The Iron Magus If their intentions were military, do you really think they'd be acting this way? Think about it, Agent. What would you do if you wanted to start a war? Would you fly around, in plain view of the general populace for days on end without a care in the world about who knew about you? Or would you come in secret, and hit fast and strong before your target even knew you existed? With all due respect, sir, it may all be an act. They come acting all flippant and carefree and convince the populace that they're not hostile. Then, when our guard's down, they strike swiftly and with as much force as they can bear. They need not display their hostility openly, just as long as they have the actual intent.

I'm just saying we should learn a bit more before we do anything big.

The Iron Magus I still say that if they came here for war, they're doing a damn shoddy job at it. They could be trying to win our trust so as to take over or act when our guard is down and we'd least expect it. I'd recomend being friendly but still keeping our guard up sir.

They're just trying to lure us into a position where we can be easily compromised; they'll strike only when the time is right.

((Okay, kids. I'm gonna speak frankly here. This is me talking, the user. Not AGENT TIM or any of that crap. Is that alright with you? The aliens are here to make things interesting. I was completely psyched to have them actually request to join the guild. They're controlled by admin, or people hired by admin. We can trust them not to screw things up so much. If the admin want the aliens in our guild, then they've got to have a reason (even if it's just to stir things up). And our guild is public because I want people who are interested in it to see it. All roleplay aside, does that make sense to you?))

It makes perfect sence. Of course I assumed you made the NPC a mod to show off that an NPC had joined our guild. I like to take this seriously, it's super fun that way. Seeing as I've never roleplayed before this. However, I'd like everything to be taken seriously, it really ads to the experience, therefore, I think the NPC should be demodded, and be a egular member and the guild be private so people can see what they want but not post until they join. i'd also like to see the dress code enforced.
