Giglamesh hoped over the desk and with a quick pace walked straight at niame, he would reach under his cloak and grab on of the saya's of his katana's the says he grabbed was black, he would reach across with his rhight hand grabbing the tsuka and would rapidly unsheathe his blade know as Kuroisan (black sun) the blade was black and the actual blade had half circle serrations from tip to tsuba. He would then hold out his left hand and chakra would literally become visible to the naked eye. The would then strike the back of his hand against one of the tables as he walked at niame, the striking against the metal plate would make a spark which would ignite the chakra around his hand and he would slide his hand from then tsuba of kuroisan to the tip as he walked at niame. Then he would stand in front of him he would then reach out to grab the boy lower jaw and begin to put the end of the incredibly hot katana in to his mouth, but he would stop before the temperature would burn the boy. "Didn't i say to shut up?.....you wanna know how i got this scar?" He would hold the still searing hot blade close to his mouth, but not touching him. It was obvious his goal was to intimidate the boy in to being quiet, or possibly scar him for like...either way worked for him.
[Intimidate: (Cha) 3+15=18
to counter a intimidate check you must roll a counter diplomacy check your cha (charisma mod) + 1d20, the DC (dice check) being the above total.
rp wise you dont have to if you dont want it only for rp purposes.]

'Here we go with the threats again' Niame decided he'd keep his mouth shut. He didn't want to deal too much with the teacher, he just wanted to graduate. He sighed and looked at the newst classmate. He closed his eyes and tried to imagine friends......it didn't work......nothing came up. He turned and stared out the window.

Kaz slowly stopped performing the jutsu and raised his hand to his forehead gently wiping the sweat from his forehead. The hair that was laying infront of his eyes drifed slightly toward the left as he released a deep breathe from within his gut. His eyes drifted across the classroom as he rested his chakra watching the intimidating teacher to his left threaten his peer. He sighed and decided to himself it would be best if he kept his mouth shut and did not say one word unless spoke too.. Smart idea.

He raised his arms high into the air and spread his legs wide across the floor. He then leaned forward and placed his hands at his toes before reaching upward again. He performed the same except for the opposite side. He kept this routine going until his body felt resotred or simply better from the stretching of his muscles. This stretching would loosen up Kaz' muscles and allow him better breathing techniques as he attempted to perform his jutsu for the next time.

kaz stood up . he sighed as he watched the other kid be intimidated..... i better work harder. he placed his feet appart for more base this time so not to fall over. making the hand signs he tryed to concentrate his chakra but he failed .the uncontrolled chakra sent a shock through his body. he grimised(typo?) as he rubbed his sore arm. man much more of this and i dont know if i can take it bending over he decided to give himself a stretched out his torso and arms.

he lifted his torso back to its upright position then bent over backwards popping his back he then started twisting at his trunk popping it even more. kaz then looked over at his class mate noticing him getting cut, he felt bad he felt helpless he felt energy rush over his body. he gave a apologetic look back to the fellow student. then turned back to start his work again. making his hand signs this time felt easy .... like muscle memory he was getting it he was almost there he finished the handsigns sucessfully his figure changed ah let out a self appreaciated smile.

Again he spoke, again he said something this boy might not make it out of the academy alive as he as really begging to piss giglamesh off. "...Your eyes shake with fear but you stupidity still makes you talk with out thinking.......i dont have the right to remove your tounge...not durring this lesson atleast.....but remember the pain, every time you speak when not spoken to this pain will return untill i say other wise.........all of you your in traning to not me a civilian, your traning to become a weapon. Yes a weapon which in battle you must follow EVERY order of jeopardize the lives of your entire squad.....i feel bad for whom ever is placed in this boys team." Right as giglamesh said remember the pain he would slide his katana ever so slightly across the top left of his chest enough to leave a cutting burn across his chest, giglamesh was serious there were reason he wanted them to listen, and right now he would seem like a hard a** but in time they would have a better understanding of the way of which he works.
((im not going to roll cause unless i get a 1 with out the roll i would hit you 8 times over your db, -3hp from your current hp total))

he sat down feeling a bit more accomplished, his stomach growling he pulled out a small piece of jerky and began to munch on it finishing it in mere seconds. he patted his belly and leaned back onto his elbows taking a deep breath thinking about all that could be and all that has been. he missed his sister he missed his family the thought of not being able to see her ............she died and he wanted to do every thing he could...... its been two years he remembered the last thoughts of his parents. where could they have gone?.

his thoughts dispersed as he pushed them out. looking out the window he noticed a bird land on a branch the bird pecked and cleaned its self. kaz felt itchy he began to scratch and bite his arm as a dog would do putting small indents in his flesh that he picked at. his scarf fell down abit around his neck. he picked it upwrapping it back up around his neck he tied it in a not so it wouldn't fall any more.

he slowly stood up rubbing his now settled stomach not really knowing how long that snack would last him. he started to itch more when the bird cawed he began nawing again at his arm this time he punctured through his skin he held his arm. damnit he wiped the blood from his wound then licked it once trying to get it to stop bleeding. steading hisself he preformed the handsigns doing them perfect Yes,Yes! then out of no where" caw, caw ,caw!" he slipped out of shock messing up the jutsu. turning around he glared at the bird. "damn you" "damn you"he wispered as the bird flew away

he then turned back focusing on his hands come on! he put all of his thoughts behind him he pushed it all out his sister, his parents, his old life he must focus. his mind was filled with nothing but this now. with out thinking about it his body made the hand signs perfect performing it perfectly "Yes!"a wide smile returned to his face he felt tingly inside all warm , reaching down he picked up the scroll rapping it all up and turning to the teacher........sensei......where do you want this scroll...? his voice was calm yet he was kinda uneasy as he held the scroll out

Niame blocked out the pain, and breathed deeply. Gig was just not going to stop. Niame cleared his mind and focused on the sound of the other students. This room was so much more noisy with more kids and Gig. He didn't like the noise. He never did, but without it, he'd remember his lonly struggle with life. Did he really want to live? what was there for him? Lone acomplishments that meant nothing if he had no reason to do them?What he truly craved was to die, and so he trained, and he'd be a ninja. Then, he'd die a ninja too.

Keiko walked into to the academy, she made her way to the classroom, and pushed open the door. She went straight to her desk and dropped the profiles and paper work. She sighed and took of her jacket and then her heels. Then Keiko collapsed into the chair, "You know, when you are out on a mission you can't give out your position." She rubbed her head, "So, that means that you have to be quiet. Be quiet, think of it as part of your training...or something." Keiko took a profile and flipped through it, "Kaz andTaishiroku welcome to the Iwa academy, blah, blah, welcome to hell." She threw down the profile and smiled.

Niame kept his mask on, showing not one sign of even noticing Keiko had come in but inside he was exulted. He let out a silent sigh and inwardly chuckled at her obvious order to be quiet. Hetried to calm his mind, but it was pointless. Only after a good while did his thoughts settle and then suddenlt, he felt the lonliness again. He pushed it back as far as he could to his best effort. He would not have that invading his emotionless state.

the new sensei entered surprising kaz and sturing him form his bored bent over position. more new people? agh his thoughts discomforted him but his eagerness to lear surpassed it. kaz's arm flew up in the air to ask a question about todays assignment but decided it be better if he not act like a stupid giddy school girl and he put it down. kaz sit in his chair his eyes focused directly on the teacher not wanting to be distracted at all, but as nature would have it his mind wondered and he began to study things intintively trying to play tricks on his own mind. he quickly realised this and but his lip with his sharp tooth the pain causing him to focus.
