Landing in Maral, the day had finaly arose. A smile spread across her face and she slid off Asay, once more. People stared at them"Oh how annoying..."she whispered, her body tenced, remembering the sight they had seen"We must aid, theres a large army of undead headed towards the city..."she whispered to him, someone mishurd them and shouted it out"Oh...great..."she grumbled and rolled her eyes, crossing her arms and smiled wide"This should be fun, we havent faught them in a long time...".

I panicked...this was not a good thing...I had to tell lecta, now before later. "Um, Lecta i have a confession..." i said reluctantly. I'd never done much fighting before in my life. Sure, i'd used stars to ward off enemies, things like fiends, and dragons, and chimera's and such. But never undead..The only encounter i've had with the undead was 18 years ago, when Meldonar was assaulted by dark forces...that was the day draku died. How am i supposed to fight without a weapon anyways... i thought to myself. Perhaps i'd have to sit this one out..or something. But i couldn't just desert these people, when we could be their only hope?

"Yes Eleyym? Whats wrong?"she asked and tilted her head to the side, smilling softly and tilted her head to the side"You dont know how to fight do you..."she whispered and placed a hand to his arm reasuringly"You dont have to. Your my healer...and protector, all you might need to do is summon an Infernal...There ment to fight for you..."she sighed reasuringly and gripped his arm"Everything will be fine Eleyym, I can handle myself. I am probebly more powerfull then Serobi now. And he had trained more then I ever have...".

"I suppose...But i'm a little nervous. I've never needed to summon an infernal star before though. What if i faint? or i can't control it? or i lose all my energy, and have to send it away?" i asked... My breathing, and heartbeat got faster. I almost started hyperventilating. I needed a weapon...Something that would serve as a back-up, in case the star failed...But where would i get a weapon now?...

"Ssshhhh...."she whispered, running a hand slowly along the side of his face"Please...Calm yourself hun..."she sighed, stroking the side of his face reasuringly. He was scared, it made her heart sink. He had always sat back and watched, Eleyym wasnt a fighter"Oh Eleyym...your a great Astromancer, perhaps once of the best. I'm quite sure that it doesnt take up that much energy to summon one. Plus, you must stay calm. You will only loose control when you start to panic...remember when I shapeshifted back in the forest...?"she asked and tilted her head to the side"I was frightened, and I hurt myself after such a risky move...".

I knew she was right..Infernal summonings were the last things an astromancer was taught, and i'd mastered it with flying colors. But i'd nevr had to do it for a fight. I would need all the concentration i could muster, for if panic started to take over, people would get hurt..."Your right..." i admitted, "But please, allow me to take a walk for a little while...I'll be back before the fight begins....." i said passively. I did need a walk. All this was alot for one night. A long walk in the desert would help me clear my mind...

"Oh Eleyym..."she whispered and let out a sigh"Go...Il let you think it over. I have Asay here to watch over me...Plus, I'm a powerfull Elemenkinetic, roots shoot out of the ground everytime something scares me anyway. All by accident ofcourse. Remember what happened last time with the dear?"she asked and let out a sigh"We had a good meal that night...".

I chuckled...I remembered it well. We were eating dinner, and i guess a deer shot past us, and it scared lecta....took her by surprise. Then a giant root shot out of the ground, and seemingly ate the deer..It was strange, and unexpected. But it was something vital she'd learned.
I knew she wasn't powerless, and i really needed to calm myself. But i hated leaving her alone, nonetheless. "Alright, ill be back in a few hours..." i said, and turned away from her, and exited the gate. It was a long while before the city started to dissapear behind me.....

It had bin a long time sence Eleyym had returned, she layed along Asya's body, fingures gently running along her stomack"Werre is he..."she whispered and stared up towards teh starry sky. She was awefully tired, but feared sleeping, Asay stared back at her and licked her lips"Dont worry about me Asay..."she whispered and let out a weak laugh, one leg hung on either side of the dragons body. Purple hair laying gently on her breasts.

"Flavian Trenus, reporting for duty, sir." he salutes, standing upright.
"Good, we're all here." states captain. "Now, all of you will be dispatched in different locations of the Desert from where the undead will be approaching. Eliminate any hostiles on your way. If nobody is back to report before sundown, we will immediately send re-inforcements. Dismissed."
After concluding the meeting, Flavian heads out the dojo and pushes through the early crowds, out to the northern gates of Malar. Dragging his Zweihander behind his back, he skims the landscape for any unusual figures.
"My first Class C mission. This should be interesting..." he mumbles as he looked down to the ground, his eyes evading the blowing sands of the desert.

Sitting at the outskirts of Maral, Lecta stared plainly towards the desert's neverending ocean of sand. A large ball of air formed in the palm of her hand. A smile spread across her face as she watched for any undead, boared. And tired of waiting for Eleyym, Asay, sat beside her on a rock infront of the gates. Smoke rose out of the dragons nose as she looked around. Odd, there was a large black mass heading towards Maral. How could the undead now survive such blistering heat? Aswell, she had noticed that now, they began to have minds of there own"This isnt good Asay, everything is going downhill. We MUST find the creater of these horrable things, and purify the world of them..."she whispered, there was a gargling noise to her right, she tenced and stared towards the rotting figure. Releasing a roar, Asay sat on her hind legs and blue, and gold flames escaped the black dragons mouths.

I approached the city rapidly. Dawn was leaving her rosy fingerprints all over the landscape. The large mass of Undead smudged the horizon, and swelled as more of them became visible over the distant hills. I saw Lecta sitting at the city gates, seemingly on the lookout for either me or the undead. I approached her, yelling ,"Lecta!". "Lecta!", i screamed at her. I'd found a sword that belonged to me, but i'd never seen before in my life...Now was not the time to seek answers, but instead to stand and fight...

Raising her head from the dead corpse at her side. Lecta stared up towards Eleyym, he had a sword in hand. How strange...She had never seen it before"Whats wrong Eleyym, I know about the undead I see them comming right now..."she sighed, the mass became larger and her eyes whent wide"Thats more then an army's worth of undead!"she shouted and rose to her feet, standing high on the rock to examine them closely"This is rediculus...I doubt that this city could defeat these discusting creatures....".

"Im not worried about the city Lecta, my job is to protect you. I'll explain the sword soon, but now we must prepare for battle", i said hurriedly. The city might very well have been unprepared for the fast approaching battalions of undead creatures. There were hundreds, if not thousands of them swaying, and undulating in the distance. It looked as though somebody had spilled a large vat of ink, which threatened to overtake the city. This would be a long, and tiring battle. I would not have time for the entire city. barely enough time and energy to protect lecta. I could only hope that the city had it's own defense, and that the young boy, Flavian was not caught in the crossfire....

"Sir, we have received updates from our guard towers." the soldier says, "The small army has now turned into a large mass of undead. What should we do sir?"
"Is that so?" he replies in shock. "Well, in that case, proceed to Defense assembly A. Deploy spear walls, cannons, and catapults. Get all of our archers on the gates. Also, get our assasins sent out there to retreat for the time being. We will let them finish the job... I almost forgot, bring out the spear gun prototypes."
The soldier salutes the head chief and runs off to tell the defense teams. The message spread out exponentially and within a short period of time, most defense mechanisms were ready to be activated on command. Outside the city, spear walls were erected from the ground after being buried in the sand for a long time.
