"Yes I am Tianna. And you can claim any of these appartments as your own. Its all free of charge and the appartments are completely finished now. You'll only have to get furniture for it." Tianna said, brushig her hair behind her ear. She turned and called up the stairs, "Hey Niraj! You coming now. Be polite and greet our guest." She turned back towards her guest and asked, "What is your name?"

"This is Niraj. He's a little bit shy as you can see." Tianna said smiling at Aviscus and then at Niraj.

A bright smile spread across Avicus's face. "Hello, Niraj. It's ok to be shy, I am shy sometimes too. And my name is Avicus. I thank you so much for letting me stay here. And I could probably find some stuff."
He looked to both Tianna and Niraj.
"So, how long have you been here, in New York I mean, if you don't mind me being nosey."
Even though Avicus's expression was content he was jumping around on the inside.

"That's interesting. I was born in Canada, and I just fled here a few months ago. There is a lot more of our kind here then in Canada, which is why I came."

Niraj felt his stomach rumble and blushed hearing it."S-sorry."He mumbled shyly.He felt oddly hungry suddenly.

"Well everythings the same in every appartment except the top floor. Thats entirely mine. And this floor as you can see is going to be the floor with washers and driers and its going to be a lobby. So pick any of the empty appartments and make yourselves at home. I need to get some food or else theres gonna be trouble. I'm getting the beginnings of a bloodlust and it sounds like Niraj could use some food too." Tianna said holding up her hands to show her lengthening and shortening fingernails and said, "I'll be at the demonic ties bar." (Exits to demonic ties bar for the damned.)

Avicus watched Niraj and Tianna leave the apartment building, he then turned and started walking around, looking at the construction going on. He walked to the bottom of the staircase, and ascended the stairs to the next level. He walked down to the end of the hall and knocked on the last door ont he right-hand side of the hallway. No one answered, so he tried the doorknob, it was unlocked. He walked inside to find the apartment completely empty. He walked to the window and looked out to see the night sky with twinkling lights. Just after the lights he could see the harbor of the river.
He walked around and decided that this would be his apartment. So, he walked casually walked out of the apartment and memorized the number of the room; 189. I'm really going to enjoy my life here he thought to himself.
He walked down and started to exit the apartments. He decided to go find some furniture for his new home, and he also thought he should go see an old friend.

Tianna re-entered some time after her newest tennant left and headed straight up to her room and hooked up her computer to charge and attatched several things to an outlet and looked at her work, satisfied that she had gotten the first step to getting internet done.
