"Shaddup, will yah! Jeesh! Stop the car Chickie, there's somebody running after us!"

[She isn't here, and we need to start going. I'm sorry, but Sailor is too late.]
Jamie slammed her foot on the break, fighting for the wheel with Wuto.
She gasped and looks out the window behind. There was no one there.
"GOD! What was that about? There is no one there, and now I'm rather freaked out. I'd like to carry on this trip nice and normally, so please let's just all calm down and .. listen to the radio."
Jamie turned the little built-in radio on, starting up the car again.

Wuto sat and pouted. He could have sworn he saw someone. He looked back out the rear window again and this time, thought he saw Jen running behind. This time, he was determined to stop Tora. He bit her, hard.
WUTO!

Jamie whimpered a bit, her eyes slightly watery. She was determined to get to the beach before lunch time, so they had a good 6 or so hours there.
Tou looked sympathetically at her mother, then turned round and scowled at Wuto.

Wuto couldnt believe it. Not only did she not stop the car, she didnt even yell at him. But he wanted to stop, he liked Jen. He tried again to push Tora's foot onto the breaks.

Jamie bit her lip hard. She didn't want to be mean to the monkey, but he was making things hard for himself, and everyone else.
But, she cracked.
"LOOK! I'm not stopping now. The other people are too late, and it's NOT MY FAULT. IF YOU WANT TO COME TO THE BEACH I SUGGEST YOU GET BACK TO YOUR SEAT AND BE GOOD LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Your spoiling it."
She snorted. Jamie hadn't heard herself shout for a long time.

"AHHHHHHHHhhh..hhh..h" Wuto just screamed back at Tora in frustration. He flopped to his seat and threw himself down, pouting.

"Look. I'm not trying to be mean, but I just want this trip to go well. Everyone else has been fine except you Wuto, and I just want everyone to be happy." Jamie said, calming down now.
She took a turn to the right, nearly at the main road now.
"The journey is only about an hour" she added on, turning up the radio. The song just happened to be 'Summer Holiday' ...

Dora blinks several times, slightly confused about what had just transpired, but quickly shrugs it off and begins swaying back and forth to the music. Irwin giggles and begins swaying with her.
"Going to the beach now, Mum?"
"Yep, we're on our way now."

Tou turned around as she heard a little voice. It was Irwin! She waved playfully.
"You excited?" she asked him, acting rather childish.

Irwin nods happily, recognizing Tou from Miss Emelyn's play group.
"Yes, I'm excited. I will get to see little crabs!"

Jaclyn stared in a sort of horrified fascination as the scene between Wuto and Jamie played out - that certainly didn't seem like something one saw every day. She shook her head once it had finished, leaning back against her seat again and glancing down at Zephyr.
The young SM was eyeing Wuto with a wary expression. "Is he gonna try an' make us crash again?"
