Hairy Priest SERIES 3 SPOILER POST DELETED! Although I'm not enforcing a ban on unmarked spoilers for series three episodes that have already aired in the UK, that was a MAJOR spoiler for something that still hasn't been broadcasted anywhere and is barely related to Love & Monsters. There's already a thread specifically created to discuss Mr. Saxon. Please keep all comments about that topic in that thread. THANK YOU!!! Now that I'm spoiled....just great. stare At least it was just me and not anybody else..well nobody at least posted after it but me... xp *sigh* I just hope that the thread Freaj and I cooked up for all the non-DW viewing audience will stay spoiler-free...

You are aware that the movie was about as historically inaccurate as is possible, right? We just studied all about them and the famous battle in History, and the movie was nothing like it.

Err.. well, neither do I, but the only thing anywhere near the real account was some of the weapons they used....and the sad part is now a lot of people think all that is historically accurate....

We wanted to see it, but it was a 15, so we had to see Mr. Bean's holiday instead. Which was alright.
Worse was the time we wanted to see hot fuzz (15), we had to see epic movie instead, and it was s**t. Complete and utter s**t. I fell asleep.
The worst thing though? We're 14

'Cos, personally, I got more than a little confused watching "Casanova" when they start talking about how Casanova's English accent is when he's HAD ONE ALL ALONG, but what are they supposed to do, you know? Unless you want them to do fake ancient Greek accents...?
I have to see 300, at some point, I think, just so I can see what this dining in hell business is. Sounds like a very hot date. *ba-dum chhh!*
A bit off-topic, aren't we? Anyway. ON-TOPIC! L&M kinda scarred me for life. It's not the love-life-with-a-tile thing so much as their whole relationship. I mean, what if they get into a fight? What's he gonna do? If they stop loving each other, is he going to put a personals ad in the paper on her behalf:Elton Could U Be the 1?SWF, 30 lbs, 12"x12" Seeking Man W/ VERY open mind for LTR Enjoys X-Files, cuddling, heart-to-heart convos, but NOT long walks! rofl xd xp Poor thing. Sometimes I wonder whether they haven't driven each other insane by now...

It wasn't so much the relationship though, as why the Doctor brought her back as a slab of concrete?!?!?!?!?!? WTF?????!!! I thought he could have been more considerate and just let her stay evaporated into the pavement.

I have to say that this was, simply put, one of the best bloody episodes ever! Usually I don't like so much silliness in Doctor Who, but this time, it works.
How could something that has so little of The Doctor in it be so awesome?
