[Quick reminder: you can control these beowolves, just don't dust/kill them, I will decide which ones die and which ones live, so each beowolf will have a mixture of me controlling them and you controlling them for this mission. Feel free to message me on discord if you want to dust one and I can approve it through message. If you do not want to control them at all that is fine too, no worries! If I put something in brackets it means you cannot change it though.]
[First two people who want to climb may do so by rolling a d10 die (10 sided) -- you will add your post count to the roll. If your roll total is 25 or more you move up half of the wall. You need to succeed at least twice to climb up the wall. Once two people have done so the wall will be properly prepped to easily allow the rest of the teams to scale the wall with no rolls. Your character is setting up rock climbing equipment. Your climbing roll must be done here on gaia, and its basically your character using the climbing equipment in your exploration bag to place nails and climbing contraptions on the wall with rope. You got to prepare a rope for the rest of the team to climb up. If you have something that makes you climb better you can message me on discord and I will approve a slight boost to increase your chances of success climbing]
Dee ▬ Dee remains hidden until he moved.
Blair & Hades & Apex ▬ The vault door was massive. The top of it couldn't even be seen in the dark cave. It was round and must be several feet thick at bare minimum. Why was it here? Who built it? None of that information was very obvious. Over to the right a small security building of sorts could be seen though, It looked like a single room, maybe two at most. A small bullet proof window and a single door with two steps. Also made of very strong and thick metal.
Hades and Blair would be the first ones to reach it, but just behind them Apex.
The stairs were strong, no pressure plates or traps. The door would slide open with ease as well. Scratch marks riddled it, as if some grimm had attacked before and tried to claw it open. The inside was dark. Hard to see much. A bit of fog rolled out through a hole in the backwall. Hades would notice a thin wire just inside the door, a trip wire attached to an ice dust grenade hooked up to the wall. [roll 1d10, add 10% of your post count to the roll. If you get 10 or above you may disable and keep the trap/grenade for later placement. If you roll a 1 it will set off and freeze you inside ice] Beyond the trap are two desks with panels of buttons. Most are off, but a few flicker red or blue. Claw marks riddle the place, but a side panel along the far back wall seems to illuminate the place. It was red rimmed, almost like one of the old fashioned emergency containers that contained and axe and fire hoses within residential buildings in Vale. Except this panel contained strange looking metal objects. The objects were rectangular. 5 inches by 7 with little metal arm grips that looked like it would attach onto something. In the middle of each plate it had a small marking that said: "Weapon Enhancer Prototype M.23." With a small opening for a vile of dust. A small instruction Manuel was hanging out of the panel from a small chain. It was partially destroyed, but part of the first page read: "Insert dust vile of choice, then attach the WEP M.23 to any weapon to augment its abilities with enhanced dust usage. These have proven effective for short bursts, but may destabilize your weapon so do not use unless it is an emergency. Please remember to-" and the page was cut off. [You may take one per person, but if you wish to engage in battle to prevent others from getting there first you may choose to do so. You do not need to get inside yet, but now you have information for when you do. Make sure to roll 1d10 fo any post inside the building -- tba why.]
Auburn & Sky ▬ The "tusked" beowolf [LV 0.6/60 post count] exploded into dust as she tossed it into the horde of grimm below. The situation from the vantage point up high revealed the dire situation. Surely all students below would die if they did not try and get up the cliff. After Auburn descended she could see that Sky had been pounced on by the two grimm stalking him. They slashed at him, one of their paws making contact with his face. His head snapped sideways with a jarring blow and he fell to the ground. Auburn was the only one close enough to save the boy.
Prince ▬ Successfully climbing the wall. Prince would feel something scratching at his back as he climbed. A rogue Ravager. A bat-like grimm with sharp claws was flying back and forth scratching at him. It was small and wouldn't take much effort to destroy, but where there was one, there were likely more. This was an omen of what was to come. [10 Post count ravager, feel free to auto kill]
Reikka & Fran ) ▬ The two large beowolves keeping their distance [50 post count/LV0.5 each] watched as Reikka dashed in and heroically finished off their brethren who had just swallowed Fran. Every one of Reikka's attacks sliding into the beowolf as if it was made of jelly. Its immobility playing in her favor. The creature would list a paw and slash at her once, but she'd easily dodge it, then again, but to no avail. The creature was simply too slow to fend Reikka off as she made her attacks. Her final attack to the neck ended its "life." The beast would hold together for a long moment as Reikka did what needed to be done, it didn't take long before its belly ruptured. Fran slid out as the grimm's body imploded into a pile of dust which rained down on the scene. The battle all around them was numbing to the ears. Screams off in the distance could be heard from students and grimm alike. The onset of exchuastion starting to sink in made it all the worse. A horde of grimm blocked their exit. Taking turns engaging the students. It was retreat up the cliff or die. Fran's body could be seen on the cave floor in front of Reikka. The fog temporarily pushed away by the grimm's dusting. Fran was alive and breathing, but unconscious. She would need someone to grab her and take her up the rope system [which only half is done by Auburn] Or she would certainly be devoured by the two large beowolf grimm in the background. [You do not need to roll to climb up a rope system already in place, Prince has laid out half of one system near you]. After Apex moved up the cliff, the two large grimm locked their bloodlust filled eyes on Reikka. It was clear they wanted her, but they also saw Fran's body on the ground. They growled and got low as if they were going to pounce right on Fran's body and Reikka if they didn't move quick. With Prince gone, and Fran unconscious [Fran can wake whenever she wishes], there was certainly no hope to defeat the two large beowolves.
[Scale the wall ASAP to escape the infinite onslaught of grimm]
Prince ended up successful in his climb. It was great considering the fact that his faunus trait came in handy. While he was climbing, he kept feeling something clawing against his back and he wasn't sure what it was. It wasn't until he was safely up the wall and on the cliff that he saw what it was. The air hitting his skin from the small rips that the Ravager did to his clothes. Annoying it was and it didn't take much effort to kill. In fact, one shot of his venom stings took it out without issue but that only meant more trouble was coming. Looking at the one rope system that was halfway done by Auburn, he shook his head and would let it be. He didn't help finish it. He did nothing for it. He didn't know whether it was set in the most stable way or if it was weak and could not hold up. It didn't matter. Far as he knew, he was safe and he was away from the death pit that was below. Starting to take off in a sprint, he would run down the path that was up ahead trying to find a path. Trying to find an exit if possible. He would hold out his scroll, trying to make contact. He knew it wasn't working earlier but he wondered if it would work now. Yeah, he abandoned the others to their doom but it was all just a result of all the choices that had occurred and the interactions he had been with in regards to the other teams.

This wasn't going too bad. Maybe being intoxicated wasn't too bad for this mission. Going through the massive vault door, he knew Blair would most likely have him covered if need be. He wasn't scared of going first and taking lead. He had faith in himself. How big was that ******** door? What exactly is all of this? What is going on? he wondered as he would continue on. He didn't truly care why it was here but he wondered why did the voice send them there. It must be something important right? Continuing, he would see the security room and head there. He didn't see anything mighty impressive right now. Everything seemed so modern and high tech. It didn't seem like it was abandoned for years. Maybe a recent event? He wasn't so sure. Getting past the stares, he would come up to a door and would easily slide it open. He didn't even pay mind to the scratch marks. His mind not really paying much attention to details as it should. With the door open, he would take in the darkness for a moment. His semblance taking now of the wire trap that was there. Luckily he didn't just blindly walk in. He was about to take care of the trap before he saw the 3rd wheel. The voice confirmed it without a doubt. Though....his semblance was never really wrong.
To others, the way the light shined on her would probably make her seem like a savage but Hades been around the block way too many times to be scared of anything. Looking at her as he turned around, the security light is the illumination for the group, he would hear her suggestion. I honestly don't even know what the ******** we are looking for here. Weapons? Money. ******** I know.. He thought before putting his hands into his pockets. "Why the cute ones gotta be crazy? " he commented not even scared of the ramifications that might have for later. Considering...they were rocky at the moment because they were...not honest with themselves? Who knows. "Leaving isn't an option. I doubt you can kill a god, but~ Maybe I wouldn't mind the second option depending on if we change those circumstances? Love a woman who I rough around the edges? In fact, I wouldn't mind dying by one if she has the strength to make a god submissive~" Maybe it was the alcohol that was taking it into an extreme level for Hades. Maybe he saw Apex that super appealing? Maybe he was lowkey trying piss off Blair. So many options and best part mentally he probably didn't even know what he was trying to do.
"Speaking of which Pending Mistress, what are you even looking for down here? We probably after two different things" It was a little setup. He wanted to know what exactly was down here? What was so important she threatened to try to kill them over? Couldn't be dust. Or regular weapons. Not to die over. But Hades couldn't think what it was. Maybe this woman was just that extreme for no reason. One thing Hades wasn't thinking of was that he wasn't seeing Apex in the full light. She could actually be ugly and a disappointment. The dominating darkness surely was obscuring many features. But does that truly matter? Does anything matter? Not when you intoxicated partially. Screw that. .

While Hades vision made him aware of the 3rd party, her ears picked up on Apex’s footsteps as they approached. When spoken towards she slowly turned to face the woman, her attire masking any emotion that may be painted on her face, but at the moment there was none. It was perhaps fortunate for all of them they were on a mission, for if this were a simple daily interaction Blair would not be so willing to hold her tongue as she was now. Mission was more important than anything else and Blair was quite capable of acting professionally. Her eyes observed the newcomer, and while Hades semblance did allow him special sight, her faunus traits made seeing in the dark a picnic. Unlike him though, her focus was seeing how strong she appeared, what weapons she may be hiding, and other such similar things.
Oh she wants to get inside? Same thing as us or could it be different? Blair pondered in silence around the same time Hades did, however unlike her partner she did not speak up. Perhaps it won’t be a problem letting her in first, especially since Hades may see something she isn’t aware of. Why engage a new mysterious “enemy” when they would just let potentially traps do the job? Besides if they were after different things there was no need to confront one another and unnecessarily waste time, resources and energy.
She tilted her head in Hades direction to visually give him her thoughts on the matter via a glance of her eyes but it was too late he had already engaged flirtatious speech. Nothing she wasn’t aware of, but in the middle of a mission? Was it an act? A gimmick to get her to lower her guard? Her blood began to boil in her veins as irritation spread throughout every inch of her being, but she remained silent. She remained motionless giving no indication of her “thoughts” and “opinions” on the matter, but someone who knew her long enough like Hades perhaps would pick up very subtle and brief giveaways. If he was doing this to piss her off, he was succeeding, but in the middle of a mission? Did he have a suicide wish? He perhaps wanted to fail it on purpose, he obviously had not been wanting to come. Why else would he come intoxicated? While she would love to blame everything on merely his current state of mind, she couldn’t. He was quite capable of this sober…. after all there was one other mission she could think of where he flirted in the middle of it.
As Hades spoke and asked what his “Pending Mistress” wanted, she turned to face Apex, her anger having been shoved into the very depths of her soul. Unknowing to her, it was perhaps fortunate for all of them that her faunus rabbit tail was hidden behind layers of clothing, and she didn’t have a more obvious sign like bunny ears. Even if Blair were recognizing her as a group against Faunus, she wasn’t going to do anything about it, she didn’t care that much for her own kind, or humans. If someone got killed by either a grimm, human or faunus it was because they were weak.
Tempted to speak and repeat Hades questions, though in more of a demand, Blair opted to remain silent and merely wait.
She sees snow, all around her. The beautiful landscape filled with white snow covers her vision. How beautiful, she thought and then it all went black, she feels cold. She can't see anything, can't hear anything, can't feel anything. She relaxes, finding comfort in the coldness. Her body was numb and she was so tired.
"Wake up!" She hears a voice suddenly. A female's voice, telling her to wake up. But she didn't want to, it's exhausting to wake up, she would rather sleep.
"Wake up!" The voice says again. Now she's curious as to why the voice sounded so desperate as well. Her eyes slowly open, letting the light of the world back in. At the same time, all of the pain and exhaustion hits her body at once, causing her to tense up and shriek in pain. A hand then comforts her body, helping her up. She looks at her helper, and it was the white haired maiden that she saw earlier. She looks concerned and determined.
Fran looked around, and immediately noticed the growling near them. Forcing her body, she took the rope that was laying beside them, and ran with Reikka towards Auburn. Fran passed the rope and said "We need to get up as quick as possible, I'll let you handle this. We'll stay here and cover the others till you're done."

Dee's body hit the wall hard, pain rushed over his body as he tries to regain himself. His gold eyes slowly look around the cave.. everything looked grim. He could not see completely thought the fog but he could see just enough to know they were getting ******** over. Sitting up slightly blood running down his body from his abdomen. He needed to get moving the wall was going to be too hard to get up at the moment. slowly rising to his feet dragging his back against the wall making sure to keep in the fog. his long dread hand lazily over his face. grabbing a palm-sized rock in his hand before he was fully standing. the pain washes over him but he choked it down, the creeping feeling of his skin recovering covering his wounds. His hand still tightly grasped around the hilt of his blade. Steeling himself for another fight Dee throws the rock out of the fog as a distraction in hopes of getting the Grimms attention. Jolting out of the fog Dee would quickly pull his sword up and shift it into its pistol form, slightly surprised at the sudden appearance of a few Grimm. Trying his best to gather as much information from the surrounding area as possible. His eye-catching the item he was looking for his second sword. Dee slightly angled himself closer to both his discarded sword and the still hesitant Grimm. turning his aim to the one eye grim and firing. two aimed for its legs and one for the chest, then turning for the other Grimm and unloading three more shots aimed at its chest. Running right towards the two Dee reaches into his pocket and pulls out one of his smoke grenades and pulls the pin. Fist tightly wrapped around the grenade. Once he was on the Larger of the two Grimm he swapped his weapon back into the melee form and puts his weight behind a downward swing arming for its good eye. the Smaller injured Grimm getting the smoke grenade to the face. knowing he at spilled enough blood around the place he just needed to cripple the big one and he could deal with the smaller ones.

Auburn stepped over to the two Grimm attempting to maul the new kid, stomping of the weaker one's head. If it survived, she'd launch it into the gathering mass with a kick as she grabbed the other, slamming it's head into the wall and dragging it along a few feet, tossing it the same as she had from up top. She pulled the kid over to the base where the rope was and grabbed Nox next as the pink haired girl woke up. Meeting her back at the base, she set Nox down, calling out to Reikka."Reikka, you hold off down here. I'm going to go up top. Dee, you help the PAWS girl get the two of you and these two secured. Tie yourselves up with your rope and I'll let down another once I'm up top. Tie them together and I can pull all four of you up. Reikka will climb up with you guys."
Even as she told them her plan, she was tying the rope Fran had given her to her belt and started climbing up the rope. About halfway up, she dug in her pouch and grabbed the piton and hammer she'd also taken from Fran and kicked off the wall, holding them in the same manner as she had up top. As she swung back in, she punched the wall, her weight, momentum, and strength driving the piton in and she secured the rope to it, testing it with a few tugs before resuming her climb. She could feel the strain in her injured shoulder, but ignored it. Her semblance was almost spent, she could feel it, but, she had to force herself to keep going. She wouldn't have the strength without it and both arms to get the others up all at once and they needed to get out of there as soon as possible. If lucky, she could get away with it, but, if not, she might lose the use of her injured arm for a time. Either way, she'd need to treat it properly once everyone was up. And it would hurt, even to her.
OOC: +50 to scaling attempt. Rolled to extend Semblance in Dash Delta. Result of 14. No injury from extending her semblance in her next post

Weapon(s): Judgement is a massive sword that is 77" long, 14" wide and weighs 54 lbs, but, has no unique properties other than that. Auburn is able to wield this beast of a blade, even one-handed, because of her Semblance.
However, her boots and gauntlets are equipped with mini cannon-like guns that fire off dust rounds. (See Mission for image of gauntlets and boots)

"You won't know what fear really is"
--------- A smirk appeared on her face as she looked between the two children in front of her. She was extremely good at figuring out people, and could already assume their relationship with each other, just in their body language. Apex was no fool to behaviour, she had adapted to learning when there is a hidden agenda at play, a hidden emotion. She looked up behind them, examining the entrance ahead. "A relic.." she said, "Am heyuree fur a relic, and I will hae it.." she added, as she began to pace slowly and menacingly from side to side. "Al help yees git wit ye want.." she said, letting out a chuckle as she thought about the relic ahead.
Apex knew that no relic was unguarded, having the help of two children would prove useful, and she was always happy to help others - as long as she gained. "So then bunny girl, does yer daft boyfriend always act like this when there's another lass involved?" she said, addressing the quiet faunus that had yet to speak. Apex stopped her pacing, and looked between the pair. If they did not act soon, she would soon become impatient.. and they didn't want that.
The 7'1 male would look down at Apex a little confused. A relic? What the ********? A relic? "A relic? Why do you want ancient objects? I mean I guess they can be valuable but the ******** would someone do with like an old vase?" He questioned. Obviously he was missing something important. Something very important. There had to be something to it considering she was talking about she will have it. It was like nothing was going to stop her from getting it which meant it had to be important. But why? Maybe something that was in regards to her family? He only knew about weapons. "We only here for weapons. So, if you want some ancient thing then sure. Guess we can help.. But why is this relic so important?" He wondered, giving her more of a look over. Her pacing wasn't that menacing to him but he also was a fool. So what was really a danger?
He still didn't mention the trap. In fact, he had to make a gambit. Maybe he could mention it but how would she know if he knew about it or not if she accidentally set it off? If the relic was kept down here in security, then maybe it was worth a s**t load of money? Not worth fighting over though. He wasn't one for extreme greed. The pay from the voice was going to be good enough in the long run anyway. He did wonder about the kids behind. Were they surviving or did they die? Watching Blair, he was curious about her reaction. A slight pain occurring from his head. Hopefully, this be over soon! Saying ******** it, he would walk towards the door and go to try and disarm the trap. Hopefully, he could do it right to where be reusable at another time.

Reikka partially carried Fran all the way closer to the wall by the shoulders. "A little help here!" She cried out, hoping someone would help her get Fran away from the horde of beasts. "Wake up!" She shook the pink-haired girl as she halfway dragged her closer to the rope system. When the girl finally regained consciousness, she urged her to get up and climb the rope. "Hurry!" She exclaimed in intense urgency, riling the girl up without further stirring her shaken wits, "They are closing in! Climb!" Once Fran had gotten shakenly to her feet, she unsheathed her weapon once again in order to defend the students for as long as she could without getting mauled herself. She faced the horde of Grimm and took a deep breath, "Everyone! Up! NOW! I'll hold them off...." She wasn't so sure she could do this exactly, but she had resolved to try her best to save as many of them as she could. And aslong as they weren't dumb enough to keep fighting the angry lot of them.
There wasn't much she could do for the students who were left behind. Suddenly, a Grimm jumped infront of her. A Grimm walked up, it was one of the larger wolves that was very much keen on stalking her to her doom. "Alrighty, lets dance." She cockily pronounced. She allowed the Grimm to leap closer to her, its eyes bloodshot and its vestige bloody. It had taken the price for daring to go past the layer of students just so it could get to Reikka. It seemed it wouldn't take much to kill this one, but she didn't have time. All she could do was push them back temporarily so she can get as many of her comrades as far away from the mass slaughter as much as possible. That was her job here, all the while keeping herself alive in the process. "EVERYONE, up now!" She was waiting for the creature to launch an attack first. She was on a defensive position, not too keen on angering more of them when she already had her hands full.

Dee ▬ Dee would find some success with his moves. The three shots would seem to hit the larger one-eyed grimm, causing it to take a step back. This gave him enough leeway to mount the creature and slash down. Stabbing its good eye and rendering the beast blind [50 post count/LV0.5 -- 16 posts applied from Dee]. The grimm let our a painful roar, but it was a larger than normal beowolf, and stronger too. It dropped its face down to the ground. Tossing Dee off of it. Then its jaws opened wide and once again, Dee would find his torso locked in a vice grip of sharp fangs. The Fangs dug into his torso like it was made of mud. The second smaller grimm [10 Post Count/LV0.1] had been hit in the face by a smoke grenade and yelped in pain and confusion as it backed off into the fog somewhere. The large, and now blind grimm shook Dee violently within its jaws and then rammed his body into the ground. A loud crack as his arm was broken rang through the cavern. The beast then charged forward in blind rage until it smashed into the cliff wall. Half the skin on Dee's left arm sloughing off within seconds as it continue to rush forward along the wall dragging Dee against it. The creature would eventually stop as Auburn flew past them carrying unconscious Sky. The grimm, which was much more powerful than Dee spit him out. Dee would roll on the ground until he slid into Reikka's feet just below the rope. His arm, separate from his body thudded next to Dee as blood gushed out of his shoulder wound where his arm used to be connected. Dee would feel light headed due to loss of blood. He needed to get to safety, and needed medical attention immediately. [Just remember, this grimm is several times stronger than you 50 post count to your 16, you will find some success, but ultimately lose against grimm that are significantly stronger]
Blair & Hades & Apex ▬ [Sorry for the confusion. You didn't get through the massive vault door, just the small building to the side of it. Just to clarify! The security building is technically to the side, and in front of, the vault door, but still inside the cavern proper]
The fog wasn't as thick near the vault door, so the ground could be seen fairly clearly. The light on top of the building buzzed eerily. Hades would successfully disarm the ice dust grenade to be used later.
Auburn & Sky ▬ Auburn would successfully snatch Sky just as a grimm slashed down in an attempt to finish the boy off. Its claw smashing into the ground and echoing throughout the cavern. The creatures would chase Auburn, but she was simply too fast. They would halt their advancement as they approached the grimm that had just spit out Dee. Their red eyes glowing brightly as victory was very nearly theirs. The fog was starting to rise higher, the horde of grimm could be seen closing in on the ground by their uncountable red eyes. Auburn completes the final rope. All others may climb up in a single post. Sky is left at the bottom of the rope.
Prince ▬ Prince would feel safe as soon as he reached the top of the cliff. The clamoring of bloody combat below was distant, and felt like it was miles away even though it was still within sight. As Prince ran forwards he would see that the cave merely continued on as it did before. Eventually he would get to what was seemingly the end. A massive vault door. It appeared to be over 100 feet tall at least and must have been insanely thick. It had a reinforced plate near its base that sported a small trade symbol that Prince would recognize as an Atlassian brand. Something he had seen on several pieces of advanced farm equipment in the past. Other then that the area was rather bland, not much around except off in the distance he could see a small structure, a building of sorts and several people standing near its entrance. One of which was that redheaded lady from before.
Reikka & Fran & Nox & Sky) ▬ The two large beowolves keeping their distance [50 post count/LV0.5 each] watched as Reikka was left below with Fran. Nox and Sky laid unconscious against the wall close to Fran. Hidden by fog, but just under the rope system. The two beowolves, both stronger than Reikka individually towered over her in height. To the side another large beowolf of equal size, seemed to have a large grimace. They were all three starting to get lower, ready to pounce when suddenly Dee rolled right into Reikka's leg a bloodied mess. His left arm, severed from his body at the shoulder, thudded against the cavern floor beside him. This sight made the grimm howl in victory. They were reveling in the smell of blood and victory. As soon as Auburn got the rope, she detailed out a plan for the others to escape. Dee and Reikka were the only ones awake together with Fran, and both of them are face with their own problems. Continuing on with the plan, Fran wasted no time. Taking Nox's bag she would create a harness for both Nox and Sky, supported by their hips and shoulders. This would be connected to the rope system that Auburn further secured. She then double checked the knots, tugging it to make sure it'll hold all of them.
"I've secured Nox and Sky!" Fran yelled, for both Auburn, Reikka and Dee to hear. Fran also made tiny other knots so she'll have her footing as they'll be hoisted up. Of course, these extend all the way down, for the others ease as well.
Now comes the more grim part, Dee's massive hemorrhaging needed to be controlled before he could be hoisted up. Fran grabbed the tail end of the rope and cut it into a smaller portion using her blade for a makeshift Tourniquet. She's place it high up his arm, utilizing whatever space she can, and quickly tying the rope until blood flow stopped or at least, slowed down. Realizing the urgency, Fran would just tie a rope around Dee's waist. "Listen to me! I need you to stay awake for us! Keep a tight grab on this rope, it'll be uncomfortable on your back but we'll survive" Fran said, shaking Dee a bit to get him to refocus. "Dee's secured as well!"
