You just now saw Vengeance? They don't make THAT big of a deal about it.
they just don't want Clark hurting anyone because they know what he is capable of doing. they don't want him to become a public watchlist if people think he is dangerous.

Ya...I watched it again...They still talk about about how it's wrong to kill him and how they dhould get justice by calling the police.

of course because they don't want Clark under the scope. WHen he makes his "appearance" they want it to be for good reasons not bad.

lol. I know. They treat it like a big deal, except when they need to be able to off somebody for storyline or "loose ends" reasons.

But seriously, how often do you actually see people brought to justice via legal means on Smallville?

It's just something that really bothers me.

Then maybe you should consider another show? I mean most people should at least have gotten used to that aspect of it. I mean th police DO get involved but how often is it something that a Small Town polic force can handle? half of them are sent to Belle Reeve and Summerholt. I mean we had Sheriff Nancy and Sheriff Ethan for a while. But Ethan was arrested for attempted murder and Nancy died... I mean the poic force is never really all that hepful when it comes to the deeds meant for superboy. Clark does the dirty work and the police basically just hng up the towl...

Most of the people are killed...Clark actually didn't kill anyone in the 5th season. But Lana was quite the killer-.-. Chloe is right though. The Police force can't handle people or shall I say things with supernatural powers. Some of the people are jailed though...

Well yeah but when you think about it a majority of them are sent to Belle Reeve like in episode Asylum, like all of Clark's ex-meteor freak foes re sent there because people think theyare crazy when they are trying to say that some boy has "extra terestrial powers"
