Conan spotted Cherubi when he entered, but couldn't quite muster up anyway to call her over. Now he was beginning to worry that she wouldn't like his outfit or maybe wouldn't even recognize him. It seemed he was worrying for nothing though, because before long Cherubi was clinging to one of his arms. He tried to keep from blushing, and at least it managed to not be too noticeable in the long run.
He couldn't help it, she just looked so cute in the dress she was wearing. It was definitely very flattering on her figure. "You look really nice too Cherubi. Cammy worked on my hair today, I'm sadly quite hopeless at working on it myself..." All he could really manage to do on his own was brush it and let it do whatever it felt like doing naturally.
He had nearly forgotten the plushie at that point, too distracted by the adorable Chimera now clinging to his arm. He quickly presented it Cherubi with a little smile lighting up his face. "It's not much, but I managed to win you a little something already!" He hoped she'd like it, but he really wanted to find her something that spelled out more than just 'friendship'. He glanced around the festival area and spotted the table with the enchanted flowers.
"And, if you wouldn't mind, I'd love to take you over there to get a bouquet as well..." Was that smooth? Was he blowing this? Oh, this was proving to be the most challenging Hunter's Jubilee yet....
Eilwen was a little surprised when Fakir popped up beside her. She'd been watching the crowd for a bit, sort of lost in her own thoughts when he was suddenly by her side. She tried not to seem to startled by his appearance, but she tended to be jumpy by nature. She let out a little laugh to try and pass it off though. And then she stared at the flowers that were being offered to her. Flowers? For her? They were such a pretty shade of pink!
Of course she accepted them happily. "T-thanks Fakir, you didn't have to do that for me! But! I really do appreciate it!" She tried not to read too much into them, but her cheeks did turn a soft shade of pink themselves. They hadn't known each other for too long at this point, but their friendship had really taken off quickly. It probably had something to do with the fact that she was so distressed when they first met. It was definitely very sweet of him to think of her, she'd have to find something for him as well!
As she was admiring the pink flowers in front of her a little blue fluffbug came over to sniff at the flowers. Apparently deciding that they liked them, and the Chimera they belonged to, they settled for a spot on the Nightmares shoulders where they could enjoy the flowers and the company of Eilwen. She had to admit she didn't know too much about the familiars from Above, but it was sort of cute.
"I was actually hoping to find you a gift as well, but for now, how about just a hug?" She held her arms out and gently wrapped them around Fakir, she gave him just a little light squeeze before releasing him again. It wasn't very often Eilwen actually initiated affectionate contact like that. In fact she sort of kept her distance from others because she didn't like it too much. But for Fakir, she didn't mind it. It was the least he deserved for picking out those flowers for her.
Gadriel was trying to keep his eyes open for Nimue, but as small as they were it could be easy to miss them making their entrance. He tried to keep to the edge of the crowd for the time being, knowing that Nimue wouldn't exactly want to dive into it alone. At least he had his own height to work with. When he managed to spot the Wallflower he noticed they were caught in a rather awkward predicament. Oh goodness, Gadriel waved over and started to make his way toward Nimue, but much to his surprise the Imp managed to break away on their own and was nicely attached to his side.
Gadriel managed a contented sigh and noticing the Demon following Nimue's path with his eyes he draped his arm around Nimue's shoulders and pulled him even closer. He stuck his tongue out briefly at the Demon who merely scoffed and walked off, probably to find some new target. With that out of the way he looked down at his companion for the day.
"Don't worry! You weren't really late, I was just sort of early! I did manage to find you a little prize though while I wandered around a bit!" He untucked the Vespercat from where it was in his arm not around Nimue. "I hope you like it! You know, I actually have a Vespercat myself, little Howl. He's a cutie for sure." What was he going on about his Vespercat for?! Speak about Nimue! Nimue! That was what today was about! "But you also...look cute today. Mhm." And here came the blush, oh god that blush of his....
Jezebeth's wardrobe had some nicely clothes in it, but not as much since she also had a focus on outdoor attire, she did have manage to find a light pink dress that she thought might go well for the days event. It was knee-length and had a ribbon around her waist tied into a bow on her back. Part of her was worried it would be awkward to be around Eno in it, but well she was trying to make up for that fact that she had asked him out on a 'not date' instead of an actual date. But she could still turn this into one...!
As the time passed on she was a little worried by the fact her friend was late, they were usually pretty good about meeting up when they said they would. She was fretting, messing the the ribbon on her dress and playing with her feet. She was actually looking down at her feet when she heard Eno's voice and her head shot up rather quickly, perhaps a bit too eagerly. Oops.
Flowers? Was Eno giving her a bouquet of flowers? This wasn't the first time the two of them had exchanged the gift of flowers, but somehow this was definitely different then those other times. Wait, did Eno think this was a date? Was it possible she hadn't totally messed up from the beginning? She couldn't hide the smile that raced across her face and the blush that definitely accompanied it. Eno had given her flowers!
She hadn't exactly been prepared for this to happen so it took her a moment to unfreeze herself and actually reach out for the flowers and even longer for her to form the proper thank you for the gift. "They're so pretty Eno, thank you!" She hadn't come prepared with a gift, but surely she'd find something perfect at the festival. Suddenly way to excited to contain herself she grasped Eno by his hand and led him off into the crowd. She stuck close to his side as she eyed the various games that they could play. She eventually managed to score a jackalope plush that she promptly gave to Eno. The first of many gift exchanges to come she was sure!
Dante jumped when he felt a tap on his shoulder and squeaked, nearly missing the target he was aiming at. He still somehow managed to hit the bulls-eye and he turned around. A grin split his face when he realized who it was. "Ivy! I didn't know you were here..." The stall worker caught his attention and handed him a plushie. The young demon smiled and turned back to Ivy. He paused for a moment before he smiled and blushed, holding out the plushie to her. "For you..."

Shinobu once again remained nearby and smiled when he saw Ivy and Dante together. He thought they made a cute couple. He turned back to the stall he was standing at and bought a tiny little gold ring. He was determined to gather a lot of cute things for his darling.

Kyoko walked over to the two Freshlings, holding a bag of candy she'd bought. She smiled at the two and nodded to the little Imp. "Hello, Ivy. It's good to see you. Would you two like some candy?" She held out the bag, offering some candy to the kids.
Ash was nearly jealous at the cute stone that Antsy had found, but her attention quickly turned to a shop. "Let's go see if there's any food there!" The fey didn't have much of a choice as she was dragged along. Ash spotted a bracelet much like the one she gave her mother before, so she ended up grabbing it and taking it to the counter.
While being dragged along, Antsy's eye was caught by a certain plush hanging from the ceiling, "Hey, Ash, do you think I can get it?" She wasn't an amazing flier, but she really wanted to get it for herself!
While the pink coatl crept up the hybrid's leg as he walked, Kamryn felt it tightening. A quick glance down confirmed his suspicions as a tinge of blue intermixed with the pink. Nope, nope nope, now was not the time to freak out, well, until Ada came into sight. He nearly broke into a run, quickly clinging to her. "ADA. I need some assistance!" He tried to keep the small quaver out of his voice as he wrapped his arms around his girlfriend, but it was difficult considering he had, not one, but two slithery coatls climbing higher and higher up his leg. So much for being romantic.

Well, so much for Uncle Kam! As the hybrid went sprinting off, Cervina focused her attention on the dart board infront of her. She had her eye on a cute plush and it would be hers.
Masaru followed Pandy to another stall and looked around for something else his daughter would like. His eyes settled on a bracelet and he smiled. The Imp asked to participate in the game and he managed to win the little bracelet. He turned to his sister, who was holding up a pretty purple stone and nodded to her. "I'm ready to head back and pick her up, do you want to come with me?"
Pandy held the rock in her hand and looked up at her brother. "Yeah, I'll go with you. We can bring Matilda back with us too!" She smiled and put the stone in her coat pocket, walking over to stand by her brother. "Let's head out! Can't keep your little girl waiting!"
Ada squeaked in surprise as Kamryn attached himself to her and whined. She looked down at the Daydream's leg and had to stifle a laugh when she saw the little coatls coiled around him. "Good to see you, Kam... One second, you big baby!" She finally allowed herself to laugh and she bent down to put Dazzle down and to try and coax the coatls off of her boyfriend's leg. "Looks like you made some friends too, sweetheart." She looked up at him and smiled.
Stella looked around the crowd and saw a pair of freshlings run into the shop and she smiled brightly, following them in. After watching the two get some things, she approached her nieces, her new Wisp floating beside her. "Hey, girls! How are my favorite nieces?" She grinned and offered the two some candy she had gotten earlier before finding them.

To those who did not know Enoukn, they would think it would be impossible for the dour looking Baphomet to smile. But he did smile (quite often around Jezebeth in fact). This was one of those times. When she took the flowers and thanked him, he felt as if a huge weight was off his shoulders. He'd done good. She liked it.
What threw him next however was the sudden grasping of his hand and the pulling. He didn't mind it of course - Jezebeth had often pulled him by the hand to show him things many a time. However, this time it felt... different. His hand squeezed hers, and he hoped it wasn't getting sweaty.
Being around her was turning his world upside down but in a way that he liked. He wasn't sure about the games but he'd try his hands with them. In all honesty he'd rather find a quiet place where they could be alone to talk, but he wanted Jezebeth to have fun even more. "I'm really glad you liked the flowers..." he said, taking the plush she handed him and holding it close. Though really he would have prefered to hold Jezzy close...
Maybe he could later?
He was distracted momentarily when a small red Jackalope bumped into his shin, he bent down and picked it up. "Oh look, a new friend..."
Jaden was surprised when Leto was given a nezubat; he hadn't assumed familiars were something you could win. Well, he hadn't seen the full entirety of the festival, so maybe he had just missed those booths. You could probably have swapped them out for something else if you didn't really want a familiar.
He actually chuckled a bit when he noticed Chani's reaction. He had yet to actually attempt to touch the vespercat, respecting her personal space. "Cream will be very excited. Blueberry will probably not care unless Spice bothers her." He looked over his shoulder at Sprinkles. The spectrefox seemed completely indifferent, as long as the drama wasn't upsetting Jaden. "Sprinkles is fine."
Jaden looked back at Leto and tilted his head. "Wanna go get them settled, and warm up a little before we come back? It's a little cold out here."
The demon couldn't help but sigh at Larimar's lack of wanting to try the game out. He seemed so out of his element for what elves were normally supposed to be like. He was nothing like one, but that was alright with Candy. She was just glad that she got to raise the boy up when no one else would.
While she watched her children, she was handed a plushie of a Jackalope before being told that there was a few real ones around the place, hiding under tables. Maybe it would be fun to search for one with the kids? Sure they had too many familiars as it was, but what was one more at this point? ", Phyre, Crystallize, Larimar, I have something fun we can do! There is a few Jackalopes around the festival. Why don't we try to befriend one?"

A real jackalope? Oh wow! Surely Crystallize and Larimar would enjoy searching for one. Maybe they could even find one that looked liked mommy's new plushie! ", Let's go look under those tables for one! That looks like a good hiding spot!"
As she went over to the table, she crawled under it to find exactly what she was looking for, a jackalope that looked like mommy's plushie. As she went to grab for it though, the familiar saw the hybrid girl and rushed out from under the table ", Crystallize! Catch it!"

Crystallize would like a new familiar very much. Sure he loved his kidden to the Swirling Storms and back, but what was one more familiar right? The two could even become friends! As Phyre called out for him to try and catch the jackalope, he began to chase the critter around in a circle, trying to grab it and then befriend it. After a bit of this, the demon geist hybrid got tired, the jackalope taking this chance to run off to safety ", Larimar! It is coming toward you!"

The little elf didn't know what to do. Was he supposed to chase after it like Crystallize, or scare it off like Phyre did. All he could do as stand there scared and unsure of what to do, his arms open as the familiar came right toward him. Before he knew it though, the jackalope jumped into his arms, trying to hide from the scary freshlings that had been chasing him ", Oh, you were scared," his hand lowered and began to stroke its back comfortingly, the jackalope relaxing in his arms ", They just want to be your friend. I can be your friend if you would like?"
Liath was having a rough time at he festival. It was crowded and he was being pushed this way and that. Someone even spilled some sort of drink on him. All of the game he had played so far he hadn't won and he was begining to regret coming to the festival all together. It seemed that everyone else was having fun and that honestly made him a little sad. Perhaps festivals just weren't meant for him. He looked up at all the people having fun and crossed his arms. Shaking his head he looked down at the ground maybe he'd try one more game before he left.

Aren had been hoping that by coming to this ridiculous thing he would feel himself coming out of his shell. That he would instantly be able to talk and do things in public like a normal person. It was becoming quickly apparent that this was not the case since he had remained frozen looking nervously around him the whole time. He had not played a single game nor talked to a single person. In fact if it even looked like someone might be coming near him he would bend town and pretend to tie his shoe. 'What is wrong with me?' Aren wanted to have fun he just really didn't know how.
Daimhin was chatting the ear off of anyone who would come close enough to her to let her. It was apparent that this girl had a lot to say. She sat down on a bench and began to eat her candy from earlier when she felt something brush up against her leg. Looking down she saw a vespercat looking back up at her, "Oh hello there, I don't think you can have any candy. It will probably make you sick." She didn't know this for sure since she had no familiars. it was probably a safe bet though, to this the cat climbed up on her lap and laid down. "Quite the affectionate thing you are huh? Are you lost?" of course the cat did not answer her and remained laying on her lap. Daimhin smiled and began to pet it.
