Finally getting a chance to rest he laid down beside the same tree as before, but his peace and quiet were interrupted by a loud samurai. "If I'll ever get some good rest it be when I'm dead. Might as well see what's all the commotion about." There he sees Varnis practicing his swordplay. Deciding to test him again he teleported and captured Raiden. Pointing a kunai to the throat of Raiden, "Drop your weapon now."

"Okay,"Dorothy said. "I think he was trying to help you, though you don't really seem to need help. You listen to everyone voices so well." Dorothy smiled and followed Namen into the room. "Wow this room is amazing! You should see the...Oh I'm sorry,"Dorothy appolized. She had forgot all about Namen's sight for a moment.

Namen laughed. She was a very good-spirited girl, so the comment didn't bother her one bit. "Don't worry about it! I really would love to see it, but it's just as well! And I do appreciate his help very much." she added, searching for something to sit on. Finally finding a bed, she plopped down. "Aren't we neighbours, by the way? He said I'm room 1 and you're room 2, correct?"
((Last post for the night! I'm making a doll and I need to finish wrapping the clay before I go to bed. Thanks for a wonderful start, you guys! I hope we get just as much done tomorrow.))

Varnis caught off guard by Akakage grabbing onto Raiden, and putting his Kunai to his throught. Varnis stopped in mid swing, thinking about what he should do, he flipped his Katana, and put it into the ground with the handle sticking up. "Ok, I have dropped my weapon, now let him go."
Varnis had took one step off to the side for a clear shot of him. Varnis with lightning speed grabbed his dagger, and threw it at the hand that was holding the Kunai, and Raiden had twisted around so that his back was to the kunai, and bit Akakage on the shoulder.

"Hey your right! I wonder if my room's like this,"Dorothy said. She hadn't had a good room since her mother was alive. "Do you need help putting any of your stuff up? I can help you do that," Dorothy offered.

Before both of them could finish their combo attack Raiden found he was biting wood. With out even a warning both Raiden and Varnis was on the ground with a katana pointed at both of their necks. "You done well Varnis, I thought you would be some naive fool who would give up his weapon so easily. You and your partner have great insight but you forgot one thing. Always plan ahead and think of the possibilities that your opponent will be better than you." placing his katana back into the sheaths he started to walk away saying, "You've past my second test, prepare for more." Within a blink of an eye he teleported back to his room.
((Last post as well for me.))

((Akakage, are you naruto? lol))
Varnis had sighed at being pushed to the ground, and having a Katana being put to his neck. He smiled a little, "Well you know that Raiden is a dragon, and a Kunai wouldn't even break a dragons scale? You know that right?" As soon as the Katana was removed from his neck, he stood up, and watched Akakage walk away.
Varnis had walked over to Raiden, and made sure that he was fine, he was. "Get up Raiden." As Raiden got up, he had patted Raiden on the head, and let him fly around some. Varnis picked up his Katana, cleaned it off, then put it back in its sheath. Varnis had walked over to the wood, picked it up, took out his knife, and wondered how he did that, with the wood.
"Oh well, I don't need to know how he did it." Varnis had walked back to his dorm, with the piece of wood that had his knife stuck in it.

((Order of the Phoenix kicked royal hiney!))
Silver stood alongside the wall outside the room as she listened to the goings-on within and witnessed as each of the students left. She had arrived to the hall late after leaving Korichiko in their room and, rather than disrupt the proceedings, opted to remain outside and observe with her ears and her senses. Hmmm... A few nervous entries... and a few rather confident ones... Mixed attendance this year. She shrugged to herself at the thought before moving from the wall and entering the room. "Headmaster Garreth. Good to see you again."

Garreth looked up from his papers and nodded. "Miss Estreyus. Not like you to miss orientation." he said. "You'll be teaching three classes this term plus your weapon class.. You may or may not have noticed we're understaffed right now." he added, handing her a paper.

She nodded. "Yes, I do apologize for my tardiness." She took the paper and gave it a quick scan with her eyes. "Yes, I have noticed that. Then again, we do seem to have an equally sparse attendance this year. It shouldn't be a problem." She gave a brief glance back toward the door and then back to Garreth. "I've also noticed we have a few interesting attendees this year."

Garreth rolled his eyes to the ceiling. "Yes, and Horatus was hardly pleased by most of them. Then again, he's been in a sour mood all day." he smiled slightly at that, an expression that rarely graced his serious face. "I plan on having him teach Government. I've yet to see how he takes it."

"Horatus is hardly ever out of a sour mood", Silver gave a wave of her hand to illustrate her point, smirking slightly. "And I have no doubt he'll be avoiding me again this year. You know how he is about my Light spell. But as for the curriculum, I think he'll do fine. He is not a headmaster of this school for nothing, after all."

"That is true." Garreth replied. "Well, Miss Estreyus, it was good to see you, and admittedly quite a relief that you showed up, but I really must be on my way. I need to write out copies of these for Horatus and Karaviv." he waved the papers a little. "Dinner is at 8 as usual." he added as he walked off to his office.

"Of course. Good day to you, Headmaster." Silver bowed her head to him respectfully as he walked out, watching him leave. Once gone, She let out a sigh. Well then... Time to get reaquainted with the grounds and make sure my classroom is prepared. With that, she exited the room and made her way through the halls.

(ooc - whoa, I live in the UK, and all this has happened since after I went to bed about 13 hours ago)
Walking up to the main entrance of the school Karariv sighed, she'd been called away on family business. Her brother had died of some strange disease, and she'd had to attend the funeral. Now she was back, and it seemed the school was understaffed. She passed students in the corridors, ignoring them, she was headed for her office, where she could deposit her things. When she was there she checked her notes, there were a few, but they could wait. She hurried to the offices of Garreth and Horatus. She reached Garreth's office first. She sighed when she saw he was in, "Sorry I've only just arrived, I had to attend a family funeral, but that business is all done with now. I'm guessing we're understaffed, but how bad is the situation, and has anything of note happened when I was away?" she asked. Her silvery blond hair was tied in a high pony tail, her crimson eyes were darker than normal, she'd not been happy with having to attend her weakling brother's funeral.
