-peeks in, sees it be empty, slowly tip toes in- Hi. I be new. Joined a couple days ago, but this will be my first post. I'm still pondering about my character really :/ If I go cannon (though I almost always find OCs more fun), well I'm looking at taking Scott Summers. Pixie would be cool too, though I don't know if she'd be old enough yet in this RP. Plus, I've only seen her in House of M, Messiah Complex, and Manifest Destiny so far so I don't think I could do full justice playing her.
As for OC's, I commonly play a mutant who can control/manipulate light. Shields, beams, turn himself into a giant flash bang, can't be blinded by lights or flash bangs like most people, a few other things; downside being he is rather weak without light and if left in pitch black long enough he not only would become powerless but even physically weak.
I kind of would like to think of something new to play though, and probably something with physical mutation as well. Probably not as bad as Beast or Nightcrawlers, but not as simple as Gambit's weird eyes. Yet at least for now, I seem unable to think of anything on either account :/
Anyways, I'll look through the guild more thoroughly tonight, and that may help make me decide what to choose too. For now though, I'mma slip out while I'm still the only one here. -tip toes away-
