I am looking for something...not too specific, but I intend for it to be a christmas present for a friend! I need someone who can do realistic-ish (preferably in traditional medias) from a real life photograph, or an anime-style, not nessisarily headshot in this case, though again from a real-life photograph. Ideally if it is the first option they should be willing to post the original copy to the UK. Of course I will pay for this as long as they can do it! I'd prefer RL commission for this and I'd be willing to pay up to about $25 for it.

Anyone who can recommand an artist who would work on this for me gets a cookie! xd [/quote

I'm (not dead!) and looking for someone who can draw a cover type image. I'm looking for non-anime style and can prob. go $60+ (although I'd prefer less) and 200k plus (possibly more so) Gaiawise.

Hm. I'm not sure what you mean by "cover type" image, but siphios is brilliant and does "complete illustrations" (as he calls them) for between $35-$55 with up to four characters.

i have a widescreen as well..i had two, once upon a time..but one had a line of dead pixels and i had to exchange it, but they had no more..so woe is me D:

my friend wants to open an art shop here on gaia, and sell her CGed headshots....but she doesn't know how to price them. anybody here who can help?

This is a bit of a stretch of what the topic is intended for, but I'm pretty stumped and haven't been able to get really helpful or reasonable answers elsewhere : <

Someone on Neverwinter Nights contacted me recently, saying that he would really like to commission me for a full body w/ background photoshop picture. I am totally willing to do this, but as for pricing, I've got no idea.

Normally, I only like to sell marker work, as I can do it at work and it doesn't cut into my "personal time", or the relatively quick squigglies. So I'm tempted to say the photoshop work should cost more than a marker picture, due to how it cuts into this time, but if that's really fair to do I'm not sure...

Anyway, basically what's being requested is thus:

Requested technique is linework in flash and colours in photoshop, a la this and this, just with a full background and the demon corpses as well.

What the heck is a fair price?
