He looks down at the traveler. "I appologize, but there is not much room for a guest to stay, unless you feel like sleeping on the couch in the living room. The main building in this land has many spare rooms for citizens to stay in."

"Thank you!" Lucien shouted after the man. Opening the door He found himself in a very nice small house. Crossing the room he removed his sword and sat down. Flexing his wings they stretched almost to teh end of tehe room. Quickly drawing them back close to is body Lucien patiently waited the kind man.

He emerges from the library a few minutes later with a plate and a glass of a strangly colored liquid. "Here, its one of the few foods I know how to make, chicken terryaki and rice. The drink is basically water mixed with black cherry juice." He hands the two to the visitor and sits down across the pit from him. "So where are you from traveler?"

"Great thanks good sir." He said as he took the food and drink from the man. Taking a large gulp of the drink he took a bite out of the chicken. "Me? I'm from a village far from these lands. The specifics aren't very important. But what of you my savior. Have you been living in these lands for your whole life?" Lucien asked curiously.

"The term savior is not necessary. And no, I have not been living here my whole life, I am somewhat new to these lands myself." He pulls a bottle of the same drink he gave the guest from his jacket. After taking a swig of it, he closes the cap. "What brings you here?"

"To be truthfull I am not one hundred percent sure why I am here." Placing his hand on his chin Lucien thought hard. "Well, I guess there is one ting I am here for. But that has to do with my past. I really don't feel like talking about it though. No offence, I mean we just met, and I should be spilling my past to everyone I pass. I think I am being followed by someone I really wish not to talk to. Now a days you can't be too carefull. By the way my name is Lucien. What is yours, if you don't mind me asking?" Taking another bite of chicken and chewed it gleefully.

Lucien let out a laugh as he heard Senstren spek of killing. "Wow! I never thought anyone would say something like that so bluntly. No this guy isn't worth using for toilet paper. It's his boss that I fear. I used to work for the same boss and he wants revenge. Thus I run and he doesn't find me. It works preatty well if you think about it."

"Subject to death? You mean killing people? Oh heck I have done that almost every day. The onyl problem I have found about killing the hench men is that the boss holds a psychic conectoin with them. And when I kill one the boos knows exactly where i am. I almost got caught once. Horrible what the boss did to tha poor city." Fiishing the chicken Lucien began muching down on the rice.

"Hmmm... Interesting. This boss sounds like a reasonably capable wizard." He takes another swig from the bottle. Looking down at the half finished plate he adds "Would you like anymore? I still have some left."

"No, no thank you." Raising his glass he gulped down the last drops of the liquid. "This was enough for me. Oh also the boss is not really a wizard. I like to think of him as a spawn of Hell. Imagine a daemon as taller than your house, with a sickle as tall as you or me. His demonic presense is enough to scare away almost any fighter. He doesn't cast spells, he just releases them. Each is stored in him, and replenishes every day. It's just he has such an enormous amount of them no one can stand against him alone."

"Hmm. Facinating. You've chosen an interesting enemy." He shakes the bottle, and discovers it to be emtey. "I'll be right back." He stands, and walks into the library, to ascend to the living quarters and get some more to drink.
