the other Vamp was aware of the Hunters as well.

Dylan nodded lightly towards the two, a smile flitting over his lips gently. "Maura. Could I talk to you for a moment?" Dylan needed to tell her, now before something bad had happened. He watched as Casper and Maxi walked down, then watched Casper's eyes. A whisper exited his lips. "I'm telling her. She needs to know."
Reese smiled gently. "Thank you for inviting us into your home." Reese, ever the gracious and happy one. He entered, and looked around the place, instantly placing himself on the couch. He needed to figure out what was happening around him, because something felt off.
Ryan smiled. "Yeah, we arrived not to long ago. Now if You'll excuse me, The dance floor is calling me!!" Ryan laughed as he made his way over to the dancefloor, instantly joining in the dance with Mysti and Kristan. He could feel something, but he would just the party now, not knowing that there were three vampires around him.

Maura looked at Dylan with concern in her eyes. It sounded urgent, and it slightly scared Maura. She wondered what Dylan possibly needed to tell her that seemed so important. Well, what ever it was, it shouldn't be that bad as she exagerated it to be. "Sure, do we need to go somewhere private?" She asked.

Dylan smiled gently, but the smile faded from his lips. "Yes. Somewhere private." Instantly, Dylan took Maura's hand ans soon he was walking with her up the stairs, back to her room. Eyes cast at Casper as he whispered gently. "Be careful. I'll return soon." Dylan gave a faint smile to his friend, and off he was up the stairs, Maura in tow. He was very unsure of how to tell her what he needed to, but she needed to know. Once they were in her room, he closed the door and began to breathe slowly, although he didn't need to breathe, it could still portray the illusion that he was nervous.

The look on Dylan's face made Maura's stomach twist. She was starting to worry about what her boyfriend needed to tell her. She started nibbling on her lip as she was led upstairs and back to her room. Standing there, she stared at him, watching as he held his breath. What was it that he needed to tell her that made him look nervous? she couldn't figure it out, so she continued to stand there.

Dylan looked over towards Maura and released the breath he didn't realize he was holding. It was now or never for him to tell her. She needed to know, and he suspected Maxi already knew. "Maura. There is something you must know." Dylan took in another unneeded breath before his lips parted again. Replacing his canine teeth were his fangs, glistening slightly in the soft glow of the small bulb above his head. "Maura, I'm a vampire. And those two you just let into your home, are hunting me and Casper." Dylan looked towards Maura, wondering how her reaction would go. Wondering if she would reject him, because her fantasy had come to life, or if he would be accepted by her.

Maura saw the fangs, and next heard the words. Her eyes went wide and her jaw practically dropped. There was an actual vampire standing right infront of her. She was overwhelmed with joy. Maura covered her mouth, the second part of what Dylan said was just now sinking in. Vampire hunters were in her house, and she let them in. It all hit her hard. Her boyfriend being a vampire, hunters at her party, and that her cousin was dating a vampire too. All this hit her so hard, that the next thing she knew, everything went black. The girl fainted.
