Generally I like naruto cross-dressing(It's amusing.).
But haku would make the most decent cross-dresser. (since I mistakened him for a girl the first time I saw him)

In my opninion:
1 - Haku, since he looks like a chic
2 - Deidara, he looks like Ino
3 - Sasori, all he has to do is switch his torso from a male puppet to a female puppet
4 - Gaara, he has the right stuff to look like a chic
5 - Itachi and Sasuke, sice they both look alike and there are plenty of crossdressing pics of them
6 - Orochimaru, no comment
7 - Neji, he can pass off as a chic anyday
8 - Naruto, there are a few drawbacks but he can still pull it off
I have more but I'm going to leave it as far as it is

Deidara, because I actual though he was a girl. I'm usually pretty good at telling the difference and I knew Haku was a guy. It's the anime law; if your 99% sure it's a girl, it's a guy. xd
Of course there are a lot of other Naruto characters that would probably look good cross-dressing.
