King kept that hold cinched on, keeping Matt locked deep in the Koji-est of Clutches, as the referee watched Matt Shanahan fade away from consciousness. King too felt the struggling cease and started to squawk at the referee. "CHECK HIM! CHECK HIS ARM YOU STUPID b***h! DO YOUR JOB, WHAT DO I PAY YOU FOR?"

The referee hesitantly lifted the giant's arm up off the mat...
... and watched it plop down against the wet surface.
The fans were already booing in complete rebellion against the call. There was no way Matt was knocked out! Or so, they were convinced.

King continued to shake, hyped up that he was simply two more drops of the arm away from beating Matt Shanahan and retaining total ownership of BBW.

The referee looked at Matt, pleading him to wake up as he lifted his arm a second time. After all, no one wanted King to own BBW anymore, especially the staff.
But as he dropped The Storm's arm once again, it hit the mat with a hard thud.
One more count and it was over.
One more count, and Matt will have lost BBW.
One more count, and The One True King may reign.

King's reign would start in the rain it seemed, as the downpour around them continued, King letting go of only some of the pressure in anticipation of owning BBW.

The referee lifted Matt's hand once again, this time, just a bit higher. As high it would go, it seemed. What did it matter? Matt was out cold. The Storm had faded, in the midst of his element. As Shanahan's hand dropped one last time...
The fans were ready to begin walking out of the arena...
The timekeeper was already getting ready to ring the bell...
Fans around the world were ready t-
At the last moment, Matt's arm up and wrapped around King's leg. His eyes were wide open, filled with the fire of life. He wasn't done. Not tonight.
With his sudden revival, Matt's legs push against the mat and he immediately began attempting to rise to his feet, his arms wrapping around King's legs in an attempt to bring him up with him!

King was intensely surprised by the turn of events, being hoisted up high into the air on Matt's shoulder, giving the fans and the ref and the camera a look of pure surprise and terror as he was brought up, his hold on the submission slipping from the adjustment.

Matt managed to stand on high with King still wrapped around his head. Flashes were filling the air, and it wasn't just from lightning. Cameras were snapping the image of King in a state of pure fear.
And as soon as The Storm managed to stand tall...
... He fell back to the mat, with King in tow, attempting to slam him down with a sidewalk side!

King landed awkwardly, and hard, on the mat as he hit first on his side and one of his arms, then his back with a resounding thud, letting go of the hold for obvious reasons.

Matt sat up on the mat after landing and dropping King like a sack of potatoes. He looked tired, but his rage was still apparent on his features. Kelly had been doing a number on him, but this would end now.
The Storm got up to his feet and stormed over to the turnbuckle. His hands immediately wrapped around the top pad and began to tear at it, pulling it loose from the metal rung that it protected. The cogs were turning in his infuriated cranium...

King groaned and crawled over to the ropes, using them as a ladder to pull himself back up to his feet, aggravated that he had not won the match afterall.

After shedding the turnbuckle of its protective cover, Matt tossed it to the outside and turned around, his eyes scanning for Kelly King.
At the sight of him rising, Matt knew he had to act fast.
He stomped across the ring in hopes to intercept 2.0 just as he got to his feet. If he managed to, he'd turn him around and attempt to Irish Whip Kelly towards the turnbuckle, using all of his might behind it!

King was whipped across the ring, staggering as he hit the turnbuckle, back first, connecting with the steel turnbuckle right between his shoulder blades. King took a single step out of the corner, his back arched in pain as he cried out.

On impact, King would catch a sight that would strike fear in just about any man in the ring. Matt was charging right after him, and just as he got close, The Storm leaped and shot his feet forward, aiming for a dropkick right against King's chest!

King's eyes bulged out as he was kicked in the chest by the bigger superstar, someone who had no right doing a drop kick, shoving King back again into the turnbuckle! King fell down in the corner, seated.
