"Ugh, that looks lovely," Tori said, grimacing at the wound. "I suppose you know he's not a vegetarian, er, thing, then." He shrugged, turning away from the creature and dragging Kii into his apartment.
Wycliff gave the dog a cursory glance before settling his attention onto Shavira. As Tori dragged Kii into the apartment, Wycliff took a hold of Shavi's arm and pulled her toward the couch. "Come to play!"

"Of course it does." Kii tucked the shirt-wrap into a back pocket. "You wouldn't happen to have any bandages would you? Of course I ran out. Shavi's snakes did a number on my arms when she was a baby, but I haven't needed them since she's grown." Turning, KiiMeLwi looked down on the two toddlers. "C'mon munchkaboos. Inside please. Don't want you to get LOST would we?" She grinned and followed her friend's tugging.
"OK!" Shavira turned around and slung her stuffed snake, Slinky, on S'locin's back. "Puppy can watch!" It sounded more like an instruction than an offer. She followed Wy, taking ahold of his hand so he could direct her. "Shavi and Wy have fun."

"Bandages? Kii, I live with a boy who has more horns than a car exhibition. Of course I have bandages." Tori's short tail wagged back and forth as he crossed the common room toward his small kitchen, where he pulled a box of gauze and surgical tape from a shelf above his oven. "Here, this should help," he said, his voice lilting happily.
Wycliff pulled Shavi toward a small box slid snugly beside the couch. "Toyssss..." The boy cooed, using both hands to push the top off with a grunt. He climbed the side of the box, balancing on it as he pulled out several stuffed and plastic Rhinos and a small, badly-wrapped box. "Present!" He nearly shouted, pushing it toward Shavi.

"Point taken." Kii gave her friend a sly grin before taking some gauze. "Help is right. This thing has been killing me." She began to clumsily wrap and tape herself...finding that using only one hand made things a little difficult...but she'd had practice. "Tori my dear, what have you and Wy been up to?"
Shavira plopped down on the ground next to the toybox as Wycliff presented his toys. Her surprise at the sudden box shoved under her nose was expressed on her face, and she took the present shyly. "For Shavi?" She laughed. "Wy so nice to Shavi! Shavi open?" If he nodded, she would tear it open right away. Her snakes inspected the box quietly, flickering tongues coming from all sides.
S'locin trodded over quietly, and wrapped himself around the two toddlers as he lay down, putting his head unto his paws and watching the two carefully. He shifted his sholders carefully so that Slinky would not fall off.
