Strale looked at Kanji in surprise. "You knew my father? Both of you?" he asked, as he noted Yunad's reaction as well. Then they might know how he died, a voice spoke in the back of his mind. Immediately, Strale cleared the thought from his mind. He had come to terms with his father's death years ago. But still... He was torn between wanting to know and not wanting.

Yunad crossed her arms, leaning on one leg.
"Something on your mind hun?"
She asked, noticing he seemed to have something to say.
((Please don't kill me for these really bad posts. I'm trying I swear.))

(( no your not ::smack:: I love you! ))
Kanji could also see that Strale was wondering about something, it was too apparent on his features not to go noticed. But he wasnt quite as quick to try and get it out of someone. Leaning forward a bit on his forelegs, Kanji's shoulder blades became more apparent as she gaze at Strale for a long moment. "I didnt know him personally, no. But I knew of him. He was a good Mercenary." Kanji finally answered.

(Maybe... twisted )
Strale thought for a moment and then decided that he had to know if there was a chance they knew. "Well..if you at least heard of my father, then maybe you know how he died? I only know because of a letter we received, but it didn't say what happened." His eagerness was evident in his voice. Please let him know...
(Um....make it whatever you want. He was on a mercenary mission..I didn't put much detail more than that, so its open to you.)

Yunad smiled weakly. She knew why and she was trying to put it in some form of words but it was hard to hurt people.
"Your father was sent on a job to fight Lilith, the Ancient."
She turned to confirm in with Kanji.
"It was Lilith wasn't it."
She turned back to him.
"She had no choice. To fight an Ancient just isn't the smartest thing. Lilith told me once that he was actually a challenge and she believed he died an honorable death."

Kanji nodded once when she turned back to look at him, but he had kept his eyes on Strale, to make sure he didnt fall into rage again. "Indeed. He was unfortunately hired by villains. And being a Merc, he took the job, from what I understand anyway." He left out the fact that he thought it was because the villains were trying to cut down the neutral and hero numbers in one swoop. No better way then sending Mercs to their death he guessed.
((Hope this is fine with you silver))

"Lilith..." he whispered, the word echoing in his mind. He was so focused on the name that he didn't hear the rest of what Yunad said. Two competing voices started in his mind. She killed him...but shes an Ancient...do I care?....but shes powerful and impossible to kill...i'll find a way...I'll die though...no she will. With this the first voice won and he made a decision. He looked up, a burning in his eyes, a burning...of revenge.

Yunad could tell the Tigral was not happy. She put her hand on his arm, trying to work her ways again as she spoke inside his mind.
'She was only protecting herself. It was the villians' fault, not hers.'

Yunad's words did nothing for him. The moment she entered his mind, he slammed the door shut in her face. Outside his mind, he turned his burning gaze on her. "Stop your charms. They don't work on me. I thank you for the information, but stay out of my mind." With that, he grabbed his sword, which he had thrust into the dirt earlier, and slammed it into its scabbard.

Kanji took one look at his eyes before breathing a sigh and getting up, shaking his fur of the dirt from the road. Without a word he turned and started down the road away from where he was going. Instead he turned his trail to Deaylan to tell Lilith that Denrothdel's son was coming. He only hoped that Yunad could make him turn against the Villains, and not against the Ancients trying to help these people.

Yunad stepped in front of the Tigral.
"Now listen here! You shouldn't be fighting those who are trying to save this world. You should get back at the person who hired your father to do an impossible task not the person that was defending herself."
She put her hands on her hips and every time he tried to move around her she jumped in his path.
"You are a thick headed brute who knows absolutly nothing about life."

Strale looked at her in anger as she blocked his path. "I blame her and no one else. My father wouldn't have taken the task unless there was some other motive. He would have known that it was impossible to kill an Ancient, unless that wasn't true. Also, how can she be trying to save the world if she goes around killing people? Kind of backwards there, don't you think? Now, get out of my way!" Strale had been gritting his teeth in fury as he said this. As he finished, his sword appeared in his hand, seemingly instantly, and he held it to the side of Yunad's throat. "Do you still think that I cannot kill you?"

Yunad pushed the blade away, it scratched her hand but she ignored it.
"You stubborn, bull headed, monster! You don't know anything. She would never hurt anyone unless she had cause. If you want her so bad fine. Go find her. Try to kill her. You'll be the one that Lita becomes angry with."
She stepped out of his way before reaching for her Kirin and getting on it's back, following Kanji.

Strale shook his head in frustration. "What cause?!" he called out after her, but he knew she was too far away to hear. Now that both of them had left, he turned his thoughts towards Lilith. He thought of the stories and remembered that she lived somewhere in Deaylan. Grumbling, he also realized that that was the direction the two had gone and he would have to follow them. It would be better if I didn't have to deal with heroes and ancients. They'd better not try to stop me or I will kill them. These were his thoughts as he headed down the road.

Raiui strode down the Traveling Roads, and noticed a cloud of dust coming the other way. The dust settled to reveal three creatures, by the names of Kanji, Yunad and Yunad's Kirin. She hissed in frustration. "How many people travel this stupid road?" she growled under her breath as she passed the three travelers. Suddenly, Raiui stopped. She turned her head to look at Yunad and Kanji. "Odd..." she muttered.
