((Here's the thing. The judgment is better than what you're offering. It's in our interest to go with the judgment. As such, if you want to compromise, then make us a deal that's at least almost as good as the judgment FOR OUR TEAM. So far, you've only said exactly what you want to happen. Giving us one marble isn't a compromise after we legitimately earned two, if not three. Make a better deal, or accept Arc's judgment.

((How did you acquire the marbles? When did that happen? As is, the marbles should still be right where the creature's body would've been. It wouldn't have been on the stone itself.

EDIT: Or the marbles are getting blown up.))

And AP, if they're dragging away all the stones, you can presume that ment whatever was left of the body...

And thus any treasures with the body...

Also, last bit of rationale and evidence. Xallen was prone on his approach, taking caution to be stealthy. Not that it mattered, magical darkness was cutting off your view. When you killed the darkness, you were focused on the creature. You then raised a wall under the creature, further cutting off any chance of seeing Xallen.

Xallen's in the factory, the factory was silent. So you might have seen the blasts he fired, but never would have heard them. For all you would know, the blasts had originally come from Zen's character.

Thus, there was no way you could have detected Xallen flanking. You were focused on Zen's. No sounds to tip you off. You weren't looking towards him. Which again leaves in my mind little reason for a defense/dodge. (Sorry I didn't point this out earlier. My mind's a bit muddled with exhaustion)...))

((If you could see it you could dodge it. Any other character on Gaia could avoid an attempted instakill like that. It's not like we're discussing the reflexive abilities of an average human.

((I lol'd. Not that I know anything about where the marbles are and all that jazz, but I agree with Arc's judgement. This thing is going to get absured if everyone calls for a second opinion every time a judge makes a ruling that they dont like.))
