"You mean her headphones?" Rikku fairly squeaked. "You mean I totally missed her pups growing up.... "
Stretching slightly Relm rolled her head against Keme's shoulder. Feeling a bit of a headache the artist-mage wondered where it had come from. Handing her pad over to Kaleb she lowered her eyelids. "Tally them for me, would you Scholar? I just..." She sighed rubbing at her forehead & sinking into Keme. "Reading hurts right this moment."

Kaleb looked a little frightened, and he was about to ask if there were other Audio who bled like Morgana when he was silenced by finding the sketchbook and list in his hands. "Uhm..." he glanced over the list, making a quick tally. He was surprised to have forgotten a couple names, he knew he had met Guide and Gojyo, but he hadn't really had time to talk with them. "I-it looks like you know five males and ten females," he said out loud.

Keme looks over to Relm and looks quite concerned about her head hurting, "You ok Relm?" he whispers, leaning over and kissing her temple.
Naruto scratched the back of his head, looking quite guilty. All that time with babysitting Akira, he didn't once bring him to see Rikku, "Sorry Rikku..." he says softly.

"Wow. I know that many girls?" Rikku wondered picking out of her funk a little.
"Thanks Scholar..." The artist said softly. A smile graced her mouth as she leaned into Keme's kiss. It felt so warm against her cool temple. "Just a little headache, Hummer. I'm sure it will pass."
"Awww, Ruto... don't be sorry. We'll just have to have our own pups someday so we can play with them."
Relm sputtered and coughed, chocking on the idea. Espers! Blonde & blonder breeding??

Kaleb blushed a little. He should have remembered to offer his help rather than just sitting there being useless. "D-did you want me to try and heal it away for you?" He asked Relm quickly, glancing up with a hesitant and concerned look.

Keme smiled lightly, still a little worried. He perked up at Kalebs offer, but turned to look at the two blondes, 'The two of them....procreating?! More blondes like them?!' His eyes seem to go wide at that thought.
Naruto perks up at that, "Ok!!! But that means...we would have to....." he blushes...."take our headphones off....our ears will be naked!!!"

Relm shook her head at the blondes, trying to find her voice to answer the healer. "If you know something for headaches I'd be more the fool to say no. Especially if I've gotta think of those two having pups!!" She muttered incredulously.
The Al Bhed laughed. "We've taken more than that off. 'sides... you'll still be my 'Ruto without your headphones, you know."

Kaleb smiled, and leaned over to touch one of Relm's paws. His magic for headaches was one of those very fine spells he had been telling the artist about earlier, a simple Cure wouldn't catch the minute physiological differences that caused such pain. Once finding the source of Relm's headache, the healer quickly cast his spell and withdrew his hand, and went back to being the only bystander not phased at the thought of Naruto and Rikku with offspring. He did blush when they started talking about taking off clothing though.

Naruto felt his face light up red at her mentioning them having taken off alot more and he could't dispute it cause it was true. But he smiled warmly at the thought of the two of them having pups together, and he really didn't mind the fact that he would have to remove his headphones with Rikku.
Keme's eyes go wide at Rikku's comment and he laughs, holding his sides, especially when Naruto's face lite up like a stoplight!

Sighing as the pressure of her headache eased Relm only shook her head in bemusement at the blondes. "Thanks, Scholar." Opening her eyes she shook her head again chuckling at Naruto's blush & Rikku's completely open honesty on such matters. Relm looked the healer in the face as her sister laughed & kissed Naruto's reddened cheeks."I didn't really know healing magic could be so..." Her brow furrowed as she thought of a word to describe what she had felt. "Fine. Precise." Relm gave a wry grin. "Makes it a whole different kind of magic, doesn't it?"

Kaleb blushed and smiled lopsidedly, taking Relm's words as a compliment. "Healing isn't my job, it's my life." He fidgeted a bit, running his fingers over the corner of his leather-bound tome and down the side where the binding was rather shiny from use. "It has to be good like that because it's all I've got."

Keme finally gets his laughter back under control, wiping at his eyes to get ready any tears of mirth. Once he calms down, he scratchs at his ear absently, a small smile on his face, "I'm sure there is more to life then just healing Kaleb!" he comments.

The artist pursed her lips thoughtfully. "Maybe so, Scholar... but Keme's right. You've gotta have more in life than just healing."
Her look shifted from being inisstant to internally contemplative & she sighed. "Still, healing's at least worthwhile. But don't expect us to sit back & listen to you belittle yourself like that!"

Kaleb blushed a bit. "I-it's the truth, all I could ever want is to keep others safe and unharmed." He blushed a bit more, looking down at his book. "A-and I-I would be n-nothing without my magic." He felt that was a fair enough statement, if he was stripped of his magic he would really have no outstanding talent or skill for anything. That's why Relm's earlier comments about Rufus had unnerved him, if his new employer really thought skill should be developed in the absence of magic, he really had no value at all.

"Well, I think there is alot more to you then just healing and taking care of others Kaleb! I think its great you wish to get stronger in your abilities, but there is definetely more to you! I mean, heck, look at me! I'm not all that special!" Keme says.
