After the crowd seemed under control, Adonis decided to check on the accident. He pulled out his com device, and honed it to Master Volt's signal in the tower.

"Master Volt? Do you copy? How are things up there? is anyone hurt?"
((I've been inactive for THREE days! crying ))

((I know you were on vacation, thus "Honh left, dude." o.O))

Cocking an eyebrow at Keth he said, "How would that be repaying me, when *I'm* doing most of the work? A 'thank you' would do just fine, Keth. And seeing as you've already thanked me, consider the debt repaied." He placed his hand on Keth shoulder, gave a slight smile, and then turned to Kari. "Jedi Masters, uh... I'm not quite sure, uh... We'll find out sooner or la--" Just then, his com device began to beep. "Excuse me you two, I don't get many calls and I'm curious on who this is." He walked towards the stairs and pulled out his com device, then spoke into it, "Adonis?" Volt said, not expecting the call to be from him. "Uh... Yes, everything is fine up here. No one's hurt, except for the pilot who seems to be quite a mess..."

"That took quicker than I thought it'd be.." Kyle said as he walked out of the space sport. It had only been two hours since he left to help his aunt one more time before devoting himself to become a full pledge Jedi.

As he walked the streets of Coruscant he noticed that the crowd had died down. The Jedi Temple still had that huge gap in their wall. Kyle walked pass the crowd and continued on back up the stairs to where Master Volt and his new companions were.

"Did I miss anything?" He asked Master Volt.

Kyle put on a grin. "I see. Yes, that favor wasn't as long as I thought I'd take..." He looked about the Temple. "So what do we do with the Temple now? It would seem the crowd as stopped. Shall the ceremony continue on?" He asked the Jedi Master.

In his heart, continuing with the ceremony is what Kyle really wanted to happen. He wanted to become a great Jedi and continuing the ceremony would be the start of his mission.

"Where is the Twi'lek young girl we were conversing with?" He asked looking for Ashandi while looking around the temple.

Sergei was trying his hardest to contain the crowd, but to no avail. They were growing angrier and more impatient with each passing moment. He wanted to just pull his blaster to hold them off but that wouldn't sit too well with the Jedi, or the crowd for that matter. No matter what false promises or empty lies he told them, they would not listen.

Well, this would seem to be quite the unpleasant situation. I need a Jedi here or this will turn ugly fast. The kind of ugly were I have to suppress the crowd by force.

Sergei ran to the steps and tryed to get a Jedi that had authority, not one of these padawans. They could do little, but dig the hole deeper. He ran through the big doors that were open. He was now regretting leaving the crowd, as he heard screams and chants, but this was nessesary.

Help! We need help outside! The crowd is turning on us!

He waited for a response, but was anxious to get back to the crowd.

Kyle turned around to face the young man. "Master Volt, if you will, I'll try to get the crowd to simmer down." He said, awaiting for his answer.

In Kyle's mind, he knew he could do this. Though not really a people person, if needed to, he can motivate an army or shimmer down a rioting crowd, this is part of his abilities.

Ashandi perked up when she heard her name mentioned. She had hung around the other Jedi, but tried to stay out of their way; it seemed that they were doing busy, important things. But her newfound friend Kyle was talking!

"I'm here," she said, heading over in his direction. She stood next to him and looked around. "All this excitement is making me nervous... when can we go inside?"

(( Okay. I'd like a mod to tell me if this is ok. K 19 brought in the senators, most of whom, including the Chief of State, I assume are NPCs. Right now, they're still all bumbling about, making speeches and such while all this is happening. I was wondering, in an effort to move the story along a little more, if I could take control of the chief and, say, make him react to some of this business, and then sweep them all away to the Senate. Nothing major. Just let me know.

Meanwhile, the Chief of State had finished his speech, and was now thanking the audience for their roaring applause. (Lakkra personally thought the applause was in thanks that the Bothan had stopped talking). However, it was not as loud as it could've been, as much of the audience was still disturbed by the x-wing crash. Indeed, all the secondary newscams had been directed towards the crash scene, instead of at good audience reactions to the speech. No doubt some annoucer would be saying, 'Today's ceremony was marred by the crash of an x-wing class ship, apparently en route to the Jedi Temple when...'

One of the higher ups in the Senate went up and whipsered something in the Chief of State's ear. The Bothan nodded, and then addressed the crowd once again.

"My, what a smashing start to the festivities!" A number of the audience let out a chuckle, and relaxed some. "Do not be alarmed. Minimal damage to the temple was sustained, and no one was seriously harmed. The Jedi competently dealt with this situation, much proof of how they will help us in future endevors." There was a smattering of applause, and the crowds calmed down. The Bothan continued to work the accident into a positive light. Lakkra was impressed with his ability to contorl the crowds mood- no wonder why his was the Chief of State.

"Now let this day go down in history- the day the Republic became whole again!" The crowd roared again, and then the Chief gave the signal for the fireworks to start, and the main doors of the temple to be opened. Soon the air was filled with bright colors, noise of celebration, and general festiveness. The 'party,' as it were, would last for hours, fireworks filling the air around the temple.
