"The radar is hard to read sir. The number ****** to the ***** uncountable."
Tolly grimaced,"Your breaking up watch tower. Repeat, your breaking up. Project a time for arrival. Repeat, time of arrival... time of arrival." He released the comm and waited.
In his mind he knew this was bad. The reports had been flooding in for days. News of the radio silence of city-states. The rash of attacks. It was not unheard of for the might of Coralians to be directed on the people of this world but never had it been as frequent as this.
As he waited the silence began to ring in his ears. The watch tower was not going to respond. He tried to open the signal to them again and the alert went without being received.
There was no time.
He opened a channel to the hangers radio system. "All LFO pilots this is the Director Tolly. As some of you already should know an unknown enemy has appeared on our radar. We are under attack and the exact numbers are vague at best. The Facility may even be breached as I speak."
As he spoke he saw all the construction workers looking up to the command room. Their white lab coats hung limply on fearful and nervous frames. A deep pain spread through the directors body. It started at his heart and spread quickly into his bones. It was a moment he never thought would happen again in Trigga.
He had hoped the group would be better prepared. That this battle would happen on their terms and when they were ready for it. If he ordered them he knew the men and women of MAT Trigga wouldn't hesitate to obey.
Closing his eyes he waiting. "But they would only end up dead," he thought. "They're not soldiers, they know nothing of fighting. And this.. this is no enemy even soldiers would be prepared for. By Voderack's light... please..."
The thought was cold and it left him feeling empty inside.
"Prepare to launch and intercept. I repeat prepare all available LFO's to launch. The fate of all within the facility is at stake. We will open the bay doors as you launch."

Reiku was up and runing toward where tolly was he needed his drive to fly twilght like he did. He rushed up the stair's and open the door he saw the compac drive laying there with his father's name on it. " tolly... look at the drive.." he was stunned but he knew he had to lunch and the name could wait. he grabed the drive and rushed back into the bay area jumping into the cockpit and he set the drive in and radio to tolly. " Twilght ready to lunch sir. His voice sounded worryed.

Tolly looked to Reiku then. The boy was ready. He could see it in his eyes. Again the pain seemed to suck at his soul.
"Yes, Reiku. I've got it."
He pulled the Compact with the built in neural enhancer off the desk and walked it over to him quickly.
"Tell everyone to get in the air as fast as possible. I believe the Radar tower has already been taken down. Whatever you do, just... come back alive."
He cupped the hands of the young man as he handed him the tool. "Don't let the workers know that... and Reiku.... don't die on me. You're parents would never forgive me."

He nodded and rushing out he slid down the railing towards his LFO. He was ready.
As the people around him where busy readying the mecha he slipped the drive in and twilight roared to life. It rolled up to the lunch pad and he opened a com link to everyone behind him.
"ALL RIGHT ITS TIME TO UNLEASH HELL MY FRIENDS LETS SHOW THESE THINGS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MESS WITH THE RESISTANCE!! FOR THE VODERACK AND ALL OF MAN KIND!!!!!!"
A deafening roar came from the LFO's that lined up behind him he nodded and hit the button for Tolly,"Where set, lets get this thing started.." A small whisper escaped him before he launched. "Dad.. mom... I'm with the man you worked with. Now its time to launch into battle..." The link to Tolly's station was still open.
(I think that's what you meant Reiku. Man, as much fun as it is to roleplay with you. I'll try not to play Gramma Nazis again)

Gray stumbled again. The floor was quaking. Somebody was yelling in the radio link still open in Sentrui's cockpit....
Unfortunately, Gray couldn't just hop in his LFO and flee-Mercury was still entombed in the silvery coral pillar, which was now pulsing with a green light in a heart-beat like fashion....
Gray began to worry.
"Let's see....the walls are screaming, the radio's yelling, and the floor's doin' a jig. I'd definately say it's time to go; but I can't.....Go-!!"
Gray yelled over the din, dodging a block of falling rubble.
however, this put him in a worse position as a entire chunk of a coral branch broke off and plunged down, too fast for a second dodge.
"-!!"
Gray closed his eyes, but felt no impact. Instead....
CHOOOOOM!
A sizzling wave of heat knocked Gray down agian; a aqua-green beam evaporating the offending rubble.
a smolding hole sizzled in the side of the pillar, a glowing set of green eyes visable in the dark crater.
"-Mercury!?"

Meanwhile, the correlians where evidently immune to macho posturing and bravado-oozing orders; they where almost all amssed above on on the ground, now, hoving angrily in the rising dust storms and wind gusts.
Balefull, red-ringed eyes turned towards the lights and heat; the MAT facility.
There. That he to be what hurt father...
Silently, the enraged alien organizisms swarmed foward, sickle arms and other lethal apendages riased. Like a living huricane, the "red dots" closed in like a reverse spiral, coming in from all sides towards the lights and warmth of living things and roaring engines.....

He gave the luncher holder the thumps up and he pressed the botten relasing the wire that held Twilght to lunch. He flew throught the open door's and transformed into his fight mode he saw the things coming head on he radioed to Medri. " THere' millions!!" He cut off his transmission as a line of them came at him he jamed the stink up to avade and he did, then he unshighed his sword's and put his laser canons and 16inch gun online to fight." EVERONE AS SOON AS YOU GET IN THE AIR OPEN FIRE HOLD THEM BACK!!" He screamed it into the mic and started to sclice through the anti-bodys.

"come on thesec ond they through blast em with all the bloody fire power you got buddy!" Medri was tlakingto the ship agian... Normaly that might be weird but the ship was talking back to it was not weird is the freaky.
you know if you keep saying that then I might miss... Shut up
Medri made a pouty face. "you can make over thusand calcualtions a second my voice won't ruin anything..."
It take everything I got to drown you out...
Medri lookedl ike he was about put a virus in his own computer...

((Awright!! It's a-antibody coralian time!! xd ))
As most of the coralians still swarmed in the their cyclonic direction, a few broke free from the circling mass. Seeing Reiku coming near, their instincts drove them to obliterate. Because it is felt that they should have thoughts at the moment, they were screaming in their minds "DESTROY! DESTROY! DESTROY!" The largest of the coralians opened up its maw to reveal a giant eye. Energy began to assimilate in its four "mouth" segments and was aimed at Twilight.

Nic had taken a seat so she would not fall to the ground or get in peoples ways while they did things. She watched as everyone went rushing around doing things, and Merdri yelling at a computer which would talk back. When she saw some of the antibody coralians her eyes opened wide with either shock or fear she wasn't sure. And she knew it would do her much good at this point but put her hand on her gun and kept it there.

Reiku turned his head to see the attack coming. He spun straight down and came right back up with a barrage of attacks. He grinned at what damage he did; but every time he killed one, another would take it's place. He then saw the huge eye. "What is that thing?!!" He opened fire with his laser cannon at it, then he radioed Medri. "Hey, get those weapon's online where getting bombarded up here!!" The transmission broke after this, and only silence and slight static was left. But if you could listen closely screams from dieing pilots echoed low through the commlink. "We're taking too many deaths!!" His heart started to sink, all this felt hopeless until he looked at the drive. He grabbed it and the sixteen inch gun on Twilight lowered and a large energy-like beam glowed in the barrel, along with the swords glowing as well. "Twilight barrage!!" The energy from the gun and the swords blew a three-hundred meter hole inside the anti-body corallian line.

((Sorry people I was realyl geting into one RP fora bit and kinda forgot about oyu guys... sorry! stressed sweatdrop ))
THe guns on the ship twisted around an opened up on the anti-bodies. it was lockingo n faster aand fireing faster then any crew of humans could do. Medri sat Just shaking his head with pride at the destroction the ship could unleash. Of corse it was an really easy target not in the air or anything but the damage it was doing was amazaing!

The anti-bodies all diverged away from the hurrican-like mass and headed towards the machines attacking them. Only a few machines they took out while their side suffered more losses. But that mattered not since there were more of them than the enemy.
The one with the eyeball in its maw that faced the Twlight sent off its attack before being obliterated by the attack. Several other coralians in the other's vicinity were vaporized, as well.
The coralians continued to swarm and attack the forces that were protecting the facility. Of course, in a short amount of time all of the coralians would fall into lifeless piles, the typical thing to happen to anti-body coralians. For now, they continued to attack to get revenge for the land.

"Finally....Gray, see if you can pilot now. And don't feed me crap about things not working, they need back-up. And if we die...I'm going to kill you!!"
Despite how little of that made logical sense, Kayako jumped up over a fallen rock and ran back over to her LFO to grab a pair of headphones from on the seat.
"Asuka, where are you? Is everyone okay?"
There was alot of static through the different radio wavelengths, but Silence and Senturi still had a fairly good link. The redhead was already inside her own mech, starting up the launch sequence while no one was watching. There was a one minute time period left while Reiku and Twilight distracted the antibodies. If she launched now, she could close the bay doors back up before anything got in.
"Tolly and the others from our ship are secure, but the outsiders and the Triga crew are already dead. What have you been doing down there? I think you and your BOYFRIEND owe us an explanation!"
"He is NOT my-Oh NEVERMIND! We'll be up there as soon as possible, just-"
"I'm not waiting!! Reiku's covering the entire front sector by himself, he needs backup! Tolly already said the javelin was operational. Silence and I are launching now, you can catch up when your done..."
"ASUKA!! Asuka wait a minute, this is a kute isn't it?? Let me go, they might not attack me because I'm-"
"I know." the girl's voice was colder now. "Your part corallian, one of the cute little imitations of the girl Eureka. Let me tell you something Kayako, you can't always assume that genetics makes you better than the rest of us!! Stay with your pet...I CAN HANDLE IT MYSELF!!"
"Asuka stop it-!!"
The link turned to static, the image of Asuka disappeared from Senturi's screen as it's sister LFO launched out and entered the area occupied by the antibody corallians. Kayako took off her headphones and threw them at the ground in frustration, turning back to Gray.
"We have to go NOW. I know Tolly's crew fixed Silence's weapons but I don't know how long she can last out there. There's too many of those things..."
(((Kute....yeah, I don't know if that's how it's spelled, as I've only seen the english dub and it's hard to know when it's only spoken.)))

The doors opened again; the man running the launch pad radioed out to Reiku. "Watch the doors! Silence is launching, protect the doors as she leaves!" Reiku turned and looked, then he nodded. "Ten four." He radioed back and spun twilight back around to distract the antibodies from where Silence was approaching. He then radioed Asuka. "I got your back so don't worry." His voice sounded horse.
