Mairi cocked an eyebrow as she slipped into the room, but was quiet, seeing if Lucas recognized her yet as a small, playful smirk crossed her face. You hurting, bro? she said softly, giggling at Lucas' blank look as it was pretty obvious he didn't recognize her. She was fairly sure he was, as she could feel a dull ache in her own thigh. I think he may need a reintroduction, Mama, she quipped, giggling.
Lucas felt very confused at the girl's words before he blinked as her eyes paled to an almost silvery lavender before darkening to a warm, clear amethyst with cobalt blue fading into the deep purple color. He blinked once, then twice, not quite getting it. Unfortunately, he hadn't received much in the way of painkillers and was semi-conscious from the pain. He was aware, but not clearly aware.

Mairi stared at her adopted brother, noticing the glazed over eyes as she sensed his pain, hearing the confusion in his voice. Have they given you anything for pain? she said softly, concerned. She frowned slightly as he seemed to consider her question before shaking his head, his breath coming in short pants. I don't like that some of the workers here seem... lazy, she said softly.
Lucas was trying to remember when he'd met this woman before a flash of memory rushed through his mind, unknowingly drawing a low groan as his muscles tensed, creating an intense surge of pain through his body.

Lucas needs to rest on the bed and recover. I don't recommend any straining activity for Lucas. He'll hurt himself even more. Pyhrra says this to Mairi.

Lucas managed a shuddering breath as his eyes half closed as his body was aching all over.

Just give it some time and be positive & think happy things. Once you're all better, I'll take you in. Pyhrra says this to Lucas as she gives him advice then looks at Mairi. Anyway, Mairi dear. Care to tell Lucas about what's happening?

Lucas took a slow, careful breath as he stiffened slightly, feeling a gentle touch on his hand before he opened his eyes to see the woman smiling at him. He vaguely remembered her helping him into the hospital, but could somewhat remember her name, though it wasn't quite clear enough to bring to mind.

Let's Party!"Pyhrra looked at Lucas Lucas, I showed Mairi where I live, cleaned her up, made her some fresh clothes to wear, took her to the mall, got her some new clothes along with some shoes, some lunch to eat, then purchased some scar cream for her scars. I applied some on her before heading out to check on you to see how you're doing. Pyhrra says this to Lucas then turned toward Mairi.

I'm sure that could be arranged, Lucy... though I'm pretty sure the doctors saw the scars my... former father left, she said shyly, looking away. She knew Lucas' scars were far more numerous and deeper than hers and covered more of his body, from shoulders to knees on the back of his body, nearly every inch of skin, and more than a few parts of his sides as well.
Lucas grimaced as he managed to sit up with a groan, not realizing that as he did so, the left shoulder of his hospital gown dipped, revealing that the back and top of his shoulder seemed to be more scars than skin. Mairi, however, was startled as she helped him lean forward before she saw the full extent of the scarring. Her eyes narrowed as she backed away, her eyes on the floor. If he weren't already dead... I'd kill him again, she muttered through clenched teeth, fury in every syllable.

Once you're fully better, I'll apply some rivitol on those scars, Lucas. You'll be okay once I applied the rivitol after you're all better. Pyhrra says this to Lucas as she's concerned about him.

Maybe, Mama... we could get it... and apply it while he's lying on his right side, that way he isn't putting pressure on his injured leg. I don't know if he'd be able to lie on his front, though, which might be better she said shyly, blushing as it seemed to be a good idea. Why do you care? You don't know us, Lucas' voice was low and bitter as he half expected her to abuse him too.
Lucas was a bit confused by Pyrrha's reaction to seeing a little bit of the scars.
