Perhaps the little mind game would have been more effective if there was any trauma to begin with, but there was none. Instead, her opponent would find a more sinister truth: she truly was doing everything for her own amusement. It wasn’t because of a bad day or a bad experience; she was doing it for the fun of it. When she realized her mind was being invaded, she began to laugh hysterically instead, unmoved by any experience that could have possibly been thrown to deter her. While it wasn’t enough to render someone like her unconscious, it was enough to give her a rather uncomfortable headache, seeing as no normal person could go completely unscathed from such mental tampering.
Now freed, she began to stretch, as if to mock all the efforts made to defeat her. “Well, I had fun, but I can’t afford to have you all dying on me right now.” Instantly, she transformed into lightning, rematerializing beside the banshee gal and her boyfriend, and grabbed them both by the shoulder, transforming partially to accelerate, and tossing them at the front of the museum. When she returned, the teleporter was still around. It seemed he had something similar in mind, but it was a wonder why he had to ask. “Don’t be a p***y, just grab ‘em and go. No one’s gonna complain.” With that said, she proceeded to rescue her fellow electrokinetic, and even the impaled girl. While she probably should’ve saved more, she was much too lazy, and decided to let the teleporter do the rest. If he died, then it was whatever.
It was sort of amusing looking at all the people she recklessly tossed at the front, but at least they weren’t dead. “I had a lot of fun. We should this again sometime.” At that point in time, she was at the front with them, not paying any mind to the building that was moments away from collapsing behind her, and was oblivious to the other civilians that likely didn’t escape, not that their lives mattered to her at all.

Charlie hated to admit it but the villian was right in this case. Sadly permission was not a good idea when the building was collapsing. Apologizing he grabbed the guy he first offered it to and telported him out anyways. It looked like villian was too. Not that he was complaining but why was she saving them? He popped in right near a guy an a girl. (Zach & Ameryth)."Close your eyes now!" He said with urgency. Hoping they did as the building was almost completely broken, he grabbed them both and teleported out where the others were. Have teleported two extra people at once, a first for him drained him past reserves and he ended up passing out shortly upon arrival fro exhaustion. Hopfully everyone had shut their eyes he was use to teleporting but it had to be nauseating to others.
Ooc: Charlie had already got Amity out but either way works Charlie can get the rest of the main cast. Also someone catch Charlie XP.
So what can you show me, That my heart don't know already? We make our own sense, And you're qualified to me.
Ameryth looked baffled briefly as she hit the floor, Zach having shoved her away from the falling support beam. She also briefly forgot all about the emotions seeping into her as the boy dissipated into nothing and then reformed out of harm's way. Speechless, she followed, bobbing and weaving as they made their escape. "This way!" She called, relatively present for the time being. She tugged at his sleeve and ducked around a corner, hoping she was heading somewhere in the general direction of the exit. Finally, when they were out of the way of the immediate fighting, she turned to speak, though she didn't stop moving. "You're a super??" She asked incredulously. Obviously she knew they existed, but she hadn't ever met another one before, let alone one that was her same age.
However, before she could answer, another boy popped into existence right in front of them, instructing to close their eyes. Amer did as she was told, and clenched her eyes shut, and suddenly they were out. Two. Two supers. Suddenly she felt less alone than she thought she had felt in her entire life.

They ran through the crowd attempting to find a way out to no avail. "Uh yeah, I am..." Zach said nervously half from someone now knowing his power and the fact things where pure chaos right now. He didn't have much time as one of their classmates, a new kid appeared in front of them urging them to shut their eyes. not needing to be told twice he did so and suddenly they were safe. the kid who saved him had pushed himself to far and had passed out. Zach caught him in time and laid him down as emergency services were finally here.

Ameryth watched as the boy who had teleported them away from the danger passed out. She was still mildly in shock, but the tornado of emotions that had been pressing down on her inside the museum was beginning to release a bit of it's grip. They stood in silence for a moment, and then Amer spoke up. "Do.. Do we wait here? Or do we leave..?" It was quiet, but she wasn't entirely sure whether they were supposed to wait for teachers and classmates, or get as far away as possible. There was no drill for this kind of a situation. She had yet to readdress the fact that Zach was a super, and admit to him that she was one as well, but she wasn't entirely sure how to bring it back up. It wasn't as if her own ability was useful, or visible except in the form of sheer panic or anger crossing her face.

Her brow immediately rose to imply her expression with his hand over her mouth. He wasn’t the one who got electrocuted, so she didn’t see why he was complaining. When people were in pain, it wasn’t uncommon to scream, so it couldn’t be helped, though most couldn’t shake a building’s foundations. He was lucky not to be deaf. If her mouth weren’t covered, her response would’ve been that she, as a matter of fact, did not want to die, but that would’ve been so obvious that it would almost hurt.
He was right to think it would draw attention, but the villainess seemed to be more interested in the other woman, so it seemed they would be fine—not. It didn’t change the fact that the museum was going to collapse, aside from the fact that the halls were now dark and burning, and the odds of dying were even higher than when she opened her mouth.
In a surprising twist of fate, the villainess rescued them. It happened all too suddenly, a flash of lightning and she had fallen over the guy wise enough to cover her mouth. It wasn’t the awkwardly romantic way either, just plain uncomfortable for her, seeing as her head hadn’t miraculously landed on his sternum, but instead on his clavicles, which were unsurprisingly bony and unpleasant to hit her head on. With no time for some mutual gazing, she saved him the trouble of asking her to get off, and lifted herself off him, making sure to push up from the concrete instead of the unfortunate fellow who had the weight of an adolescent female on him.
While she was curious why they were rescued, she didn’t bother to complain, though she did realize one of the other girls were totally impaled by the genius—or more accurately, the goddamn idiot—who thought it was sooo clever to flail a spear around like it would save the day.

She had fun? It was the only thought he could register before their would be killer appeared before the pair and proceeded to toss them to safety. Roman blinked twice awestruck by the turn of events. When he snapped out of his daze he was to see Regina right there on his shoulder causing him to blink again before she quickly moved without a word. His jaw tightening then unknown as to what to say.
He stood back to his feet now a little wobbly at first with a whole lot of confusion drew on his face. Then came someone grabbing his shoulder now that they were outside. He spun around to see Jack. "Bro, you good? Some of us have been out here worried sick. What would our team do without our star quarterback?" Ro looked puzzled at first glancing over to Regina then back at Jack rubbing the back of his head. "Yeah, I'm alright. I don't think I ever want to ever see another museum for awhile though." Roman said, followed by a weak smile. "Man I thought you were a goner bro. I'm glad you got out safe seriously. Listen you most definitely gotta come out with us tonight and tell us how it felt to nearly be killed. Not only that but dude your last moments were about to be spent with Regina of all people. Doesn't seem like the universe is a big fan of Roman Young." Jack declared loudly, laughing at his own rude comment.
"Rain check. I have some uh family stuff going on. Would explain if the thought didn't give me a headache. Besides I think after what I went through some alone time right now would be good."
"Alright. But it's your loss hoss. If you change your mind you know where we'll be. Hey Vanessa." and just like that he was off. Roman let out a small sigh of relief to be left alone. He didn't want to leave just yet though. He turned to walk over towards Regina and see how she was holding up. "Hey sorry about earlier inside. You getting electrocuted and what not and me you know...anyway, are you okay?" he asked.

Jillian had been focused on getting students out. She did see that some of the students who where supers as well try and fight back or simply help out. Unfourtuntly the building was collapsing. She got who she could out but unfourtuntly that left her trapped and there was no time unfourtuntly to het anyone else out. She spied a broken window, she looked and saw anyone left was in a panic so she squatted down and turned into a small bird. She immediately flew up and carefully out of the building. As tempting as it was to keep flying she located a private place to land and change back. She ran over to the students closest to her. One of the boys she had seen trying to get people out was unconscious and another girl was literally stabbed. "Be careful and don't move too much the paramedics can help" Jillian said rushing over to her prehaps she could help till the paramedics could get to them.
Her “savior” was very inconsiderate and had merely tossed her on her side after being brought out from the collapsing building, though she was in too much of a dilemma to complain. It couldn’t be helped, seeing as plenty were in awe of the situation already.
At least someone else came for her, a teacher mentioning the paramedics, which seemed to only worry her more than give her any relief. “No, they can’t—please, just help me pull it out,” she said, struggling with the spear lodged right through her. It seemed she was adamant on this decision, because she persisted to pull from her side, only a quarter of the polearm left piercing her chest. It was a miracle that she was still alive, but truth be told, this was more pain than she wanted to endure. If she could just manage to get the spear out from her chest.

Jillian was taken aback by the refusal of paramedics. Instead the girl, Lori if she recalled from class, was determined to pull out herself. Her gut told her to go with it. "I can get it out fast but it do more damage but it hurt for less time. Or I can do it careful for less damage bit it hurt longer." She said. If the girl chose fast she grab the spear hand count to 3, pulling hard with 3. Slow she would be careful but quick avoiding any diriction but straight out. Either way the bloody spear was out and Jillian hoped to god her gut was right and she didn't murder a student.
Isabella already knew off the bat that her powers weren't going to be a match towards the villainess. Noticing everything taking place in this span of minutes, Issy took no time to waste. She grabbed Thomas's arm and ran to the outside, skipping the steps and finally making it out safely to the walk way on the street. Hearing the ambulance, looking around their surroundings, Issy became wary of everything and everyone. The first thing she did was look at Thomas then spoke. "Are you alright? I'm sure the girl is okay..right?"

All of that went horribly, horribly wrong. One moment he was trying to look through the cloud of smoke that filled within the museum, the next he was staring into the sky, thankful that he was able to do so once more. Most students were already on their phones, most likely alerting their loved ones of their well being. Others of course might have been updating their social media, whatever helps them cope, really. No real casualties presented themselves except for the gruesome sight of a hole within a girl's torso. To make matters worse, his eyes narrowed down to the spear by the girl's side. So that's where that went.. Looks like he did more harm than good, though something was off. A wound like that wasn't something to mess around with and at best, the girl kept up a good fight against the pain. The slightest bit of speculation went into assuming that she was a super as well, with an ability very powerful in it's own unique way. That or she was probably just very lucky. Thomas didn't think he could cope with a death like that on his conscious.
His decision, though probably not the best in retrospect felt right but off at the same time. Something about being in the moment, how focused he felt was unlike any sort of adrenaline he's ever experienced before. If only he had gotten off a better shot or at least had the chance to. His eyes wandered to Regina, not so much as glaring but more so studying. She was one too, same with the other student who was bouncing back and forth from place to place. A teleporter, he was sure of it. That experience brought out a lot in the young teenagers, in more ways than one. For better or worse, he just wasn't sure. Thomas awkwardly waved towards the girl he had indirectly impaled with the spear, mouthing the words 'I'm sorry' and quickly turning away. How does one go about apologizing for something like that, usually they don't even get the chance to.
"I'm fine, yeah. Good, you?" He said hastily, stammering over his words. He felt anxious and uncomfortable, like many of his fellow classmates he was just ready to go home.
She returned the apologetic gaze with a nod. Lori held no grudge against the boy; it was painful, but she knew it wasn’t his intention to hurt her. Part of her wasn’t really expecting an apology, either. She was a bit of a social outcast to begin with, and most never really paid her any mind, so why would anyone care if she got impaled? Either way, she would live, and though it was a painful experience, she knew he was not the one truly responsible for the mess they were in, and that he was only trying to help. She should have been more careful to begin with. Lori chose to stay behind then, but couldn’t even muster the courage to do anything. For an invincible girl, she felt powerless, and like a coward, she didn’t do anything before. She was afraid to show her powers, and people died for it. Worse, people were going to find out anyway. In the end, she was no hero, not even close.
The art teacher was kind enough to comply with her unusual plead, a small relief for her. “As fast as possible, please,” she requested, and she got her wish, doing her best not to think of it as it occurred. It was a bit disconcerting to see the hole in her chest with the spear removed, but her wound quickly began to heal, and she took a breath of relief once it finished. While she was too awestruck by everything to address it, she was feeling terrible. If she had gone to the paramedics, she would have been found out for certain, but there was no hiding it from the teacher, nor from the people who knew she should have been dead by then. “Thank you,” she said, unsure of what else to say. Part of her wanted to ask the teacher not to tell anyone what she saw, but there were others around, and common sense said she was exposed. Lori tried not to think about it, standing up straight and entering an awkward silence. The students who observed the spectacle were staring at her in awe. While there were others who used their powers, not all the students saw what was going on inside, since many fled. The paramedics wouldn’t have understood her situation, and probably would have given her more publicity than a few teenagers who claimed to see something bizzare.

As more of a loner, the adolescent found herself stroking her shoulder and gazing at the road, having heard the sirens and awaiting the arrival of paramedics and police to come any minute. It had all happened so suddenly, and amidst the panic, law enforcement had arrived at the southern entrance, where the call came from, which just so happened to be on the other side of the museum. If they ever planned on entering to look for them, that notion must have vanished the instant they realized the museum was in collapse, and any second it would fall.
Unexpectedly, someone did happen to check up on her, and though they had implied a budding friendship earlier, she hadn’t expected him to see him again, and even still, she doubted he would pay her much mind once the whole fiasco was over and done with. When she heard his voice, she turned his direction and lowered her right hand. “I’m fine,” she lied, though she realized how obvious it was that she was lying. While she didn’t admit she lied, her words would suggest the opposite of her claim. “I should be the sorry one. I feel like a wuss, screaming at the first sign of pain. I admit it stung, but it can’t be half as bad as my little scream. You were right to cover my mouth, and I’m honestly surprised you aren’t, you know, deaf. You’re in one piece, though—I’m glad.” For a moment, she looked at the ground, avoiding eye contact for a few moments before gazing back up at him. It wasn’t often that she apologized, let alone did it so willingly, but even she had to admit it would’ve been for the best if she had just kept her mouth shut. He was okay, along with the rest, but the museum was due to fall, and that was mostly her doing. It was then that she realized that she hadn’t even asked him how he was faring. “What about you? How are you holding up?” she asked, lightly scratching her neck. All the while, she was oblivious to everything else going on around them.

It looked as if she had finished her part of the deal, and given the results, would be rewarded quite handsomely. While she enjoyed herself, and had the pleasure of temporarily defeating her one true nemesis (boredom), the money was always a nice plus. “Well, my work here is done,” said the electrokinetic, grabbing her phone and sending a little text for a ride. Any second the police would arrive, so she wanted to make sure she had an entertaining exit. Aside from that, everyone around was getting weirder: opening up about their feelings and having some internal crises about their powers. How lame could they be? All the crap made her wish she brought a marker, perhaps to draw a mustache on the girl who was unconscious or something else childish to entertain her for a few seconds until reverend mobile arrived on his bicycle. While she could have just bolted, that would have been boring.
