He just hoped this guy didn't have anything that would kill his Spinarak too easily. Henna, just barely recovering from the explosion, wasn't too keen on knowing what was about to happen next. He heard another poke'ball open up, however the poke'mon that came out, wasn't something that he expected a skilled trainer to use. Overconfident, Henna sent out his Numel, and commanded it to use its Overheat. A major spout of magma shot right at the unprepared bug, scorching it right off the bat {70 left on Spinarak}. Spinarak, though unevolved still had some fight left in it and used one of its many legs to deal a devastating blow, despite its size relative to its opponent {65 left on Numel}. Numel, living up to its name, refused to budge. It repeated the previous tactic, and shot a huge plume of magma at the green arthropod, ending its fighting streak. Harry, out of poke'mon fled the scene, his mood only worsened.

Though, in a large mountain like this, there was no telling just where he was going, or wether or not he'd make it out.

Why exactly was he running to try and find people he didn't even know, in a place that he didn't even know of. Something was compelling him here to do things he didn't think he wanted to do. Just where was he headed, through the twisting caverns of this mountain, he ran, not even second guessing himself, like he knew where he was going. Though, there were sounds that he could hear. But in a hollow place, sounds travel far, which wasn't much consolation for him.

"The last fragment is here," the leader of the group confirmed the others' suspicions as the group of trainers entered the cavern. There was a cry of outrage and defeat from the gathered legendaries trapped in their restraints.
"We must get it at all costs, although, it seems the shard itself prefers our company to theirs," he chuckled. The leading figures for each of the Teams in the center of the group motioned the go ahead, but the cloaked figure halted them with an upraised hand. Shaking his head with a smirk, he turned to Notaro.
"Let's see what your little pet can do," he mused.
Notaro answered with a smirk of his own, "Then we shall see... Brayden, go ahead," he ordered the hybrid standing next to him.
"Use Fire Blast."

By this time, Brayden's mind was completely blank, not seeing or hearing anything, save the orders of his master. Effectively brainwashed, when the orders came to attack his friends, Brayden didn't even flinch at the prospect.
Brayden stepped forward immediately, still staring blankly ahead. He simply held out his palm, flame flickering to life, warm against his skin. With a thought (or lack thereof), the flicker turned into a flare, then to a raging spiral of flame. Darting forward, Brayden hurled the fire at the retreating Ponyta, cutting off the horse's path with a wall of fire. Sure Barth could have easily stepped through the flames. However, his current rider probably could not.

Flames still dancing about him, raging angrily against the Protect, but faltering slightly as the lack of oxygen caused them to die down a bit, Brayden still stood in the center. He started, a shudder coursing through his thin frame for a brief moment as his eyes cleared for just a second.
"H-help," he whispered weakly, shaking slightly before stumbling, a coursing pain ripping through him, causing him to cry out, falling to his knees, gripping his head tightly. A split second later, the clouded glazed look returned. Brayden's lip curled up in a feral snarl, shaking off the embrace, and stalking the perimiter of the Protect angrily like a cornered animal.
Which, in a sense, he currently was. And they oftentimes proved ten times more dangerous when desperate.
The flames flared up again, kept up and roaring by the will of their weilder, as a Fire Spin took effect, circling maliciously around, trying to weaken the Protect so Brayden could break free. He slammed against the barrier once, twice, before turning to Kaya, eyes narrowing dangerously. A familiar glow started to seep into them, flaring to life as he prepared an Extrasensory. Simple logic really, if something was in your way, go for the source.

Notaro smirked, quite enjoying the show. Although he did notice the slight falter in his mindless drone. He'd have to remember to flay the scientist later on. But for now, he had quite the bit of entertainment to enjoy first.
Deciding to leave the hybrid to his own devices, Notaro watched the two face off in the bubble of Protect that encircled them. It was rather cute, and he did catch Brayden's desperate plea, which only caused his smirk to widen. Of course there wasn't a way to reverse the serum. About all Brayden could beg for was death, which, considering his temperament, he probably would consider a better option than attacking his friends.
In short, Notaro found it downright hilarious.
The Teams about the bubble shifted anxiously, wanting to see a little action themselves. Instead, they settled for turning their malice on the two remaining outside the bubble.
