BLAHHH. Page 8. No change in weigh for a while. I need to start getting more focused!
FOOD Fruit cup-50 calories 6 Potato Skins-600 calories? candy-200 calories small piece of shepherds pie-300 calories? pomegranite- 100 calories glass of soy milk-90 calories small piece of cake-200 X_X --- total: about 1400 3nodding
EXERCISE -barn chores -riding, 1/2 hour -15 minute free workout including; 10 push ups 10 sit ups 10 reverse sit ups 40 lunges
WATER 8+/8
THOUGHTS/GOALS I'd like to be able to do 25 push ups in the near future. And also run a mile without stopping. Yup. That is my mini goal. Once the weather warms up im going to start towards my running goal, but right now it is absolutely FREEZING.

THOUGHTS/GOALS Holy crap. I knew the KFC sandwich would be bad, but I didn't even guess how many calories it actually had in it. X_X

FOOD fibre square-55 calories glass of soy milk-90 calories 1/2 large grapefruit-52 calories 3 lowfat oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies-150 calories? red pepper sandwich-200 calories kiwi-50 calories lowfat yogurt cup-40 calories piece of pizza-200 calories pasta-probably 400 calories veggies and salad-100 calories a little bit of chocolate-100-200 calories? --- total: about 1500-1600
EXERCISE -barn chores -walking 1 hr+ -free workout including: 10 pushups 30 situps 20 reverse crunches 40 lunges

THOUGHTS/GOALS Today I could have cut out the chocolate and slice of pizza for a better total X_X I could have also had less pasta I wonder if I'm exercising enough... opinions?

Had the flu for a few days so I didn't update X_X well, back to it.

Ok, so I didn't really fill my journal out all weekend. I did pretty good Saturday, not so good Sunday, was my boyfriend's b-day. I did go swimming at the pool though. biggrin I will be moving to my new apartment Tuesday, so if I forget to update, thats why! But I'll still be watching what I eat.
Monday January 29th
