My name is Nasrin. On the NaNoWriMo webbie my name is Karisa.
This will be my first year participating in NaNoWriMo and I am terribly excited. So far I've drawn sketches and outlined my main characters, as well as started outlining the basics of the novel itself and researching background information.
When it comes to writing, I tend to start and never finish. This year I hope for the best in reaching the 50,000 word goal. (:

This is my second year participating. I won last year with a little over 50,000 words in 18 days, and gave up the story afterwards. (You can only take a random and vague plot so far xD)

I was very happy to find a NaNo guild and was very eager to join. I'm so happy I got accepted. ^^
Anywho, my name is Little. I'm a sophomore in high school and this will be my second time doing NaNoWriMo. I utterly failed last year, but I'm gonna give it my all again this year!

Hola! I'm Maq and this is my first year for NaNoWriMo. I was thinking of doing it last year, but it just wasn't in the cards for me. I'm writing a scifi comedy based on 3 random words a friend gave to me (and, of course, my regional and genre dares). The 3 words? Iguanas, Teleportation, and Jousting. Hi there! This will be my second NaNo. I participated in last year, but only got to about 30 thou words before realizing that I forgot to figure out the villain. So I stopped to work on him... and then the month ended. It was a World War I/Occult/Steampunk mess.
This year, I'm torn between two genres: Noir Superheroes or a Politically Cynical Fantasy World. I've got characters and loose plots ready for both, but still trying to decide.
I'm known as "tracybee" over at NaNo, and I'm geographically located in Eastern Iowa.

Hello all! I'm Edward and this will be my fourth NaNo. My username on the NaNoWriMo website is edwardsledge. Big surprise there. biggrin
This year, my NaNovel is about Ishaan, a young man with sexsomnia who has to be locked up at night to keep him from raping people in his sleep, and Roan, a wandering incubus who has to feed on sexual energy to live. Sounds like a perdect match, except that they both hate themselves and what they are so much that they refuse to let other people get close to them. It's a homoerotic fantasy romance.
Geographically, I'm located in Midwestern Oregon.

Greetings all. Call me Tal. I'm 20 and live in Australia. This will be either my third or fourth NaNo. Can't remember which. I usually write sci-fi or fantasy, although I haven't decided what I want to write this year. (Technically I shouldn't even be doing it because I also have uni exams in November... but oh well.) My username on the NaNo site is Lemelie. When I'm not writing, I'm usually simultaneously watching TV and surfing the internets. I am a crime show junkie, a House and Supernatural fangirl, and severely obsessed with Iron Chef and So You Think You Can Dance. Otherwise, I'm studying psychology at university. W00t!
