phreise I don't bring my sketchbooks to school because I'm extremely paranoid over them- I don't really like my friends/other people looking in them, and they always ask, and my teachers are just, *Snags* Wow you're awesome! *shows class*. D: Which isn't too fun when you've been doing life drawing from stock photos and the whole of the class thinks you're drawing "naughty pictures" D: I carry the sketchbook around all the time at home, and when I'm at the computer, I usually have it sitting on my lap, next to me, or inside the scanner. biggrin At school it's just that I have this need to carry my pencil/pen around all the time. I might bring mine this year, but it's rather large, so I don't know. My mom bought them without asking me, and I'm not too fond of it, it's too large and the paper rips out easily. x_x

Nicknames.....well my name is Barbara right...so when I was born I was a premie and well tiny, and I'm just a very small person in general, so my family just calls me Barbie..cuz I'm small like a doll? lol and I have Barb, barba, b, barbique...so many!

Well my real name is Kirstie...so in freshmen year i wanted to shorten my name because no one can pronounce my name correctly, so i called myself Kyra, then this year in physics theres this guy who calls me ginger and hes on the football team so now all the football team and the guys he hangs out with call me ginger. Thus i have become Kyra the Ginger. It was quite a process.Hahaha.

Wow, some of you guys have great nicknames. Mine's quite boring.
I have a friend who calls me Bean. Or alternatively: Beana, Beans, Beanster or even Mercedes Beanz.
This came about because I used to have a lunch box made by L.L Bean which had my initials embroidered on it, along with the company logo and, for some reason, a picture of a gecko. it was pretty dweeby looking, and I knew it. At school one day, I said sarcastically
"I have my name on my lunch box, how cool am I?" and my friend said
"What, your name is Bean?" and, weirdly, it stuck.
I got the friend back for it though.
She's a big Simpsons fan, and she particularly loves Ralph Wiggum. One day she was eating something out of a tin. It smelt of fish and looked like cat food. I mentioned this, and she quoted Ralph:
"My cat's breath smells like cat food. My cat's name is Mittens". I started calling her that, so we're stuck with Mittens and Bean.

I'm just Minerva. xp I hate the nicknames for it, especially Minnie. For Merlin's sake, that is the name of a mouse! Anyway, I don't have a nickname...except my littlest sister calls me "Sissy." She's so cute! 4laugh

Hey remember the day Ms. B was putting names up on the board for the different tech projects... she wrote you down as Kiera, and you kept looking at me saying 'God that's bothering me!' But you forgot Red, which was your hair-related nickname prior to Ginger. Hm... do I have any nicknames that I didn't mention in my previous posts, sis? I covered Emmy, Mia, MiaKitty, Kelly, and all the Harry Potter ones...

My main nickname is Bunny.
It started out in middle school, when I used to wear high pigtails, and one of my friends (Jenna) said I looked like a bunny. Since then it's just been Bunny, and everyone tends to make up their own reason for why they think I'm called Bunny. I guess the name must suit me in more than one way!

I call you Bunny all the time or Jess.
My nicknames are Steff and Steffy for obvious reasons.
My grandma called my Steffernasers.
My mom calls me sissy sometimes.
I had a few exes who called me Steffybear sometimes. That drove me nuts.
I am still called Big Mamma where I grew up in Pennsylvania because I have a nurturing personality. I also am fierce in protecting family.
I was called Broadzilla in middle school because I was the only girl who could play football with the boys.
I have been nicknamed Shorty by more people than I can remember because I am so short.

It all started in fifth grade. We had little buddies then, where the older students would go to preschooler's classrooms and do activities with them. My buddy loved me like... like...
Loved me a LOT.
Anyway, she wanted to give me a nickname because the only thing she didn't like about me was my name, Sheila. Sheila, Sheila, Sheila. I wanted to be named at least Naomi. So she began to warp my name, and hated where it ended up.
Sheshe.
All my friends thought they could do that too.
Now I'm Sheshe AND Sushi.

Coconut Popsicles: I was telling one of my friends how much I love coconut popsicles and he started calling me that, C.P. for short.
Also, some of my friends call me Home Skillet. Partly just because it's cool, and partly because that's what the owner of the drugstore called Juno, and I look a lot like Juno. rofl lol

I got called handlebars for my pigtails... and then one of my friends called me chibi for a while...
My papa Ray calls my skinny minnie because I'm skinny, and calls me and my mom blanket butt because we're part native american on her moms side... he called my mamie that, too, when they were married...
My grandma Darlene used to call me Amelia Bedelia, after the book character. Then she died in 2005, so I told everyone not to call me that anymore, because it was her special name for me, and everytime someone calls me that I start to cry.

I have many nicknames and some I'm unsure as to how I got them.
Secerno- A friend and I wanted Harry Potter nicknames so I got this one.
Rian Vengeance- My friend was picking friends to represent some of her characters and I ended up being the twin of the one she represents.
Zoe Calloway- A penname that I chose after reading The Silver Kiss by Annette Kurtis Klause(sp?)
Amethyst- Part of an old fanfiction.net penname
SorchaSaoirse- My current fanfiction.net penname.
Twilight_of_Life- I read Twilight and the part where Edward is standing with Bella at prom asking if she wanted him to turn her right there, if she wanted that moment to be the twilight of her life inspired this.
Irish Girl- I'm Irish, do I need to say more?

My main nickname is Zeffy. Given to me by my sister Chigotsa because my name is Jeffrey. x3
I have Zeffles and Zeffius that Cerbera gave to me, and Zeeeeeeeeff! by my best friend because we like to use lots of letters, some people just call me Zeff, and offline I have different names for different 'characters' that I assume when I need to (my real name is Jeff though =P)
Jack is a man who flirts to get things he needs, Silk is a sneaky guy who can't seem to tell the truth, Guy the heir of Pepsi, and there's plenty plenty more. xD
Of course around my friends I'm just myself. The others are for fun xD
