Is noted the nervous look in his eyes and had to bite back another giggle. It was only a picture. Not something to get so worked up over, she thought as she dropped the book away from her chest and handed it to him, her eyes dropping down to the sketch.
She rather liked it. Instead of mopey she had captured serenity in his posture and features. A small soft smile was on his lips as he looked out into the distance, his cigarette dangling precariously between them. Swallowing nervously, she looked up at him to see what his reaction to it would be.

Ra looked down at the picture and smiled. She was a very good artist.
"I like it." He said looking back up at her. Though he was slightly embarassed seeing himself captured with such skill. "Better make sure my parents don't see it though." He laughed pointing to the cigarette as the bus came to a halt outside the academy.

Israel flashed him a bright smile at his approval and laughed lightly as he pointed out that smoking and his parents did not mix. "Unless if you mention the portrait to them and they decide to drop by for a visit while I just happen to be with you... I seriously doubt you have anything to worry about," she grinned as she rose to her feet and walked off the bus. Back on solid ground she looked back up at him as she slipped her book back into her bag.
"You know Ra... if you ever start feeling lonely or depressed again... you can come find me. Or even call me," she said fishing out her cell phone as they started walking across campus. "Would you like my number?" she asked, looking back up at him. "You can call any time... day or night. And I know you're just going to humor me and say okay, you will... but just know that I'm being completely serious."

Ra took out his phone and exchanged numbers with her.
"The same goes for you." He said slipping his phone into his bag. "I meant what I said. I really appreceated today. If you ever need me, just give me a call."
He smiled again and looked over at the dorms.
"Well I suppose I had better go and actually do some homeowrk."

"I will Ra," she smiled. With a sly grin she suddenly threw her arms around him and gave him a quick squeeze. Before he could properly react she turned and started walking off in the direction of the dorms, turning to face him and walk backwards.
"I'll see you later Rashne. Thank you for the fun day," she smiled warmly at him and turned around again, waving over her shoulder.

Ra was suprised by her hug and smirked as she let go and walked off towards the dorms. Shaking his head he smiled and waved in agreement and shoved his hand in his pocket as he watched her walk off.
It was good to know he had at least one person to talk to. He thought as he walked off in the direction of the library.~~ Fade to Ocean blue ~~
