Once ikkou had catched his breath and his heartbeat was back to normal, he stood up and stretched. "Okay, i should run atleast one more lap." He said while streching his back. Once done with the stretching, he crouched down like a runner. "Ready....Set....GO!" He yelled as he was back on the way. Ikkous legs were already feeling a bit limp but still he was able run at reasonable speed.

He ran back to part where he slided down to the canyon earlier, it didnt feel too hard on the first time he descended from there, so Ikkou decided to run it down instead of sliding it carefully. It went well with the expection that he managed to cause a small rockslide behind him. He really didnt feel like stopping in front of those rocks falling down. So he ran back to the point where he crossed the river, but this time he did not stop to take a drink. It was his last round so he wanted to push his body to its limits.

Quickly he jumped on the rocks to the other side of the river and started running up the hill. It was very tough to run uphill with legs that were this exhausted. He felt pain in his legs when climbing up the hill, but he didnt want to give up, it was only few meters to the top, but it felt like ages. But when he finally got to the top, the burden was lifted off his legs. He ran like a wind to the next place, which was the other end of the canyon. Finally when he had reached the end of the canyon he had enough confidence to start sliding down the hill immediatly after arriving.

It didnt take long before he was in front of yet another uphill. It wasnt good enough reason to stop Ikkou from running. He strated running straight up the hill. The pain in his legs had already given up on Ikkou, it couldnt stop him from running. But right before he was reaching the top of the hill, his foot slipped and he fell on his face. "Owww, that hurt!" He said while spitting out some rocks. He looked at his watch and said "Aww, i was just about to break my record too..." Ikkou stood up and walked the rest of the way to the rock he was always sitting on...

"Smart move," Maiko said. "Don't put too much force into attacks like that or you'll end up doing what your adversary planned on from the start!"

"He'll end up beating himself to a pulp at this rate," she thought. "He put a damn lot of force into that attack..." Then, clearing those thoughts from her head, she prepared a series of punches to test his blocking skills.

"You're doing a good job!" Maiko said. "Keep training like this, and you'll be a Gennin in no time," she paused, and then added, "That doesn't mean I'll go easy on you, though," she smiled smugly and continued sending punches his way.

After Ikkou rested, he felt the effect the training had on him. "Whew, i guess i should go back at the academy to learn some more techniques." He said in hope that the teachers had stopped their sparring with other students. If he knew how to train kawarimi no jutsu, he could train it by himself, but he didnt. "Teachers really shouldnt ignore their other students when sparring." Ikkou though to himself as he left the canyon.

Hiro breathed depply and fell over on his bum. He was wipped out. He was surprised he lasted that long. He was beaten so easily by Reck and it took him forever to Hit Ark, but maybe he was getting better. He had been training for weeks, and he would countinue. The Gennin exams were coming up soon and he would need all the strength and skill he could muster to pass this time.

"Here," Maiko pulled a ball of rice out of her backpack and tossed it to Hiro. "You earned it."

OOC:sorry about that. I have been transfered to the mist village. The village is run a little more formal and stricter then this one. I will miss you guys you were awsome
